Fabletics is an innovative, high-quality athletic wear & accessories line co-founded by Kate Hudson that looks great & fits your budget.

Fabletics enjoys a generally positive reputation for its high-quality activewear, particularly among plus-size customers, with many expressing satisfaction with the product's fit and style. However, significant concerns arise regarding customer service, particularly related to the return process and subscription management, which many find frustrating and convoluted. Issues such as delayed refunds, poor inventory management, and inadequate support from customer service representatives contribute to a negative shopping experience for some. Overall, while the product quality garners praise, the customer service approach and operational challenges indicate areas needing improvement for enhanced customer satisfaction.

I'm way to busy to read the fine line about membership fee. Talking to robot trying to resolve matter, bill going to junk Mail, I could rant for 15 min. Total scam, sham on Hudson.
You were taking payments out of my account after I placed my first order with you, without asking me you have refunded this me and told me my account would be cancelled, yet you have taken yet another payment out of my account, I'm disgusted and I will be making a formal complaint in the morning
I have asked/called Febletics twice and I am still being charged 49.99 for the VIP account which I did not ask for, They tell me I won't be charged again but one again I have been charged.
Don't use this site unless you are willing to pay for this so called 'VIP' account of £44.00 a month to basically throw your money away for nothing.
I purchased on this site in may for just casual yoga leggings. I had no clue about this so called 'VIP' scam that as soon as you put your bank details in on your purchase you are automatically signing yourself up for these monthly payments. I unfortunately didn't even notice them for a few months, I wasn't given any emails or invoices.
I have now contacted them via email as no doubt it will cost me to call them.
DONT USE THIS SCAMMING FABLETICS.
Impossible to delete my account. Never understood this was the deal with becoming a VIP member! Worst deal ever
I wrote a review awhile ago as I was mislead by their site, not realizing that I would be charged every month. You can call me stupid, along with the vast majority of those on here, since I did not realize that I was signing up with the VIP program. Nor did I know what the implications of that would be. If the vast majority of people fall under the same trap (1.5 stars out of 5 from 900 reviews!) then there is a problem far beyond a few "stupid" people that didn't read between the lines. I have a business too, and If most of my clients feel ripped off because they didn't understand something, that is enough reason to change it. Bad business plan Fabletics.
I am so fed up with this company and I swear I will never join another "club" online again. They keep charging me and when I tried to use the so-called credits, the site wouldn't allow it because my amount needed to add up to a very specific number. Ridiculous. So basically if I spend any amount lower or higher than $99.95, I am out of luck. Insane.
This place is a nightmare. It uses a call center in Asia and you get subjected to the worst customer service. They forced me to give me a credit card number just to use my gift certificate from my sister. They told my sister that I would get an emailed message saying "here's your gift certificate." They never sent it. Then they sent her the number of the gift certificate which absolutely didn't work. Then, I got annoying emails saying 'Just Go to Our website" to redeem your gift certificate. That did not work. They refused to refund our money.
When I signed up nothing was said about charging your card $50 a month unless you go on the site and pass. I did end up ordering 4 items and they are great but it's a constant hassle to go on their site and pass every month and the past two months I've attempted to go pass, their site was down. Frustrated and annoyed.
Be careful of this company. They will lure you in with nice clothes, branding and supposed 'great' offers - when you'll actually end up unwittingly signed up to their £44 per month 'VIP membership'. They make it hard to cancel this - I had to speak to someone in the customer services department for about 20 mins before he finally agreed to cancel my membership - kept just trying to 'downgrade' me or 'skip a month' when all I ordered was a pair of socks! Hard work, not worth the effort.
I have purchased a few outfits from this company and they have yet to disappoint. The outfits are sexy, comfortable and best of all well made. They are also versatile and can be converted to day and night time looks. Their shipping is fast and their customer service is friendly. I recommend this site to friends and clients.
