Another scam from Justfab. Stupid subscription of £44 a month debited from your account (unless you remember to skip on the 5th day of the month) making this the most expensive place online. Avoid. Remember once the money has been debited its gone, with no way of getting it back, so your forced to spend it on the cheap Chinese made tat they sell.
I didnt even know I was signing up for a subscription and started getting drafted 50$ a month. In order to use your credit (money that you ALEADY SPENT) you have to add the EXACT DOLLAR AMOUNT to your cart. Of course items are priced with odd prices so they never match up to your credit amount and you end up spending ADDITIONAL MONEY AND NOT WHAT YOU ALREADY PAID...? Such a deceptive and awful company

This company takes £44 out of your account on a different day every month if you sign up for the discounted items. They don't make it clear, they then don't send you reminders so this can go on for months. Yes I didn't read the fine print because I never expected anything so slimy and unexpected which is what they are counting on. The customer service person in the Phillippines straight up hung up on me when I called.

I have had 4 live chats and made three phone calls in an effort to return an item. Twice I was disconnected from the line by Fabletics after waiting 20 mins. I was also charged monthly without knowing and I have tried to cancel my membership and they cannot get it right. Kate is NOT being well represented by this company. Cant wait to cut ties and never support the product once I actually get a hold of customer service! Terrible!

Fabletics has been charging my bank card $49.95 for the last 12 months. I called them and asked them what was going on? They said was building a credit. I ask them to stop, My wife purchase was a one time purchase, and I wanted my $599.40 to be credited to my bank card. I also wanted an email that their credit ID # ******* was real PLEASE HELP this is a REAL SCAM

I canceled my membership via live chat with a representative months ago, but I kept getting charged by the retailer so I spoke to a rep for a refund. This has been a reoccurring issue. Every single month.
I spoke to someone today named Chad and asked to speak with a manager. First they ignored my request, then they wouldn't give me a refund because supposedly there wasn't a record of my cancelation. Chad said that they could only process a one time refund and the system won't allow more than that.
LIES. I assured him that the reps who I have spoken to before confirmed the cancelation as well as processed refunds. He continued to argue with me. I then demanded to speak to a manager again, then he immediately gave up and agreed to give me a refund. What horrible customer service.

My daughter (14 y o) wanted to buy leggings 2 for $24 and I checked it and I told her yes. Good deal. Gave her my credit card, and few months later I was been charged for VIP membership $50 a month. My daughter cried embarrassed that she didn't know about it and because she knew I was upset. Company refunded my money, but funny girl on the phone told me " that when my daughter turn 18 they hope that she becomes a VIP member and she can also tell her friends about it". Really?

I skipped the month. Received an email confirming that I skipped a month and was still charged. This is a terribly run company. Now I have to call the awful customer service and try to get my membership and cancel my god-forsaken membership.

Wrong among deducted on my account, I Have call the customer service and they told me that I have a credit on my account. So I cant get my money back! So I have to buy something even though I dont want to buy anything!

It is not clear that they start taking money out of your account after you check out as a VIP. I have not got my money back that have taken out of my bank account for two months before I noticed. Will be getting in touch with my bank to report fraud

Ordered the 2 for $24. Nowhere did it clearly state that a VIP membership would be 49.95 per month. How many leggings do you need? I wouldn't agree to any membership at that price per month! Shame on you Fabletics and Kate Hudson!

I purchased 2 leggings and a month later they charged me a fraud transaction of $49.95. I contacted them and all they would give is store credit. I called my bank and reported the fraud transaction. I will never purchase from them again.

Three) I $#*!ed up entering my email for the vip membership and didnt realize i was charged over 100 in the past couple of months. Couldnt sign in to cancel the membership. I called at 11:40 Pm, the middle of the night! And they answered immediately, gave me a FULL REFUND, and cancelled my membership FOR ME. They knew me by my name and phone number right when he picked up. And pronounced my name correctly. Chris, whoever you are, you are a gift from the gods.

Was getting charged every month 49$ without my permission. Email about charging my bank account by Fabletics either was never sent to me or was going in Promotion Folder (which nobody really checks). Had to call 2 times in order to get refund, with no success. Do not sign up for their membership.

First of all, I've been trying to cancel my membership for 6 months, and just barely was successfully able to do so. Meanwhile, my bank account continued to be drained. The website is completely useless! Not to mention, the quality of the product is comparable to Walmart sportswear.

My boyfriend got me a $100 gift card for Christmas (2017) and I've been trying to spend it for more than 6 months... It is absolutely ABSURD that Fabletics has a policy that treats gift cards as "store credit" that cannot be applied to sale merchandise of any kind. There have been probably five instances in the last 6 months that I've been interested in promo deals only to get to the checkout page and find out I have to choose between paying full price and use my gift card value, or take advantage of the promo and pay with my credit card. My first order that I decided to just suck it up and pay full retail ended up being $67 instead of around $30-$35. I was shopping two days ago and added a $49.95 (regular VIP priced) item to my cart, plus saw an advertisement for 2 for $20 dresses and had to choose between using my $35 store credit or taking advantage of 2 for $20 dresses. My total, by the way, had I chosen to NOT use the promo and instead use my gift card, would have been $60. I ended up having to place two separate orders, one for the $49.95 outfit, and another for the 2 for $20 dresses PLUS pay a $4.95 shipping fee.
Absolutely unacceptable experience, and I'm dreading the nightmare of an experience I'm about to have when I call to cancel my membership.

I just cancelled an order of 4 leggings 12 hours after I purchase them online. Thank goodness I read the fine print. Beware consumers! When you purchase leggings under a VIP price you're automatically locked into a VIP membership. If you do not purchase anything the following month between the 1st and the 5th your credit card will be charged $49.95. All I can say is this is Shady! Many people don't read the fine print or check their credit cards monthly. This is an unfair and sneaky way of doing business. I highly recommend nobody purchase this product due to principal. Didn't we learn that Honesty was the best policy? I guess people's bottom line doesn't matter to fabletics or Kate Hudson the face and owner of this company. It's easy when you have millions. I'm not American I'm Canadian and this is not how we do business!

Their clothes are great but they make it very difficult to cancel, and they keep billing you. They really need to change. This is untenable. I thought I had canceled. They told me I had. Apparently, I had not. They need a serious message. This is not allowable in any state. The collective state AGs need to go after Fabletics.

Sorry, not going to pay $50 per month for exercise clothes. BUT yes, I will take advantage of your 2 for $24 leggings deal. The pants are awesome. I absolutely love them.
Just do this: get the 2 for $24, and then do the following:
1. Wait until your order ships, and then chat with customer service and say you want to cancel your membership. They'll offer you bonus things that are pointless and you don't want anyway, but just keep saying you want to cancel. EASY! And you still get the cheap pants.
2. If you place your order at the end of the month, go online between the 1-5th of the month and skip your next shipment. Then as soon as your pants ship, follow step 1.
The pants are hella flattering and comfortable. I love them! And I'm not suckered into buying $600 worth of exercise clothes per year.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
