I cancelled the account in May, but they continued to take payments. This ongoing saga has been going on for one month, they are telling me I need to use the credits but I don't want too as the account was closed. I have had different responses from different operators. Today had a link to an online chat to try to resolve but surprisingly enough it's not even working. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I wonder if Kate Hudson is aware of the awful service received and continuous scams in terms of them taking money without your permission. I'm currently battling to get my money back for May, June and July. Will not recommend this to anybody.
When you have a 1000 1 star reviews saying this company is a scam, then you kinda have to see that something is wrong here. When you make your first purchase you are signed up for the vip membership and then they continue to charge your card $49.95 each month. You have to call and speak to someone in INDIA to cancel. Hope i don't see any new charges next month... guess i'll be getting a new credit card. SCUMBAGS.

Have never been happier with workout pants... Plus... Pockets! (Plus secret waist band picket so I'm not noticeably showing off my drivers license) the Capri fit was perfect for my petite height. The full length were a touch too long but not noticeable. Completely satisfied with my purchase, happy early birthday to me

Fabletics opened up a shop near me so I was able to go in store and try the outfits on. I ended up bringing home two light support sports bras and they are still in great condition almost two years later. When you sign up for their VIP membership, each month you will be charged $50, HOWEVER, the $50 doesn't go to waste because it goes straight into your Fabletics account to be used on future purchases. People seem to think that this company is taking $50 away every month from their bank account and it's disapearing. That's not the case. The $50 per month goes into your personal account with the store to use when you want to. You can even skip months if needed. I say it's worth a shot. I mean. I'd probably spend the $50 anyways... might as well have a little savings in my Fabletics account, right?

DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION! I HAD A CREDIT CARD ON FILE WHICH I DELETED FROM MY PROFILE OVER 1 1/2 MONTHS AGO. YESTERDAY I SEEN A DEBIT FROM FABLETICS ON THE CARD THAT I DELETED. I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY HAD NO ANSWER AS TO WHY MY CREDIT CARD THAT I DELETED GOT CHARGED.
ITS BECAUSE THEY KEEP CREDIT CARD NUMBERS ON FILE AND CHARGE WITHOUT CONSENT!
THE REPRESENTATIVE ISSUED A REFUND AND ENDED THE CHAT.

They said that they had a sale for 2 pairs of leggings for $24 if you were to sign up as a VIP member. This is my first time using fabletics. So After searching through the leggings I found 2 pair I liked and placed the order and agreed to sign up for the VIP membership. After putting in my debit card information and pressing pay,, I received an error message saying that my card wasn't accepted/ supported and I had to use a different one. However,, a minute later,, I get a text alert from my bank (I have set up just for these reasons) saying that fabletics just hit my account for $24. I called the customer support line,, and the gentleman on the line told me that he sees that they took my money and my order never went through. He went on to tell me that I could just use another card to purchase the order but the money (that they took even though I never placed an order) will be back on my card within 3-5 business days. This led me to ask him to please cancel my account with fabletics. He pleaded with me,, telling me if I kept the account then he would put $10 on my account to use towards fabletic products. I denied the offer,, for me,, $10 won't change the fact that they wrongfully took $24 out of my account. He was adimant that the money would be back in my account within 3-5 business days,, just terrible that they even took it in the first place knowing my order didn't even go through.

The business doesn't deserve even 1 star. Bought a 50 gift card as a b/d gift for my niece over a yr ago but she'd never redeemed it till recently. The code did not work, & shown as invalid. The e-gift card does not expire per the company website and customer service. My niece and I reached out to Fabletics a few times and got bounced back and forth between the Gift Card Dept and Fabletics customer service. I was told the code was not properly issued at first and they were trying to fix it. 2 case#'s were given to me at 2 different occasions when I contacted via chat and a few phone calls. Nothing is resolved, no one wants to help nor can do anything about it. Such a dishonest business conduct and terrible customer service experiences. $50 isn't much but being ripped off is a much bigger deal. What a shame. Kate Hudson!