Bought the $25 first-time outfit deal, was automatically signed up for a "VIP Membership" with no indication as to what that actually entailed. Found out later, after their emails had been routed to spam and money had been withdrawn from my account WITHOUT MY CONSENT that the "VIP Membership" was actually a "credit" where they take $49.95 out of your bank account and credit it to their site so you can spend $50 on athletic equipment that turned out to be pretty mediocre quality, especially considering the unbelievable prices.
Tried to call several times to cancel, was told the service line was closed. Finally got through and the service line was a flipping robot. If you're going to route me to a robot that tries to sell me a million things before I can cancel my account, why do you even have hours for your line?
In the end, I was able to cancel my account and get a refund for the amount they essentially stole from me. Too bad it was after my payment for a medical bill was bounced (It's $50/month and that $50 was taken by Fabletics before the hospital did their automatic withdrawal). That might sound a bit tight to some, but I'm paying insane student loans, and every penny counts. The $25 outfit was a treat to myself as I needed new workout clothes, but I sure did learn my lesson.
Kate Hudson should think twice and learn more about the structure of her own business before she goes around putting her name all over it.
This company are literally horrific. In very small print they sign you up to VIP membership which debits you £44 every month. Once you realise, they never give you the money back. You can only spend it on their $#*!e clothes.
I've never heard a success story from them. Who spends £44 a month on gym wear?! It's unrealistic, sneaky and infuriating. It's day light robbery for people who have bills to pay. How dare they steal our money. This has to stop!
I signed up for this website due to their enticing new member promotion. The clothes were okay, but definitely not worth the full price without the discount. After getting tired of having to "skip" every month in order to not be charged, I attempted to call and cancel my account. I was on hold for 32 minutes before I was able to speak to a representative. Unless you are very diligent about canceling each month, I would take your business elsewhere.
I ordered one item and was automatically signed up for a monthly membership for $50 every month! I've called 3 times and the automated system offers you a bunch of crap so you won't cancel, then when you decline the line disconnects! Do not give them your business!
I have been a Fabletics VIP member for almost a year. I have so many "points" at $50/month built up that I have postponed cancelling my membership. I finally decided to cancel four days ago, so that I wouldn't incur another $50 charge, however, the website is unavailable. I can't get there via the monthly email or by typing in the web address. I have tried to call the number, but it continues to state that they are closed. Had I read the reviews, I would have never made the first purchase. Lesson learned.
OH MY GOD. I placed my first order a couple weeks ago - completely aware of their fine print and knew I was signing up to be a VIP. It said I could cancel anytime! I called and was put on hold for 34 MINUTES with some spa music, and then it just disconnected! I called back and now I'm on hold for another 23 MINUTES and nothing! How am I supposed to cancel if I have spent an HOUR trying and NO CONSULTANT IS AVAILABLE! I will make sure everyone knows to stay away from this site.
I did not read the reviews or know anything about fabletics until I saw the advert on TV.
I thought it was a great deal to get a whole outfit for a small price. I should have paid more attention to the small print however I have never come across a scheme like this so I thought nothing of the VIP.
Until today where I read some bad press about fabletics charging people without knowing I had no idea I had fallen victim to it! Sure enough I checked my account and £44 has been taken from bank.
This is when I started to research and noticed all the jargon in emails from fabletics - it's very unclear and I think they should say straight up in big bold headings that VIP pay £44 a month and you lose that money if you forget to 'opt out' (or whatever bull$#*! word they use) of buying anything from them that month.
Anyway I rang up and all they tried to do was make me stay and I would have to stay to be able to use that £44 on anything - by which point I would have incurred another £44. I figured it isn't worth it and to just make sure I'm no longer on their membership.
I don't trust them so I have told my bank to block them taking anymore payments as after the phone call I didn't get any formal confirmation that I'm rid of my VIP rip off status.
Will never recommend to anyone and have learnt my lesson to research every new company I buy from
The products are not so great or inexpensive to command a restocking fee. They should be happy customers are willing to give their products a try.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.
Answer: I bombarded them on twitter and Facebook. They got back to me quick!
Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
