Fabletics is an innovative, high-quality athletic wear & accessories line co-founded by Kate Hudson that looks great & fits your budget.

Fabletics enjoys a generally positive reputation for its high-quality activewear, particularly among plus-size customers, with many expressing satisfaction with the product's fit and style. However, significant concerns arise regarding customer service, particularly related to the return process and subscription management, which many find frustrating and convoluted. Issues such as delayed refunds, poor inventory management, and inadequate support from customer service representatives contribute to a negative shopping experience for some. Overall, while the product quality garners praise, the customer service approach and operational challenges indicate areas needing improvement for enhanced customer satisfaction.

I went on the site to buy an outfit with absolutely no understanding that i was signing up for some VIP membership. Yes i understand i should have payed more attention to what i was clicking when i was checking out but obviously if this many people have had the same problem, they do not make it as clear as they should. This is absolutely ridiculous. I realized two months later that they were taking 50$ out of my bank account every month. I sent an email and they said i had to call, how convenient. They refused to refund me the money they had taken out even though i hadn't received any clothes from the site for this. They said the money was in my account as a store credit. Well sorry Fabetics i don't want to buy anything from your bull$#*! company. Get your work out gear anywhere else and save yourself the hassle.
This is an update from my previous review. I was advised to comment after few who suggested that both my daughter and I 'are stupid' for not seeing that VIP membership is included with purchases from this site.
First, the good news: My daughter was unable to get a refund from Fabletics, nor would they agree to cancel her VIP-for-Life membership. However, it appears that the banks here in the UK have been inundated with complaints about this site. As soon as she mentioned 'Fabletics' they understood and both fully refunded her and blocked further attempts by Fabletics to take her money.
Now, to respond to those (possibly Fabletics employees?) who claim that the site makes it clear that VIP membership is clearly stated. Well, when I first went through the site (as a potential new member), the VIP membership was an option though it didn't state that they were to take money regularly. Not selecting this option it was then presented as free with your first purchase! - So I could see why my daughter was fooled. It is true, that if you search the site and read the terms and conditions, it does state that membership costs. However, this is not made clear until you have become a member. Once hooked the site becomes much clearer - I guess this is achieved by cookies? - Suddenly these details are all over the page! Hmmm. If that makes us stupid - I'll take the criticism. Personally, I think we were just not suspicious enough. Because this site was advertised on the TV, we assumed that it maintained reasonable standards.
So, unless you are spending considerable amounts on clothing every month for the rest of your life, and all from this one outlet, you are unlikely to save any money at all by enrolling in this 'VIP Membership' - Try buying without being 'gifted it' does not seem like an option.
My advice, if you have given your bank or card details to this outfit - Contact your bank / card issuer and cancel further payments. Request a refund too, for any months you have been charged but have not made a purchase.

It's not that we don't understand that it is a monthly membership fee. It's that when you try to skip or cancel they make it impossible, and that they keep your card info!
I liked the pants I got. I decided it wasn't for me when for THREE MONTHS in a row I couldn't get my sizes or the sizes I could get were preposterously off.
Decided to cancel and had to fight with the customer service agent who told me repeatedly, "I'm not going to cancel you, I'm going to give you x amounts of credit." Finally got her to cancel my VIP membership after a fifteen minute argument, only to discover they had kept my credit card info and charged me again the next month! Called to cancel again today and had to endure another upsell conversation where they didn't want to reimburse me.
Not worth the stress.
I think it's hilarious that people are complaining about the VIP membership charging them once a month when it CLEARLY states what you are getting into when you purchase. Don't be so cheap to ignore what is CLEARLY written. I have LOVED all my pants and can't believe the quality for a such a low price. The tops are mediocre and I"m not sure why they don't wash as well as the pants. The style on me also didn't fit right. I had to cancel unfortunately because I am traveling the globe and really need to save every month not skip. Cancellation was TOO EASY! Again, I'm not understanding what everyone is talking about concerning canceling. I received an email stating that my membership had been cancelled as well.
