I have used shoe dazzle before so I know exactly how this site works. I skipped the month on February 4th which still gave me a day to skip. On February 15th I got charged $49.95. I noticed because my credit card company sent me an email stating that my purchase got denied. So I called fabletics on Thursday to have them fix it. I thought it's a mistake so no problem. The guy on the phone had me send a screen shot of my email from my credit card with what happen. I didn't get a reply by phone or email by Monday. I think this should have been fixed promptly but no. I called this morning on monday and they guy said he should have issued a refund so I can have my credit card company fix my credit score on their side so I said fine I'll try that. I then check my phone a few hours later and no refund email gas been sent but I have received an email saying that I closed my account. What the $#*!. I didn't ask for that or do that. So I called back and they said my account is closed and they can't reopen it but at least I got my refund email from the third person I spoke to. Horrible customer service. Too bad because I liked my leggings.
If I could give Fabletics 0 starts I would! I am absolutely appaled by Fabletics and their VIP membership which people are very sneakily signed up to when making an account and purchacing a product. It was not made clear enough about this process and how to stop it before £44 was automatically taken from my bank account on two separate occasions, this hard earnt money that cannot be reclaimed so I have to spend it unnecessarily on very average leggings!
Read the description of the VIP membership and it clearly says you will be charged $50 a month unless you skip. The $50 goes towards clothing credit. It isn't a fee. The clothes are super cute. The buying discount is awesome for VIPs. They just had 40% off of everything. I got an outfit and a bra for $50 no shipping. I think it is great.
I was charged $64.75 on my credit card today... how can I cancel this "surprise" monthly membership I am part of?! I am so disappointed in this company.
I called customer service and I could not hear anything she saying. She asked for my email and it took her like 5 times to get it right.
I told her their was a lot of background noise and she apologized and said their was many of them in that room. That was pretty annoying.
I asked for a refund on my member credit and she said their was no option for that. Ive never heard of a company not having an option for that. I had to tell her several times I wanted to cancel because she didn't want to do it.
I want my money back. Poor customer service.

First, I am not sure why everyone seems to be claiming this is a scam. Clearly, no one is reading the VERY LARGE PRINT ON EVERY SINGLE PAGE stating the terms of utilizing the VIP membership. It is not difficult to log in and skip. Very easy.
Product is just fine and I didn't have problems finding a style I liked.
The only reason I didn't give five stars is because I'm in Canada and don't like how long I have to wait to receive anything. I would happily pay for express shipping if it were available. BUT THAT ISNT A BIG DEAL!
Overall, If you are organized enough to remember to skip the month (I have my phone set to remind me on the first of every month, Which gives me time to do a quick browse to see if I like anything) and then skip, and you love looking hot at the gym then this is a good site to be a part of.
Like any online shopping experience read the terms and conditions of anything prior to purchasing. Its just common sense.

I bought a pair of leggings. They arrived. They were great. No problems. Just over a month later, a charge shows up on my credit card for $60.

I figured it was a mistake so I called. They tell me I signed up for their VIP Membership when I made my purchase. Umm. No I didn't. What are you talking about?
So sneaky. I've bought lots of stuff online, so I've some experience with the process. I can tell you without a doubt the subscription process was so subtle that I had no idea.
Supposedly I'm getting a refund but after reading the reviews here, I'm skeptical its going to arrive.
IT IS A DECEIT, IF YOU PURCHASE WITH THAT PROMOTION. MONTHLY DISCOUNT $ 45 FROM YOUR CARD, EVEN IF YOU DO NOT BUY ANYTHING. IT IS A MEMBERSHIP THAT YOU PAY WITHOUT USING IT. I AM GOING CRAZY. I HAVE CALLED THEM EVERY TIME THEY MAKE THE CHARGE TO MY CARD TO SAY THAT IF IT IS NECESSARY TO RETURN THEM WHAT I BUY I DO, SO THAT THEY DO NOT CONTINUE CHARGING THE ACCOUNT MONTHLY. WHEN YOU DO NOT GAIN ENOUGH MONEY MEANS A LOT.
Not only is the quality of the goods you receive MUCH less than acceptable, you get charged a ridiculous amount per month, whether you order or not. Even if you try to cancel your membership, you never get a response from any customer service. I have called 3 times to cancel my membership, written to them multiple times on chat and facebook and have yet to receive any response. I have been charged 3 times since my first attempt!

I cannot even give this franchise a star after learning how they treat their customers. I was initially very excited to join the Fablectic craze and have new workout gear. However that is not the case now, instead I feel appalled and disrespected. About a month ago I signed up for the VIP membership and placed my first order of roughly 74 US dollars. Some time past without me receiving this order, so this morning I placed a call to the company's customer service. I expressed concern to the sales representative, and she told me to hold while she attempted to locate my order. I was then notified that my package was returned to Fablectics due to an error for the shipping address. Instead of notifying me, their customer, of this, Fabletics kept the order and continued to charge my Visa card knowing that orders placed would never reach their destination. If I had not called looking for answers I would have never found out about an error with the shipping address, nor learned that Fablectics willingly kept this information from me. I feel cheated by Fabletics. I am absolutely appalled by their negligence and this egregious act. I will no longer support the Fablectic franchise. I cannot judge the company on the quality of clothing, as I have never received merchandise from them. However, after this experience I suggest to future possible customers to look elsewhere.
I was very excited to try Fabletic's leggings when I saw the 2 for $24 deal. I thought it was a promotion to allow a broader audience to try out the brand since it's relatively new. I got the leggings and loved them. One month later I see a $49 charge on my checking account to Fabletics and initiated an online chat to inquire, thinking it was a mistake. I waited over an hour for someone to start chatting, and no one did. I finally ended up calling and getting someone on the phone after about a five minute wait. The girl who answered explained that I signed up for a VIP membership, which was not at all clear when I purchased the 2 for $24. I feel like they intentionally made the VIP deal's terms and conditions difficult to find. I asked the girl to cancel because I no longer wanted to support a company that would treat its customers like that. It took her a long time to agree to cancel but she finally did. The leggings are nice, but it was definitely not worth all of that.
The sited hides a subscription to a VIP membership with huge monthly fees. In my case they did not ship the product I ordered and when trying to get them to ship it they added the monthly subscription fee, which i did not sign up for.

