I haven't had my account for very long but so far i'm pretty impressed. The quality is really good, especially for the prices I pay considering that i only purchase when they have a sale. I have tried other companies but i've had to chose between bomb quality $100 leggings or made in China trash for $35. If there's someone with both, the amount/range of products was very limited.
My only complaint is that if you miss something you really liked, they don't seem to restock. They just release new stuff monthly instead.
I think that remembering to skip the month so totally worth the discounts you get, its not that serious. Not sure why people are saying its a scam. Plus I find it difficult to forget since I receive emails from them letting me know that its time.
I did however learn from these reviews not to mess with store credit at all but it isn't necessary to mess with it in order to enjoy the whole thing

I had a VIP account, and didn't use my allowance for 3 months. I then went shopping in the Sale section - lots of great bargins. Only problem? You can't use your banked cash for discounted items you have to pay full price. This company is a complete scam. I've cancelled - I just hope I don't have the same experience as so many other people and they keep taking my money. Don't sign up!

This scamming company has taken £440:00 from my account with nothing in return! I only noticed this morning as they change the name, slightly of the company on the bank statements and not the same date every month!
I am appalled and upset, I am a single, hard working mother and can not afford to loose money! The fraud people at my bank are dealing with this, I just hope I get my hard earned money back! TERRIBLE they ought to be ashamed!

This service is a scam. When you add money monthly to your profile, aka store credit they wont let you use it for promo deals, they ask for a credit card payment, unless you use your store credit, but pay full price, instead of VIP price.
On top customer service is terrible and takes 2 + hours phone call to handle a simple return or cancellation.
They send a completely different outfit than the one I ordered, and still wanted to charge extra for refund. Now i must wait 8-10 WEEKS for a refund. This service has been total waste of time, hustle and money, and I can not wait for the day I can cancel my "VIP" membership, that has only brought money taken, wrong orders and headaches.

My daughter ordered 1st outfit for $19.99. She didn't like quality and cancelled membership. The account was cancelled, but they kept taking $49.95 out on my debit. It took 4 months to get the $ back. They never sent any orders, but took my $.

The products themselves are pretty good but a bit overpriced compared to competitors. Horrible customer service, however! I waited 3 weeks to receive an order and received an authorization to return it before I even received it! When "my" order did come, it was someone else's order that I then had to ship back. They did "compensate" me by rushing the correct order (which I still haven't received). I cancelled my "VIP" membership.

After rushing through product searches as a timer clicked on in the corner of my screen, in order to get the $19 two-piece outfit deal, I noticed the two for $24 leggings and decided to purchase those as well. The leggings were priced as marked on the checkout screen but the outfit was not coming through with the deal. I went out and chose another outfit marked $19 to replace the first with since the deal was not coming through... same problem, I was being charged full price for it. I quickly paid as I was running out time and figured I'd lose the two for $24 legging deal too so I paid for the purchase and called customer service. HUGE waste of time. The rep only told me that I couldn't have both "deals." Nowhere was that readily legible, NOWHERE. Then he said I could cancel my order and place it again with some special VIP sale that was going on only today (where is this on the site?). I asked for a supervisor who was incredibly less helpful than his rep was. They both just kept repeating my name and the word "yes" a whole lot but saying and doing a whole lot of nothing. Basically I could not get the deal and now I have a monthly membership which I didn't realize I was signing up for! The timer is the kicker, forcing you to quickly make your purchase, thinking you're getting a better deal - I'll never be this stupid again. I'll never order from here again and I'm canceling this ridiculous monthly program. I'd rather pay more at Lululemon and not have to deal with bogus "customer service" and fictitious deals.

I thought a was getting a GREAT deal for their 2 for $24 promotion, but was completely unaware that autmatically signed me up for a VIP membership, which takes $49 out of your card every month if you don't make another purchase. This information should be clearly stated and wasn't anywhere to be found during my first purchase. Called customer service and they FINALLY gave me a refund of $99 for the two months I was a "member." I had to call three times before this happened. Leggings were good quality, but membership sign up was a total scam and I won't be purchasing from them again. If the information had been presented clearly I would have never signed up for the promotion.

I signed up for the promotiono fo 2 items for $24 and I went ahead and ordered. The jacket was great, but the leggings were such bad quality that I immediately gave them away and that person did not even want them. The material was rough and had zero stretch to them. I did not know that i was siging up for $49.95 to come out of my account and 7 months later (I don't check my account often) I realized close to $400 had come out on these recurring payments I didn't sign up for. I called and they told me that they could only refund 5 payments and that the rest had to be left in my account as credit I could use on clothes. I told them I did not want any of their clothes but they said there was nothing they could do about it. I checked my account and they only refunded me for 4 payments! I called CS and he had no clue what I was talking about and I asked several times to be transferred to someone who would not give me the run around. I had to explain the situation about 4 times before he realized what he was telling me was wrong and agreed to refund me for that last month they promised me. I am still left with $100 in "credits" to use on the site and not happy about it. This happened to me with ShoeDazzle and come to see that they are partners... go figure. I would never imagine Kate Hudson would agree to all of this =(