I've recently purchased a number of items from the website. One of the leggings arrived damaged with a small hole in it, so I decided to returned it and exchanged for a new one in good condition. It took about 3 weeks for the new legging to arrive and when I tried it on, it also has a hole in it. At this point, I was quite disappointed and annoyed because it's been a month since the original order date, and I still don't have my order right, so I decided to use their Live Chat tool to see if they can help me to process another exchange. I know how to process an exchange from my account, but the reason that I need a human to help me is because I need a guarantee that my next exchange would go smoothly as I don't want to waste any more time for a third/fourth/fifth exchange due to a damage. The representative was very unhelpful and can't promise me that my order will arrive without a damage this time because the customer services team and the warehouse team don't work together. (Great, then what's the point of having a Customer Service team if they can't help you with your order?). He continued saying it is rare to have two items arrived damaged in a row, so it would be even more rare to have it arrived damaged for the third time. Yes, it is extremely rare that an item arrives damaged twice, which is the reason why I am so furious about this entire experience. He asked me how I like to proceed with my order, and I switched tab to the order page to glance at my options for 5 seconds, and when I went back to tell him that I would like to exchange for the same style/color, the screen said "Chat session ended". So yea, the customer representative just dropped my conversation after being rude and unhelpful to me.
In conclusion, Fabletics may has a few cute designs but some of them are not supportive enough, prices are not cheap, and horrible unhelpful customer service. Would not recommend for anybody!

I got scammed too. I bought 2 pairs of leggings and then I got charged 50USD a month after that. Luckily I realized after 2 payments. I called them today and they said they will refund my last payment, but that I have to spend the first one on their website.
I'll have to keep an eye on my account and see if they actually refund me.
What a scam! It is not clear on the site that if you sign up as a VIP you will automatically be charged a monthly membership.
What a horrible company. Shame on you, Kate Hudson.

I am a part of the fitness community, working in boutique fitness studios in Brooklyn. I am always at a studio or at the gym, so as you can imagine I go through a ton of workout clothing. They have reasonable pricing so I decided to try it. Somewhere I heard they had good quality. I ordered 2 leggings and a sports bra using rush shipping because I have an audition coming up and I wanted a cute outfit. Its been a full week and I still have not received the package. I ordered a second order the day after the first because I was just so excited about the price, standard shipping because I did not need this outfit as soon as the first. I received the standard shipping package before my rush package, which again I am still waiting for. I never received a tracking number for either of my packages. I got my second order in the mail today and was excited to try it on. I am kind of curvy but I am also a very muscular girl. Since they have a bunch of different sized models on the website I thought they would cater well to different sized women. I looked at the size charts and chose the sizes according to my measurements and still neither the tank top nor the leggings fit. I logged on immediately so I could return the items and had to call customer service to request a return slip, which their help section says is available under order details and was not. I am glad there was not a long wait before being connected. I am waiting around for my first package to be delivered today, because apparently FedEx is going to make me sign for it. The fact that I have to sit around my apartment waiting for leggings is annoying because I just wanted to go to the gym today. I hope I get my $8 back, since this has been an ordeal. I have talked to 2 different representatives so far though, and no one has offered. Very displeased with the company overall, but I guess you get what you pay for. I might just stick to Lulu or give Outdoor voices a try.

This site is ridiculous! The clothes are decent but they will continue to bleed your account forever. I canceled my membership but had credits left that they encourage you with a gift card to use. If you use the gift card it reactivates your membership and they begin to bleed you dry yet again. They don't give your money back either. You can find quality clothes somewhere else that doesn't rip you off every month!

I bought two pairs of leggings for $24 and received them, but the next month I realized they took another $44 out of my account without my permission. When I called them, their customer service was awful since they insisted on informing me about their membership program which I never signed up for but they probably made me a member of during my purchase without asking me for my permission. I made them refund the money but this time they wanted to keep the membership thing for the following months. I had to fight over the cancellation of it on the phone for half an hour so they finally cancelled and never took the money again. The guy on the phone was still trying to tell me the pros of the membership program when I was going crazy over what they did. They are just thieves and Kate Hudson should be ashamed of being a part of such a company that has no ethics.

Ok, I get it: I sign up for VIP you charge my card every month. I can opt out each month at a time you say? Great, right? Hahaha. So I forget a few times, no big. When I finally decide to use my "accidental" credits I have accumulated I spend $79 of the $99, but you charge my card 20 somthing dollars? When I find out why I'm told that I have to use the exact amount of each credit (49) and everything over is not included. Sure I can go back and buy something else, but I only wanted that and I should have the entire purchase covered by money I payed already. Scam! I'll be sure to use exactly 49 on my next and FINAL purchase. Oh and dont forget to cancel you actually have to call in, because you can sign up online easy peasy but you cant cancel without extra effort...