Would give this site 0 stars if I could. I too fell under the scam of unintentionally being a 'VIP member' which charged £44 from my account without my consent. When I rang to ask for my money back I spoke to a very patronising lady who refused to give me the money back but thankfully cancelled my membership. I have spoken to my bank and am hoping to get the money back but it's not for definite. Scam.
I signed up for the membership knowing that there was a monthly fee and that it was to go towards the purchase of clothing. I have 11 outfit credits built up and cannot find anything to buy this year. I have placed large orders and sent most items back. The quality of the fabrics this last year plus has been poor! Cellulite shows through most of the leggings. In addition, about a year ago the fabrics kept crotch-dropping so my crotch would look like it was down at my knees and I would need to pull the pants repeatedly. So, I have called and spoke with member services with dissatisfaction many times. I have been unable to purchase many outfits, based on these 2 quality factors. I have tried to talk to them in order to come up with a positive solution. I have expressed that I would be willing to wait the duration and purchase the outfits when acceptable ones were being sold. I asked if they could please stop charging me temporarily and stop adding outfits to my purchase account when I already had so many I still needed to buy and was unsatisfied with their inventory. They said that they could not put my membership on hold or even skip a few months at a time. The stated if I wanted to skip one month, I would have to manually log on during a very short window every month and skip a singular month's membership. I want to cancel this membership so very badly, I don't want any more hassle or charges because I didn't make their skip one month window every single month on time, but I don't want to loose all of the credits and points that I have already paid for. They stated I could cancel my membership, loose my points, and afterwards use my credits to pay an inflated price on merchandise. I tried to just spend all of my credits at once and cancel, but had to return much of my order for fit and quality reasons. It is going to take me so very long to spend all of these credits. I feel bullied into a corner and there is no way out.

Their high-waisted (lisettes) are NOT SQUAT proof. It took me over an year to realize that. I realized that after $1000 worth of order. The black one practically see-through revealing all your assets. Salars are okay. When I pay around $50+ for a legging, I expect them to work as is. Thats why it never occurred to me to even squat test it before using it. My friend at the gym, whom I train with, told me with much apprehension, thats when I realized. Oh horrors. I canceled my membership. I had placed a new Feb order, which I will do a squat test on and see. I will return the entire order if it does not pass my squat test. I'd rather buy under armor or nike, but only after a squat test. Lesson learnt. Stay away or at least do a squat test.
What kind of company marketing themselves as a store for 'yoga pants' doesn't make sure that the consumer's bum doesn't show during downward dog pose. I haven't tried the downward dog in the high-waisted leggings, but if these show my bum during squat, I think it will during a downward dog.The leggings are pretty, but i rather be all covered than pretty.
As far as customer service goes, its pretty good. I had a few issues, which were resolved pretty quickly. Membership cancelation literally took me 2 minuutes.

I am going to preface this by saying that i understand how the VIP program works. As a new customer i was going to take advantage of getting two pants for $24. I picked two pants and then started to look at tank tops. All of the tank tops had a price that was scratched out and replaced by a VIP price. Then under the VIP price, in RED there was an "introductory price".
There was no information anywhere about the introductory price. Since it was in bright red, i assumed that it was a special price for a first time purchase. Then when i put the items in my cart, it went to the VIP price ( which was higher)
Here is the real issue now. I contacted customer service on Chat. They were busy so i waited and eventually got kicked off. Then i tried again and waited. Eventually someone addressed me. When i asked my question, nothing happened. Then i was kicked off again. This time i called into customer service. I explained the situation to the rep and he started to explain the how i can only get two pants for $24 or one outfit for 70% off. He was not able to tell me why the introductory price was not showing up. Then i got his manger on the phone to eventually explained that i can only have one promotion at a time ( which makes sense) but then he told me that if i was getting 2 pants for $24 then the intro pricing would not apply, Infact the introductory prices does not really exist. What they really mean is that if you don't get one of the two promotions then you get two items for 50% off ( which is the introductory price)
All of this would be fine if it was explained on the website. They should not put an introductory price on all of their stuff it that price does not apply to you. They could at least put and asterisk that says the intro price is only valid for two items and cannot be combined with other promotions on a first time purchase.

Beware of the monthly service charge thats nowhere stated. They owe me close to $100 bucks and its been a fight to get it. They claim theyve issued me a refund and Ive yet to get it. Order was placed back in December. Its a shame Kate Hudson is associated with this company

I made an account and purchased VIP membership in the beginning of December. I then decided to cancel my VIP membership for a short time. I had always planned on going back because my first experience went well but then when I cancelled, my credit card was still charged again. I got in contact and it seemed to be cleared up pretty well- they cancelled my VIP plan and promised to put the $50 charge back to my card. They told me it would take 3-7 days for the charge to be put back. After 7 days had come and passed, there was still no money put in my account. Every single morning I would go to their website and try to contact them. I would be left waiting for hours and they NEVER would answer me. Finally, in the box where it asks you to sum up your reason, I just said "membership questions" and sure enough, they answered within minutes. They purposefully avoided answering me when they knew I wanted my money back, probably hoping I'd forget or give up. Absolutely ridiculous. I will never give them another penny of mine ever again. I literally cancelled my card so they have zero payment information for me.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
