Wow. Just wow. I clicked on an ad on Facebook one time, and figured I'd take advantage of the offer to get 2 leggings for cheap. Little did I know (and by little, I mean you have to read the little words at the bottom of your order confirmation) that I was unknowingly signing up to pay 49.95$ a month to get VIP membership, which means lower prices on things. I'm not even sure how that's legal; how is it even possible that they charge you 49.95 a month and you don't even know you're signing up for a monthly automatic payment?
Once that's done, good luck trying to get your money back. I was just told on the phone I pretty much never will, and might as well spend it on the site. It's apparently super easy to sign up for a 50$ monthly automatic payment, but in order to cancel the membership, you have to call a number, wait 20 MINUTES on the line, and then proceed to refuse THREE DIFFERENT TIMES to maintain your membership. This is quite possibly my worst experience ever. Shame on all of those participating in this scam.
Absolute CROOKS! RUN, DON'T WALK FROM THIS COMPANY! I have been trying to cancel my account since November and this is March 2018. I cancelled for the 3rd time in early January and just realized that they didn't charge me in January but snuck their charges back in February and March. I have spent no less than 10 hours on the phone with their agents cancelling. Each time they charge me again, I get the same story, that they waived it that month. We'll have to see what happens next month. I'm sure they will charge me again. Add to that the merchandise is very poor quality.
Two leggings for £24 if you sign up to a monthly subscription of £44, which is not clear at all! I cancelled, my leggings didn't arrive in time so I tried to send them back but couldn't because my account had been cancelled! Has taken over a week to organise a collection, for which I have to wait at home for 12 hours for because apparently it's impossible to send them back any other way, without an account. Still waiting for them to be collected - ridiculous service!
I ordered leggings from them several months ago and they're great, and I understood the fact that they charge $49.95 each month. Each month, they sent an email notifying you of the charge, and whenever I receive it I cancel/order. However, this month, I was neglected of an email, and today I received an email notifying me of the charge for this month! How am I supposed to remember when I have my Fabletics order due?! I contacted customer support through Facebook, live chat, and calling, and have waited for inadmissable long periods of time to not even receive a response (40-60 minutes on call and live chats!) Horrible, absolutely horrible. I seriously hope they don't bill my credit card...
I went to visit my brother and sister in law for Thanksgiving in Dallas. We went shopping on Black Friday and there was a Fabletics store. I purchased some work out clothes. When i looked at my emails later that evening, i saw i had one from Fabletics and it said i had a $24 credit that i had earned by shopping with them earlier that day. I went on line and bought a few more items. Then several months later they started taking $49.95 out of my debit account! This has happened two months in a row forcing me to cancel my debit card and get a new one! I called my bank and they investigated and then told me somehow i had agreed to Fabletics taking out money from my account every month! I never agreed and i never signed anything. I will NEVER do business with this company again!
I'm sure if you have the desire for a new expensive outfit every month, than this site would work great for you. However, I do not need a new outfit every month. I liked the skip option, where you can skip the month and not be charged, when it worked. It seems like it stopped working this year. I was charged after I skipped the month, and I reached out to fabletics and my credit card company. Fabletic's response was to close my account (with 3 MEMBER CREDITS worth ~$150). I called and they reinstated my account, with the condition that I made a purchase within the next 48-72 hours. What a scam. I'm making my last purchase to use up the rest of my member credits and closing my account because I am so done with their shady and scummy tactics.

I just became a member in December and I love their clothes. This month I found an outfit I want along with another pair of shorts. I waited until the 6th when they are supposed to charge my card and -no charge-. I got on chat and asked today what was up and I got some obviously canned responses that are just stupid. I was told that they can charge my card anytime after the 5th so it can happen anytime during the month. That makes no sense as I am waiting so I can buy the outfit. I don't want to buy the outfit and then have them hit my card whenever. Then the customer rep said that they are really busy and charge thousands of cards every day and they will get to mine. That is also just stupid. In addition, apparently the person can't access my account so really has no idea what's going on. While I really like Fabletics I just can't stand poor customer service. I don't have an order number because I am waiting to order!
I must be dumb because when I did my first order I did not see anything that indicated that I would be charged $49.95 to be a member. The worst part is that they charge you $49.95 if you DO NOT ORDER? What the heck? Some of us are on budgets. If I had known this I never would have done this. Shame on Kate Hudson... she has enough money. This is deceptive. Plain and simple. I just called them to cancel and to demand my money back. They said they did... we will wait and see. Plus, their clothing is no more better than what I can buy at my local mall or REI.
I love the pants. Every pair has been well made, wonderful fabrics, very comfortable. Tops tend to run small and are not always from comfortable fabrics.

Placed an order Nov 16,2017, received order but asked for an exchange of 2 items, which I returned to Fabletics on Nov 27,2017. The next day I get an email canceling the exchange and my account and they refuse to discuss with me. I did a dispute with my credit card company but they sided with Fabletics based on the fact that Fabletics stated they processed the exchange and sent exchange items. NO exchange was ever received from Fabletics - they LIED to the credit card company! I have email proof which I will be sending to the credit card company! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

This was my first time purchasing from Fabletics. I'm a college student, so initially the sound of an unknown charge ($49.95) being charged from my account scared me, so I looked for the skip-the-month button, found it VERY easily, and skipped the month. Nothing happened, no charge is on my account, and I just received my 2-for-24 leggings and they fit perfectly. I already have another order in.
I think the problem here is that people don't realize how to "skip the month" even though I got an email reminder and for future purchases I just put a reoccurring event in my calendar. It's really not that hard.

I got sucked into the holiday special of ordering 2 for $24. Didn't realize I just joined the VIP membership, $49.95/month. Sneaky & dishonest. Will never purchase anything here again. I will also tell my friends. Beware of a deal that is too good to be true.
I have always gotten high quality outfits at reasonable prices from Fabletics and will continue to buy from them in the future. Yes, I would and do recommend them to others.

I've been a Fabletics member for years and the last 3 purchases I've made have been slightly disappointing. The fabric of the leggings has changed, the more recent version of the Solar's slip down when I'm trying to run, I don't even wear them. I purchased a pair of seamless leggings and they ripped on the 3rd wear. For years I only wore Fabletics, but I started looking elsewhere for athletic leggings since things seem to be changing with the leggings and fabrics. My boyfriend bought me a pair but they were way too tight, tighter than the other Mediums that I own. Fabletics has become unreliable to me at this point.

The leggings are great, but the sports bras don't fit me at all. I have small breasts, but large ribs, and the sports bras, ordered in a necessary medium, are too large in the chest to fit decently. I also would prefer clothing that is much more simpler, and not so full of prints.

I ordered the 2 for $24.00 got 1 pair and then they tried to charge me $49.95 for future purchases. Not an American company sounds like the Philippines, no supervisor available they are always helping other unhappy customers I assume.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