As I posted on November 7th, just a month ago, I realized I was suckered into their scam. I was assured via phone call (since that is the only way you can cancel a membership you did not know you had) that my VIP membership was cancelled. I received the name and case ID of the call since they could not send me a confirmation email about my cancelled membership (just like they cannot email you about payments). Well today I was CHARGED AGAIN AFTER CANCELING MY MEMBERSHIP! For me, $50 is a lot and they keep stealing my money! I called and "cancelled" again today! Also receiving the case number and name of person I spoke with. The person I spoke with was not helpful and told me that the other person must have not known how to do their job. Hmmm... reassuring. Looks like I'll be waiting YET AGAIN 5-7 business days for my refund!
Fabletics is fantastic if you actually READ what you are signing up for. It takes two seconds out of my day to skip a month by the 5th. Super easy to skip just press a button. I skip every month just in case I decide not to purchase. Not sure why people are complaining so much. Don't give a website your credit card number unless you've read the terms and conditions I have had no issues yet with ANY of the clothes I've gotten. Love their leggings, thinker than Lulu lemon. Also feast shipping. For me it has usually taken from 3-5 days of ordering to receive. The clothes are so cozy and I've had no issue with the clothes. The fabric is cheaper than what you'd get at lulu lemon but like you get what you pay for, it is half the price of lulu lemon. Anyways, don't believe these reviews. People seem to be able to take time out of their day to write long negative reviews when they should have spent the time actually reading before buying.
Great concept, but unyielding. I desperately tried to order an extra shirt that came with an "outfit". I bought the dang outfit as well and was merely trying to buy TWO of the tops. But the only way to buy one more of the tops was to buy the entire outfit again. That's crap.
Then I see I was automatically enrolled in a membership and my next "outfit" was scheduled to bill only days after my purchase. WHAT? Try to unenroll. You MUST call them and go through a tightly scripted beat down before they honor your request.
Then the order arrives and the outfit pant's are super short. I now see that their site defaults to a short length for all pants. So I try one more time--let's see what their return policy is. 30 days. I bought the outfit for my daughter for Xmas, so that won't work.
At this point, I'm pissed. I send an email from their contact form--NO ONE REPLIES. Days later I go BACK to the contact page and suddenly now you cannot return from the form. WHAT? So I have to get back on the phone and go through a similar beat down as I did with un-enrolling from their auto renew program. SUCH crap.
But the best was last. They charged me a restock fee. How's that for insult to injury.
Kate has hired a slick as hell telemarketing team. I"ll give her that, but get anyone off the script--no way. And you'd think they'd offer me SOMETHING off the script since every turn of this purchase was not ideal.
Can't recommend this or support it on any level.
I have now been the victim of Fabletics scam!
I've created a petition, if it's happened to you, help me get them closed down by signing it!

Total scam! I was really excited to sign up and receive my first outfit. The quality is good as are the designs. But then I find £44 coming out of account every month because I've automatically been signed up to their VIP membership. Which I didn't want! Also, they give you the option to 'skip a month' so you don't get charged, but you need to do this before the 5th of the month. They send out a newsletter reminding you to do this on the 6th!
I once ordered from them and my CC got charged for USD50 every month for unauthorised transactions! Pls be caution and do not order anything from them.
Absolute scam. I used 2 different cards for purchasing their stupid products and they have been withdrawing 49.95 every month since May from my account. From two different accounts.
I found the concept interesting thus decided to give the service a try. However, I was not happy with the quality of merchandise received and decided to cancel the membership. The materials were thin and low-quality (had a hole develop in a shirt during first wash!). This is where the trouble began. Good luck cancelling! No one ever answers the phone. Tried calling multiple times and despite being on the phone for hour+ I never got to talk to anyone. Tried different days, different times, same story. However, if I tried calling pretending to be wanting to make a purchase, voila, someone answers. However, I knew that was too good to be true - as that person "was not authorized to make membership cancellation". A complete SCAM! Save yourself frustration and buy your leggings in TJ MAXX/Marshalls. You will get far superior quality and save yourself a headache of trying to track someone down for cancellation.
