I had two membership credits I wanted to use. I had to call in today to have someone remove an outfit from my cart I didn't want. Then I tried to put an outfit in my cart and was unable to. Then I found a second outfit I liked and when I tried to order it, I had to have someone apply my membership credits for me. This was ridiculous. I have a membership with AdoreMe and it is SO much easier to use and they do a better job of ensuring the happiness of their customer. At least offer me a pair of leggings for my time!
I just found out they have been stolen 49.95$ from me for 7 months! I didn't order anything in the past 7 months and didn't even know that I was in some "VIP membership program". I called them and they rejected to refund me! I don't know how could this kind of scam website still exist!

Fabletics, has been a nightmare for a month for me. I have been a vip member for over a year, I placed one big order a year ago and had no problems. My second order has been nothing but problem, I placed in on September 28, and still my order has not been fulfilled, had numerous calls and emails and no one can give you answer. All they tell me is that it's going to be shipped out tomorrow this has been going on for two weeks. I can not understand how this company has no overnight shipping option on top of how they can not tell you when your products are going to arrive. They know to take your money every month but not how to ship there products out. I am canceling my membership immediately.

I've been a paying customer for at least a year now and I love fabletics. The website could use some work- especially with offering more ways to filter searches. My leggings have all been thick and amazing. They rival the brands I pay much more for. Every item has been tts and held up well. Never see thru and I love that I can skip each month if I don't want to spend anything. Shipping has been quick and customer service is okay!

They charge you a monthly subscription that is automatically charged and not only do they make it very hard for you to get out of it I am finding it Extremely hard to get a refund.

Besides the fact that they are charging you $49 for a whatever membership that it is not clear at all when you want to shop from their website, I am still waiting on my leggings to arrive after 2 months. I called 5 times to receive the return label. 5 times!

I never would have bought the 2 for $24 leggings if I had known they will be charging my account almost $50 monthly. This is ridiculous. I will be sure to tell everyone I know NEVER to use this website. I am so frustrated. I cannot afford $50 out of my account for NOTHING. If you are going to charge people that much money every month you need to make it more clear. Period. Did I mention how angry I am?

Talk about a marketing scam. The fact that you sign-in and create and account - the purchasing process drives you to it - forces you into a program where your card is charged $49.95 even when you are NOT interested in buying anything. Not only you are blinded into signing into this monthly charge but they also USE your credit card info without your consent! This company deserves taking it to the better business bureau. I will for sure try to start the process. SCAMMERS!

Bought one thing off of an ad I saw and the charged me a monthly membership for months without me noticing--yes I get that's my fault for not paying attention but I was still pissed and come to find out I cant use my couple hundred dollar credit for the discounts?!?!? What a load of $#*! I have to spend more money to get deals.

Fabletics, shoe dazzle, and all their cousins sell junk that I would not even pay 5 dollars for at a thrift store.
They automatically re-subscribe you when trying to use the last of your points and make cancellations very annoying and inconvenient.
Even skipping a month takes more than one step.
You'd think Kate Hudson and all the other divas out they would feel bad for treating they customers like crap.

The items I purchased are ok. However, I was part of their VIP membership where they stole $49.95 from me TWICE because I didn't express my non-interest in time. It's worse than a gym membership that you cannot cancel. I asked for a return to my credit card but they refused and gave me a gift card. It's a total joke.

Ordered a 2 for 24 leggings deal. Received one size too big and was told I could not return the leggings. So I go to facebook with my complaint since their customer service line was hard to contact. I was then told I could return them through facebook. I told them the correct size and the item I would like in place of my exchange. Waited weeks only to receive another big pair of leggings. After contacting them through their facebook rep, my message was read but ignored. So now I am stuck with a big pair a leggings I cannot fit.

I left a review that they wouldn't allow me to exchange or return a legging and the reason was they can't generate a shipping label... They don't know when they can resolve the problem either and just told me to wait but no one actually reach out to me since then.
Someone replied to the review saying the representative will contact me. Yes they did, but the message they left just looked like an automatic reply saying "we encourage you to take advantage of our hassle-free 30-days returns and exchanges policy if you aren't satisfied"...
"Hassle-free 30-days returns and exchange" but the truth is customer can't even exchange or return and no one's ever gonna help. Please resolve the problem and don't sent me irrelevant reply.

I got a new debit card and didnt update my card yet and this site got my new card and charged my monthly fee for being VIP i told them to refund it back and asked how they got my new card since i didnt update it and they said they call the bank and get it they dont do it someone else... the hell

I pay $49 a month you have a special 2 for $48 legging special, I apply it to my cart- only to find out that I can't use MY Money for said special. What kind of ridiculous crap is that? I'm a VIP member, shouldn't I get special offers and be able to spend MY Money on your special offers. I'm canceling needless to say. The "credit" is money pulled from my account it's not credit your giving me- so why can't it be applied to my purchase with a special offer. VIP membership? Nah! Nope, sorry!

I placed an order for a top and pants then they continued to charge me for 4 months! When challenged you get a scripted response and a very unprofessional pressured response. The manager agreed a 3 payment refund (but the amount did not add up to 3!) I am contacting trading standards and my credit card fraud team. They agreed to cancel the VIP scam however I rang back and guess what they hadn't! I cannot explain just how ignorant to this the call centre staff are, they must get this almost every call. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a couple of items, which did not fit so I returned them. Then they randomly charged me $49.95 per month for the last 3 months. When I called to get a refund, they said I had signed up for their VIP club, which has a monthly charge. I told them I absolutely had not and requested a refund. They continued to "explain" about the VIP club and its "benefits" and said they could not refund me. I see where one reviewer said they wondered if Kate Hudson is aware of how the company operates. It's HER company -- of course she's aware. What a crook she is. I'll not pay to see any movie she is in again. P.S. When I said I wanted to cancel the VIP Membership they said I had signed up for, the representative said "If you do, you'll never be able to purchase from Fabletics again." Wow - outrageously bad and rude customer service, but I guess that is how disreputable, scamming people operate.

A total scam... do not sign up, do not place any orders because once you do, your credit or debit card will be debited $49.95 monthly for a "credit" from which you can place future orders. This is a total scam. Shame on multi-millionaire celebrity Kate Hudson for attaching her name to this type of scam. While she has hired help servicing her and watching all of her millions, some of us have to worry about every $49.95.

Horrible quality clothing. See through leggings, terrible texture on shirts and bras. The designs are cute and the sale prices are tempting but overall, you're better off spending a little more to get what you pay for. Would never shop here or refer ever.

These people have been charging my cancelled account since June and to this day I can't get my money back. Spoke to manager and she told me to call my bank then when I got the banker connected confirming the charges she hung up the phone. If you want to give money away sign up. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT JOIN THIS SCAM!

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