I ordered 100s of dollars from them over 8 months but last time they didnt ship for 9 days and when I called they made it seem like it was my fault even though I was never informed of the problem. They offered me 20% off my next order as if that would make it any better and then now I keep getting charges to my account. Customer service line never answers or disconnects half way through

I saw the ad on Instagram and it looked like a great deal... but I had no idea I was signing up for a membership. I also had no idea they were charging my account $49 each month. When I realized this (after $250 worth of charges) I called and they said they could only refund me three months of charges. I couldnt believe it. They said I could go back and spend the other two charges. I said okay and figured I could get some clothes, get back part of my fees back and close my account. The problem is, I had to spend the EXACT amount and couldnt go under and could only go over... another scam. There was no way for me to spend the exact amount and walk away free and clear. I was done at this point. I called again and asked to close my account. They went on and on and on and tried to do everything to keep me as a customer. The customer service representative would not listen. I asked over and over to close my account and she kept talking. I ended up respectfully interrupting here and asked her to please close my account and that I was done. Not only is this a scams but also a very disrespectful company. They didnt care that they ultimately made free money off of a person who does not have a tree growing cash. All they cared about was their company. What kind of costumer service is that? This company should be sued. It should not be in business and should have to refund ALL fees taken from innocent people who were tricked. This is not okay and there should be something done about it.

Buy two leggings for $25.00 plus $6.00 shipping total $30.00. Okay i wanted to try their legging, because i see the commercial on youtube, where they always interrupt my program. I bought two pairs, then i bought some dresses that were on sale 2 for $20.00. Tried the leggings, they fit just like any ordinary leggings, nothing special. After that, if you want to buy more leggings you have to pay a huge amount of money $60.00 for one pair of leggings, that's a $#*!ing rip off, then if you don't skip that month, you are charged $50.00. I referred a friend so i can get that $20.00 credit, my friend bought two pairs of leggings, i did not get the $20.00, i called and they told me my friend did not make a purchase, yes mother $#*!er she did make a purchase, i saw her because she was using my computer to place that order. So they did not give me that $20.00. Plus they told me i to make about $300.00 of purchase to earn 500 points. That 500 points can only get me a pair of pantie, if i want a free leggings, i have to buy for $2,000.00, well $#*! you mother $#*!er, i am not going to spend two thousand dollars for a free pair of leggings, you can $#*! you mama with your stink $#*! $#*! $#*! fabletics, scam $#*!

My husband signed up for a Fabletics membership as a mothers day gift. I enjoyed going each month to the store and picking out something cute. I am an active mom and live in workout clothes. Unfortunately, the website doesn't make it easy to skip a month. They give you a small window, which as a busy mom of a special needs son, is often missed. When I do remember, or have time, it's too late or not the right time. My husband was so annoyed by this, that he canceled the membership-which he still is unsure it was canceled since they did not give a confirmation number. I'd avoid this company unless you don't mind being sucked in forever.

This company is making millions off of misleading consumers. It is great clothing but sadly the retention of customers is clearly a problem. I opted out of joining the VIP and they still charged me fore over 5 months. My poor hubby bought me an outfit as a gift and then of course his card continued to get charged and he didnt even know it. When you go to cancel they throw tons of sales pitches at you to get you to stay and then wont get you a confirmation number once you cancel. Its terrible services... they are just stealing peoples money. I was forces to use all the credits to at least feel like I got something out of it. I will never use this site again though. Its really really sad.

So, awhile back, I ordered two pairs of leggings as part of their $24 deal. Sorry, but paying $50 per month for a membership is ridiculous to me- how much activewear does one person need? Unlike most people on here, I didn't have an issue cancelling the VIP membership however I still would not purchase an outfit again. Although they were cute, I found the overall quality of the leggings disappointing and the material very thin. Honestly, I've bought better, less expensive leggings from other stores. I understand the frustration that people have with this website, though. The site could be clearer as exactly to what you're signing up for.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
