Good, nice lines. Love the leggings but I would of liked them to be more tight in the waist sinc I got high waisted leggings.

Needed to exchange two pairs and shipped the smaller pairs before Friday. They said if I shipped it before Friday I would receive the new leggings in my size that were on hold for me. Just got an email saying they can only send me one of the pairs and not two. So not on hold for me? I would just choose a different pattern if I could.

One of the items I ordered came with all tags cut off and smelling very obviously of laundry detergent. Obviously it had been previously worn and returned. While I was able to exchange this item cost free I found it very upsetting that I was sent a previously worn and washed item that was presented as new. Not to mention it was upsetting that it was accepted back despite not meeting return restrictions. I feel like I should have been additionally compensated for being essentially lied to about the product I was receiving.

Both of my leggings are pretty in color and style however when tried them on they were both see through and I am a size medium. My behind was exposed through both of them especially the pink leggings.

Loving the way the high waisted compression fits my pear shape and makes me look slimmer. When working out, the pants stay put. No constant pulling up or tugging on the waist during my workout. Would recommend.

They try to hide the fact that there is a $50 monthly charge on the vip membership and call it 'free' when it absolutely is not. And then they continue to charge you without you even realizing it until it's too late. When I asked for a refund, the customer service rep told me I can only get store credit, which is useless to me. Their clothing is overpriced and frankly not the best quality or style. I am going to my bank to hopefully get my money back
I have never felt the need to leave a review for a company like this, but the customer service with Fabletics is pretty awful. Like many others, I was intrigued by the "2 for $24" offer that they use to get you to sign up for their VIP membership. I have signed up for one of these before (AdoreMe), so I was aware of the "skip or be charged" deal. Unlike AdoreMe, however, it is ridiculously difficult to cancel your membership and get a refund of the $49.95 membership credit, should you forget to skip the month. I had even called to cancel my membership, but was still charged the fee. When I used the online chat to try to get a refund of the membership charge, I was told that there was no record of me cancelling and that I would not be refunded. Because my credit card had already been charged, the "money had been turned into membership credits," and there was no way that I would be getting my money back. Luckily, I had researched this beforeb so I knew that people had been issued refunds, and I decided to call instead. To his credit, the man that I spoke to on the phone was very helpful. He apologized and issued me the refund almost immediately. The quality of customer service is inconsistent at best. While the clothes I received were okay, the misinformation that I was given and condescending tone of the chat were really enough to make me never want to purchase from this company again.
There are so many rules with this site, it's trickery! Be prepared to be ripped off. I WENT TO USE MY MONTHLY CREDIT (WHICH THEY JUST DEDUCT IF YOU CAN'T TRACK DOWN THE HIDDEN "sKIP THIS MONTH" BUTTON. BUT THEN didn't even use the credit and charged my credit card - which they store on file so you think you're paying with your credit! Charged twice and unhappy. No after sales service. Arrogant company

You can think you are spending your rewards points and are ordering two items, but after entering your credit card number and hitting the confirm button, you end up with only one item and your rewards points are taken without anything for it. Pay very close attention to what you place in your cart, how much it costs, AND THEN what the final confirmation is. It MAY change. Take lots of screenshots throughout the entire process, including with chat representatives because those chats DO NOT get emailed to you after you close the box. I bought sale items (50% off) from the company online for christmas gifts. Unknowingly I was charged 49.95 /mo. Since Jan. For VIP membership which I am not aware and they just want want to use the credits when I asked for a refund... Are you kidding me?
Members receive constant SALE emails and presented with SALE PRICING while logged into the website, upon checkout prices changes to VIP PRICING that is HIGHER than advertised. Example: Semi-Annual Sale $12.00 Top drops into the cart for $39.95! As a Member, you NEVER get the ADVERTISED Sale Price.
You are offered $49. Outfits that are in limited stock and SOLD OUT. I have trying to spend my credits for over a year and nothing but Sold Out $49 outfits or VIP outrageously priced items. But wait there's more! Don't cancel because now you lose the $49 crappy discounts. Skip a month till you find something... one year later. I can't find a $49 outfit I like in stock nor access to SALE pricing.
Members have two choices -
1) Use your credit without any other advertised discounts or
2) Get advertised discount and can't use your credit
Members get the special VIP treatment and given the highest prices available! Terrible business model. You have paying customers that want to shop, committed to a membership, and you don't provide Sale pricing... you charge MORE! Very dissatisfied customer!
To be fair, their products are outstanding!
My daughter did not see any time print about their VIP program charging her 49.95 a month, only seeing she could get leggings for $24. She is under eighteen and under contractual law if is illegal for them to do this. I will be taking them to court, for the $600 they scammed from her, the trauma suffered from being scammed and emotional disrtress. She is teen and had no idea laces were so corrupt like this. Stay away from this company. A LEGITIMATE COMPANY does NOT run VIPprograms like this screwing young teens out of their money! Shame on them! See you in court!
As soon as you buy something, they sign your credit card up for a membership and they charge you $50 dollars every month. When I tried to use the store credit, it wouldn't let me. So I asked for a refund and 5 days after the refund was processed, they charged me the same amount again! It is so frustrating and they just keep charging your card without any notice. I was on hold on the phone with them for 20 minutes and talking to them for another 30. The agent on the line kept saying the same thing over and over, didn't let me speak and was no help at all. Now I have to call them back with my bank on the line.
They, unknowingly, charged me for a monthly VIP membership. When I tried to get over the $500 back that they stole from me, I only got back $100 and then a "complementary" $50 gift card. The gift card is only good for some of the clothes, so in reality I received less than 1/5 of the money they took from me

One morning I look at my credit card bill and realize I paid twice for a Fabletics order? So I contact the customer service for an explanation on the withdrawn amount. Explanation I got: "On you first order your clicked on VIP pricing, so now you are a VIP Member." Obviously I clicked on VIP. It came at a lower price. I understood that it was a promotional offer or something.It was cheaper, so I clicked on that cheaper price. But nowhere ever do I recall seeing CLEARLY mentioned that it came with a monthly fee. I didn't know that what they call a "VIP Membership" comes with a monthly 50 subscription fee. Why in God's name would anyone even pay 50 a month to get a 50 reduction on 100 yoga pants? It comes out to be the same! And how many gym clothes does one need to buy to make this membership worthwhile? Like, Seriously!?
So, I ask via email to cancel this VIP membership. I get an answer saying it can't be done by email. That I have to contact the customer service by phone, which is in France... and I am in Brussels. So not only did I pay international calling fees, but I was on hold for 10mn before being hung up on by a customer service person! That's right! She simply hung up!
So now my VIP Membership is still not cancelled. I suppose. I don't really know actually! So I have to go through all of this again, just to make sure! How fun!
And honestly, I cannot believe that in our time and age it is still "legal" for a company to so underhandedly get people to subscribe to a membership. It is sneaky and dishonest! No email, no monthly billing review, no clear termination clauses etc. Just unbelievable!

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