I have been seeing advertisements for this brand for years and finally decided to give them a try and I signed up on the 31st of May. The catch with this company is, in order to get those great prices they advertise, you must sign up to be a VIP. When signing up as a VIP you are agreeing to allow Fabletics to charge your card every month for $50. You must skip within the first 5 days of the month and you better skip or you will not be getting that money back. I ordered an outfit (pants, shirt, bra), disliked it all and signed on to return the items and cancel my membership. In my mind, I guess I read cancel between the 1st and the 5th of the month as the 15th and thought I had time to cancel, nope I missed it. After cancelling my membership, I checked my bank account and saw the $50 charge. I reached out to try to get a refund since I was not interested in using the membership and didn't like the products but no such luck. They just threw all their clauses and membership guidelines in my face and pretty much told me I was SOL. So, I had a cancelled membership and 50 bucks sitting on their website, which I figured I might as well use. Well, come to find out in order to use that credit, you have to be VIP. The process went like this: I had to add something to my cart, resign up for VIP, apply the credit, checkout and then cancel the membership again. This company got me for over $50 with nothing to show for it. I am not a fan of their style and I'm hoping to sell the items to someone online to try to make up for the cost. I will not be using Fabletics again and would not recommend them to anyone I know.

I was unaware that they were going to charge me $50 out of my account every month BY ME JUST ORDERING ONE TIME! No email or nothing that clearly specifies their services and fees-and for the sake of logic- they need to be specific on their websites- what a VIP membership entails- its total scam and lack of transparency business practices for their customers. I just figured out today and unfortunately you can only opt out between the 1st and the 5th but I was totally unaware of any of that. And the outfit I bought wasn't anything special. Over priced when I can go to a local store and get it for half the price with better quality. I called today customer service at my 7am pdt and asked for my money back, the charge me three months after i place one order in March, they offer me two months reimbursement but the third payment is not going to be reimburse- just a gift card that i can use after a year... yes you read it right- you have to wait a year to use a gift card with your money that you paid and you never bought any products during that month. STAY AWAY OF THIS BUSINESS!

I purchased 2 pairs of leggings (they were pretty soft and comfortable to be fair) on the pretense that it was a first time user sale. (I have since learned that there is always some kind of sale, but once the items get in your cart, the price sometimes changes because of what else is in your cart, yet this is not clarified in the banners advertising the sales) This particular sale was not advertised as having any relation to their VIP service. I looked carefully for this because I got roped into a VIP on another site, where they charge you monthly and then you use it as a credit for purchases. Then 2 months later I saw that I had been charged $50 each month because they did enroll me in the VIP program. The customer service department refused to refund the charges and basically said I was dumb for not knowing the sale was tied to enrollment. I then tried to use the two credits and found that it would only apply one $50 credit because my order was under $100. I then noticed that a month later they charged me again, because they had not cancelled my membership as requested. I had to contact customer service to get the second credit applied, I finally used them all up and will never shop on that site ever again.

I had a problem with the fact that I didn't know I was getting bill monthly. Not only did they reimburse me my money, they apologized and took the time to explain the process on how I got billed and what to do in the future. I really appreciate how they handled the situation. It was very professional and they responded to my review within a day of me posting then when I replied I was in the process of getting a refund that night. Because of how amazing they were I would defiantly consider buying from them again if the right deal came out. Thanks again fabletics! I was very impressed

I cancelled my account in Feb. And I've been charged every month since. I spoke to multiple representatives and then was charged twice in a month. Worst company ever. DO NOT JOIN VIP. The clothes weren't even worth it.

I skipped this month on June 4th before the 5th and I was still charged. I have not had any problems skipping previous months. I see there seem to be a record amount of complaints in May 2018, so something must be going on with the company. I will use my credits and then cancel my VIP membership. The leggings that I purchased when I started membership are too thick (If that's even possible.) and very difficult to put on. Other items that I purchased are Ok, but seem to not fit me properly either. The shoes I purchased fit fine, but I have to use a shoe horn to get them on my feet. I was skeptical about using the VIP membership since most websites that charge monthly fees are almost impossible to cancel without canceling your credit card or reporting it lost. I guess I'll have do the same with this website. All these websites are doomed to failure when you have to force people to pay you and get half $#*! quality. I'm telling you there is nothing better than Amazon. They never rob you, cheat you, or discriminate against you!

I bought the 2 for 24 deal and a couple of weeks later 49.95 was removed from my account without my permission. They had enrolled me on a VIP membership that i was COMPLETELY unaware of and i am still waiting over 30 days later to receive my refund which they keep telling me they will give me. I am LIVID. Today was my THIRD phone conversation with them and they are all saying I should be receiving my money back "in the next 4 days"... they say that EVERY time. Awful. Do NOT throw your money away like this!

This company promotes a 2 for $24 leggings and they then enroll you into a membership program without you knowing. I took advantage of this deal and I was really happy with my one pair and returned the other. I received a refund for the one. A few weeks later I was charged for $50 on my account, I immediately called the company and they were saying I was in this membership that I wasn't aware off. They wouldn't refund my money only give me store credit. I work hard for money and they just stole it. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