I've been a VIP Member for about 6 mos now and I have bought several outfits from them and really love the quality of their products. The outfits are super cute and wash/wear well. My only real complaint is their limited availability of the outfits. It's like they only make so many of certain outfits and if you don't jump on the website right away and order then forget about getting what you like in your size. So, that is a drawback. :( I've read lots of news articles and bad reviews about the monthly subscription, but really it's not that hard to set a calendar reminder either on your phone or your computer to remind you to log into the website and hit skip each month if you don't want to buy an outfit. That's what I had to do because I'm busy and I RARELY check my e-mail, so I ended up with a charge on my account and was like - WOW! But, then I logged into the website and saw I had $50 to spend. So, I bought an outfit. No harm; no fowl. Could I have spent that $50 somewhere else? Sure. Had I planned on buying an outfit? Nope. Is it a bit shady on the companies part? Maybe. But, it's an easy fix - because I DO really like the quality of their clothes and I DO plan to keep buying their product, so I set up the reminder on my computer and - BAM, problem solved. Now, I only order when I want something. ;) However, please note their sports bras DO run SMALL, but they are sooo damn cute! :D If you have bigger than a C cup, though, I would say sadly you will not be able to enjoy their sports bras. :'(
The Are a compleate scam and have ripped me off! I signed up as a member and with that I was supposed to get A $25 dollar deal on first outfit with free shipping. Turns out only about three outfits had that deal the rest were $30 or more so I decided to buy an out fit any way the total was around $40 dollars including shipping. About a month later I got a $40 bill which was the cost of the outfit and then the next month I got another bill for about $40 when I hadn't bought any thing else! I figured out that being a memeber is signing up to pay $40 each month even if you haven't bought anything from them! And to cancel your membership you need to ring them and cannot email. Which is hard for time difference when living in Australia!
I've seen there adverts and thought I would try it, ordered and outfit, didn't choose to sign out by vip but it did it anyway, so I called them to cancel the vip, the lady on the phone tried to push me in to keeping it but after a 10 min conversation she finally canceled, but worse of all they have taken the money out which I also payed for two day delivery, it hasn't arrived and they have deleted my account. They won't be so quick to give it back as they are to take it.
Fabletics is ridiculously shady. I ordered a tank top and pants as part of the VIP promo. I'm pretty good at reading things, but I missed that they are going to automatically charge your credit card each month if you don't make a purchase. On top of that, my order took over a month to ship, and when I tried to call Fabletics, I had to talk to a computer, then the guy on chat told me it was my fault, and finally I had to call back to cancel my membership. What a scam!
I purchased my first outfit for not $25 but $29.97 (site states $25). No biggie it was a cute outfit and $4 extra with no shipping... OK. I added item to my cart and kept shopping (btw, they give you an hour to shop). So I figured I would look around. I saw a pair of adorable pants that were 59 down to 39 down to 19.97. I put them into the cart and went to check out. The checkout gave me two prices $169 and $69. Not the $49.94 I was expecting, I immediately called them and they tried to tell me that it would have been that price had that been my first outfit, but it was my second item so therefore i had to pay 39 for the pants. NOT! I told them that if that was the case they should have the page refresh once you add your first item... the page should then refresh to actual prices and not try to lure you to add items at a special price. Needless to say, I accepted the order only because they gave it to me@ $49.94 and honestly 35 minutes later not sure if it was worth it. We shall see. As soon as my order arrives I will be canceling my membership and DARE them to charge my card. STAY AWAY!
I kept getting emails from this website, so I figured I'd try it out. Bad idea. The clothes are absolutely terrible.
What looks cute and stylish online is misleading. The materials is extremely cheap, and very, very thin. When I got the outfit, I took one look at it and knew it wouldn't survive the washing machine. It barely even survived my workout!
I have not had (as so many others here have) an issue canceling my membership, but it took forever to actually speak to a live person since emails never seem to be answered with this place. Save your money and your energy. Don't even bother ordering from here.
For the people saying that people are only complaining about issues canceling their membership- no, that's definitely NOT the only issue with this brand. The cheap material clothes at ridiculous prices is the issue for me. Furthermore, this site does not even seem to keep much in stock, since most of the time you cannot even find what is on sale.
I don't understand why someone like Kate Hudson would put her name on such an inferior brand like this.
They take advantage of the buyer, made money off of people's trust. Policy and customer service designed to be avoidant, and they will not keep their word in offering to cancel your account. They trick you into blindly authorize bogus charges for clothes you can buy for 5-10 bucks at any outlet store with the same quality. Kate Hudson you really gona sell us out like that?
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.
Answer: I bombarded them on twitter and Facebook. They got back to me quick!
Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
