Fabletics is an innovative, high-quality athletic wear & accessories line co-founded by Kate Hudson that looks great & fits your budget.

Fabletics enjoys a generally positive reputation for its high-quality activewear, particularly among plus-size customers, with many expressing satisfaction with the product's fit and style. However, significant concerns arise regarding customer service, particularly related to the return process and subscription management, which many find frustrating and convoluted. Issues such as delayed refunds, poor inventory management, and inadequate support from customer service representatives contribute to a negative shopping experience for some. Overall, while the product quality garners praise, the customer service approach and operational challenges indicate areas needing improvement for enhanced customer satisfaction.

Membership is a scam. I did not appreciate the credit redeeming system. Many items are cheaper than what a credit is for, but they can only be redeemed for 1 credit. Total scam.
I am always pleased with the git just wish they all came with the phone pocket. Love my styles
I don't think the membership is explained as clearly as it should be. Just realized my wife has been paying a month fee from a one time purchase over a year ago.
Both sets of leggings began to pull up after the first wear. In addition, the monthly membership and the difficulty cancelling is painful.
Very happy with my purchases, highly recommend! Love the embroidery that customized
I love the clothes. I continue to buy them. They're great. Butt, not really happy. Part of that reason is that monthly membership payment is $70. There's really not an easy way to stop it, although you can remember to pause it month after month. The site constantly has sales, which I suppose is good. The problem is that if you get a member credit because you didn't purchase that month and you buy a sale item (say, pants are half price for $35), it's best to not use the $70 member credit. But, even the sale items are one member credit. Well, that means either I have to pay the $35 plus shipping or I'm losing $35 from what I paid for membership. It really feels scammy.
Did not care for the leggings (tried 4-5 different styles) but customer service was very responsive.
Still charged even when skipping the month. No workable solution when attempting to contact customer service.
I wish skipping the credit's month took only one click.
I like the product. I wish the price could be the price. I feel like they are overpriced to give significant discount once you a VIP.
Everything else was good as far as ordering and receiving
Quality of clothing is great! Order fulfillment and item availability (e.g. Size and color) could use a little work Particularly in the area of sale items. Also, regularly priced items are a little spendy. It is great clothing but I'm up in the air about continuing to spend my money here.
I have trouble with sizing, it doesn't seem consistent.
I love the gear, it's stylish and always has a good sale to stock up on any style I love and several colors to choose from. I like the membership and the ability to skip and month. I always get lots of compliments on my Fabletics and I love knowing it's affordable fashion.
As the title states, for some reason now if you happen to return anything it seems they're not giving you your refund unless you call them about it and even then it's an entire ordeal. I'm not sure why. The gym clothes are still super cute though. Oh, and now your member credits will EXPIRE. So they will charge you upwards of $70 for zero product and zero credit. Pay attention to your account. That hasn't happened to me, but I noticed the change under my account.
Fabletics is such an easy company to shop with. Their customer service is perfect and shipping is fast.
Last month I opted out of the extra charge but it happened anyway. Is there a secret other than clicking the "opt out" square? I really don't need anymore pants at the moment.
I joined Fabletics after seeing an ad for Cold Weather Flare Leggings. I ordered 2 pairs and I really wanted to love them. They fit and looked great, but after wearing them I started to notice pilling on the side pockets. The pilling started to increase and spread to other areas no matter how carefully I washed them. Luckily, I took advantage of the introductory VIP deal, 2 for $25. If I had paid full price, I would have been really upset. I skipped each month after the intro because most of the nice colors in my size were always sold out. I will cancel my subscription as I can get better quality and pricing on Amazon.
The quality of the material this time was terrible. They pulled after 1 wash. They are all dumpy and feel annoying.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.
Answer: I bombarded them on twitter and Facebook. They got back to me quick!
Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
