My experience with Fabs are great. I like how the material fits me and the style as well. I like some colors that you offer, but you don't stay stocked long enough for me to get a hold of what I like in my size.
When I try to use my member credits to purchase and outfit it is impossible to checkout. I end up skipping the month every time.

Pants arrived with stitching already coming undone. When I reached out about a replacement I was given two options. 1. printing a return label (who has a printer these days) 2. Take time out of my life to go to an ups or something and return the defective product. Both options required me to do the work to make up for their mistake. Zero consideration for my time.

Non members receive better discounts than members, that's ridiculous. What is the point of being a member when you can get better discounts as a non member?

Easy to navigate site. Great sales and deals. Wide variety. The quality is off the chain! The sizing is very accurate. I love everything I've ordered.
I was charge a tariff tax without knowledge of it. I didn't realize that i was until i was looking at my receipt. And when i called and questioned itI was told that they started charging it back in September of 2024 and that it was the law. It is not the law and you guys took advantage as nothing had a tariff on it until Feb of 2025. Do better, your competitors are not charging this.

The clothes are nice, not perfect, but pretty good. They hold up, they come in lots of colors and sizes, and they are cute. The company itself is sneaky. Two months in a row I "skipped " the month and was still charged. The first month, I assumed I missed something, so the second month I screen shotted the confirmation of skipping. They claim you'll be charged on the 6th and I was charged on the 12th, after skipping on the 2nd. When I called they tried to tell me I did something wrong, but I had a picture to prove I successfully skipped and the charge wasn't even in the right date. They continually tried to convince me to stay after I said multiple times I wanted to quit. The company is pushy and unethical.

I started with one pair of joggers and now have a drawer full. I wear them everywhere from work to pickleball to coaching. I'm honestly simply glad I stumbled onto them
My visit whether online or at a store is always a vibe. This brand has completed taken over my closet. The most comfortable and convenient brand to date. 10
I used to love Fabletics, but I can only own so many yoga pants without them all looking the same. I skip each month because there is hardly anything new and refreshing. If something sells out quickly, that should tell you to bring that item back. Demi Lovato did an ombre legging that sold out and no one ever made them again. Solid leggings are boring when you haven't changed your style in years. Partnering with celebrities only goes so far, when their line still looks the same.

I got excited to order my husband work pants as everything I have ordered in the past from here has has been great. The fit of the pants is strange as well as the construction is poorly made. The two of the belt loops were not sewn down and they are just flapping! I do not know but I was shocked at the poor quality of the menswear. Another coworker even said he had similar experience with the same pants. The fabric was nice and soft- hopefully they will fit the construction issue- so for now I will be sticking with ladies apparel.

The small shorts are more like xxs so I need a medium and now they aren't available. Makes it hard and frustrating. Who has time to deal with that. The products are usually right on track

I got an ad through social media about $10 shorts. I ordered for my son. I was then enrolled, unbeknownst to me, in a monthly "club", to the tune of $59.99 a month! Pretty disappointed, because the clothes are great quality, but im not paying a fee just to get items on sale.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
