I placed an order on 11/25. I've checked the tracking and it doesn't look like the package has moved at all! ( I actually received a second email this morning right after my call 9:04 am to say my order is now on the way? What!) The estimated delivery is 12/11. This is a ridiculously long amount of time to wait for an order. This is my first experience with Fabletics and it's not off to a good start. I called Fabletics today and spoke with Chen who was very pleasant, albeit uninterested in my concerns. Chen confirmed my order is not scheduled to arrive until 12/11 which is more than 2-weeks since the time I ordered. ( No big deal to Fabletics or Chen apparently). Given that this is my first order and first experience with Fabletics I'm now less than excited about this membership and have chosen to skip the month. I let Chen know that I may cancel once I receive the package and decide if I want to continue with Fabletics or return everything for a full refund. I'm very disappointed. I do feel like Chen and Fabletics could afford to put more effort into making sure packages are received in a timely manner and actually addressing customer concerns. My satisfaction doesn't seem to matter at all!
It is a scam. They get you to become VIP without saying what that actually is and that they will charge you $50 a month for nothing. You can open the account online with zero problem. Try to close the account. That you can't do online by yourself. You need to go through a chat (if you get them and if they don't just end the chat one-sided) or call. They doing everything possible to keep you paying that $50 as long as possible. With my last order I select to pay with the credit from that $50. However the order is saying shipped and the credit is still there. Meaning to charge my credit card again instead of using the credit. Quality wise the leggings are nothing special. Don't do it. Go somewhere else

Terrible service. I have been skipping the month every month religiously since I opened an account and they still took £44 out of my bank account due to a "technical error", I have called 3 times and they have still not refunded it since the 22nd of November. The first call they advised it would be 3-5 working days which was fine but it didnt appear and the second call they advised it would be in by lunchtime, which it wasn't so I called again the next day and they advised it would show after 24hours from the second call. Still doesn't appear in my account. They are refusing to take any ownership on late payment fees I have incurred with my car insurance as a result of them stealing the money from my account! Doesn't fill me with much confidence.

I actually really like the solid power hold leggings. The biggest issue I have with Fabletics is that they don't restock. They bank on making new styles monthly. If something happened to a piece of clothing you liked, you're never going to be able to buy a replacement. I can't understand why they won't just keep some basics available for purchase. Everything goes out of stock and never comes back.

I just cancelled my membership with the site. The clothing is ok, I don't believe it is top quality. A majority of the time, the items that you want are sold out or not in your size. The customer service is the worst that I have encountered. They take money from your account every month, which is started in the terms and give you credit on the site. Then they won't allow you to use the credit and discounts on the site. Total rip off, the credit is actually money taken from my account. Then when you try to cancel your membership the customer support person "Chloe" has no patience with you, she ask a question and when it shows that you are typing she tried to end the chat. Also, included with every purchase is a stupid magazine subscription so if you don't delete it before checking out, you have multiple magazines coming to your house that you don't want. The selection of items is very limited. The website is slow and not responsive at times. I'm sure that I could find the same quality clothing at better prices with better customer support.

Worst service I've ever encountered. If you try to skip, they'll charge you. And be careful, if you ask to not get so many newsletters, (the description of opting out is for newsletters... not the god damn notifcation that your "outfits are ready"). So they keep pulling money and not telling you when the month is up. Plus the clothing is sub par junk. Stay away from this garbage company.

After "skipping the month" on Nov 1st, I was still charged on Nov 13th. When I contacted Customer service there was no proof of this "glitch". I canceled my membership and made sure they took my card information off of my profile. They scam you out of money if you are not careful. Even if you skip the month you will STILL GET CHARGED. DO not recommend to my enemies.

My daughter purchased 2 pairs of leggings and when she realised she had signed up tried to cancel and was told it wasn't possible and that she had to call up every month to cancel for the month.
Our credit card expired in June and we received a new one with a new CCV and expiry date however Fabletics have continued to debit our credit card every month... How the hell can they do this as every other direct debit I had on the card I had to tell them the new details.?

Carefull, Fabletics is not online shop, but a online membership! If you want to buy something you need to get membership. Without letting you know they automatically charge you monthly 50. You forget and they get hundreds from your account! Avoid this online Scam!

If you purchase anything from Fabletics they automatically sign you up for their VIP program and start charging your credit card $49.95 a month! I even changed my cc and they found out my new card number and continued to charge me. VERY UNETHICAL!

I ordered, and paid for, two pairs of leggings. Months later I realized I was being charged $50 /month with nothing in exchange. Apparently, when you opt in for whatever deal they're peddling for your first purchase, you're enrolled in a "VIP Program." The 'perks of this program is being charged monthly for absolutely nothing in return. I contacted Fabletics and they said this is a result of some box I check upon check out. Apparently, there's fine print involved in ordering a pair of stupid leggings. I have reported these charges to my bank and hope to be refunded. In the meantime, to anyone is considering purchasing from this company, be careful what you're signing up for, I would hate to see this happen to someone else.

Fabletics is a complete con, it subscribes you to their VIP service where they make you pay £44 on the 6th of every month, even if you dint use the service and all your £44 provides you with is a £10 gift voucher and a free consultation for outfit ideas, which are generic ideas given to everyone in your size range. I paid £44 without realising yesterday and I have nothing to gain, I cant even call them p to complain or cancel the VIP membership that I had no idea I was even subscribed to. NEVER use them, good leggings, but an appalling website and company, same goes for their father company; JustFab. Never felt so cheated and ripped off in my life.

I placed my first order in early Aug, I replaced the same order (due to I never received it) mid Aug and 3 weeks later I was told that Hurricane Florence got my clothes. I really wanted to know why she needed them... she doesn't even wear clothes. My order was being shipped to GA so why would it be on the East Coast. ANYWAYS... I called in for a refund and was told early October that it was being processed and it would take 8-12 weeks to process. I called back mid October and was told that my refund was NEVER PROCESSED. I emailed the corporate office and the executives... in which I found there names online... and they never responded. THIS COMPANY SUCKS AND IS A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT.

I have cancelled this account on multiple occasions and the billing stops and then a few months later, I randomly get a charge. This is the worst company that I have ever dealt with. How can a membership be cancelled and then all of a sudden they have access to your account and take it out? I have called to cancel for another time today and they advised that they will be crediting my debit card over $350.00. That i seven times that I have cancelled. We will see if it is cancelled and I do receive my refund. I was advised it will take 7-10 days to refund. If I don't get this refund I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau because this is robbery at is finest.

I have had so many issues with Fabletics and I will NEVER buy anything from them again and will make sure no one I know orders from them. I ordered leggings and needed to return them for a newer size (from medium to small). And what do I get? Another medium when I ordered a small... I am sick of all of the non stop issues I've had since getting my first pair, which didn't even fit and caused so many more issues. I'm done with this company and their poor customer service.

So I purchased 4 pairs of leggings for my teenage daughters under the guise of 2 for $24 for your first purchase. When checking out I was prompted to become a vip member to get the deal. My total "vip" order was $133. I quickly realized that the vip membership included a $49 charge a month. I called to cancel my vip membership spoke to a lovely lady who apologized at least 6 times to me before cancelling my vip membership. Customer service is clearly outsourced and that's fine but I am disgusted by the whole idea of this company. What are you paying these outsourced employees, the woman I spoke to $10 a day? And she should be empowered but feels she has to apologize to me 6 times in a 3 minute phone call? That's not empowering anyone. And then to scam the public into a $49/month commitment? Something is wrong here. Shame on you fabletics management and Kate Hudson this is your company you are privileged how you could you be okay with these business practices? I will never order from this company again.

I'm very unhappy and disappointed with this brand. I tried to cancel my membership on multiple occasions. The first time my membership was supposedly canceled, I was charged $50 a week later. I was furious. I emailed fabletics multiple times and I never received a reply. I finally got it taken care of a month later. The customer service truly sucks and I feel so disrespected. Their products aren't with the money and the hassle. COMPLETELY REGRET EVER BUYING PRODUCTS FROM THIS BRAND

3 darn pairs came unglued at the CROTCH. They wont even give a credit. The crotch is NOT where you need glue. It gets hot and damp.

I ordered 2 yoga pants on line and yes at checkout the price was as i anticipated 2 for 24 dollars US for the first time. However, a month later Fabletics took the liberty of taking out an additional 49.95 US dollars. This is an illegal and unauthorized activity. Zi am asking for a refund of the latter fee whatever on earth it is.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
