Ordered twice from them. First one I ordered was too small, but good materia (I normally wear small from other places, I could hardly get them on. They Were on sale so I couldnt return so I ended giving them away as a present(2 leggings). The second order was a work out outfit. (Shirt and leggings.) shirt was awesome but legging where too big for working out with. Since the small leggings where SO tight I ordered the leggings large thinking the medium would still be too small (so that might be my fault for the size but the small was really small). When working out and bending over the fabric on the legging would stretch and you could see through it a little or turn white.
I love everything I get from fabletics. The quality is amazing, and they hold up well. I pretty much wear it everyday, so I would know. Makes for great stay-at-home mom uniform haha. I'm 5'3" and curvy. The 7/8 are the best for me unless they offer "short". I need to size down one for the seamless pants as well. Once you learn some of the size variations because of difference in materials then this is literally the best brand, in my opinion.

1. For memberships, they do not update you beforehand that they are taking $$ out of your account.
2. They don't give the exact refund back (due to rates)
3. The supervisor offered a "one time 50% discount deal" (even though discounts are offered at that rate all the time), however can't even give the rest of my money back.
Not worth the time and energy. Very disappointed.

I understand the return policy is 30 days, but if you have a poor quality product, you should stand behind it and exchange it. Just started wearing this it starts to fall apart. I agree with Virginia - do yourself a favor and DO NOT SHOP Fabletics!

Just go in the store. Don't sign up for the VIP unless you want a charge of 50 bucks every month for nothing. They make it nearly impossible to check out online without doing so and even more impossible for you to redeem the VIP Credits you already were charged for. It comes off as cheap and money hungry. I love the clothes, but they offer it to you at a reaosnable price if you are a VIP member and double it if you are not. This brand is just all together not worth the $#*!ing trouble. I refuse to spend anymore of my money on them. Oh and their costumer support are full of people that have strong accents you don't even know what they are seeing they do not know how the website is set up, and they are so quick to get you off the phone and tell you to call another company only to be back at square one. The person in charge of their service and return department for their online business should be embarrassed. OR maybe even proud on how they can turn someone from loving the brand to writing their first review on how much the company as a whole is frustrating to purchase from.

The 1 is only because the quality of leggings is good. But not worth getting charged $70 a month for an account that you cancelled months ago. I looked into my bank statements because I noticed less money than there should be. They charged me twice for an account that I cancelled in April. When I called to cancel the membership yet again and demanded a refund, they kept trying to scam me back into the membership and were very reluctant to give a refund. Would not recommend. This has been a horrible experience.

I love Fabletics! Since switching from my old leggings I haven't looked back. They're comfortable, maintain their hold after a number of washes and can easily be worn from workouts to a night out.

I recently purchased a jacket, I thought I had bought the jacket in black and it was a dark green. No problems still a cute color the cut just did not fit me right. Anyways I followed the return steps and returned the jacket. (Expecting a full refund of $64.95 to either my account or credit card) WRONG... They refunded my account $34 which is only 1/2 of the total? After calling customer service I was told that half was refunded due to their policy...? What kind of policy is that? I've been a VIP member for over a year and only getting 1/2 of the original purchase price? Then I was told that the $34 dollar could not be refunded to my card and only be used within Fabletics. I just cancelled my VIP and will never purchase another item from Fabletics. They need new policy changes and a more friendly customer service team.

I was sent the wrong size on last shipment. Did not want to go through the hassle of sending it back. Also all leggings are see through and they just slide down when working. I went according to measurements. I will be ending my membership!

The UI of the website is clean and easy to navigate. Filtering options is easy to find exactly what I need, and I LOVE how the reviews can be filtered by size... brilliant! Beginning to end, Fabletics has the order, and even the return, processes down to a science.

I've been ordering clothes from Fabletics since their launch a few years ago and I still feel like I can't get enough. The fabric is soft and comfortable, the leggings/capris hold you in just the right amount and no matter how often I wear and wash them, they hold up. I'm a very satisfied customer and will continue to buy my workout/lounge clothes from Fabletics. You should, too!

Fabletics is probably the sneakiest, scammiest subscription based service I have ever used. $50USD a month will be automatically charged if you do not scour their site for the "skip this month" button. I had forgotten to press the button this month (my second month using this) and noticed that I had received no emails, no notifications whatsoever reminding me of this or confirming that I had spent the $50 this month. I am a frequent subscription service user and the other services I use always remind you to check this month.
Also, now that I have a $50 membership credit (since I forgot to skip the month), I tried to purchase something. However, I noticed that if you purchase an item that costs less than your credit (I tried to purchase a shirt for $45) and they will not apply your credit! You have to purchase an item worth more than your credit in order for it to be applied. How is this even allowed!
As for their products, I have ordered a few pairs of leggings. They're okay. Not even close to Lululemon quality or comfort. They are thick though, which I like; however, they pill extremely easily. My newest ones are starting to pill and I've washed them only 2 or 3 times.
Their entire business is made to trick people into forgetting to press this skip the month button. And if you've made that mistake, they will want to continue sucking as much money from you as possible, in return for very average quality products. It's honestly not worth the hassle, and not worth having to deal with their shady business tactics. Do not sign up for this!

Order took awhile to get to me. I liked the outfit. But not wearing it until I lose more weight in stomach area. I have fears it won't hold up well. I washed it on delicate by itself.

Do yourself a favor & do not shop at Fabletics or join their BS VIP program, it's a scam! I was going through order so me leggings for Christmas presents, there was a promo for a "free bag" with $100 purchase but they charged me for the bag. When I called the customer service, they informed me I wasn't eligible for the promotion because I was using VIP points. The website clearly says in black & white that you can use points & still be eligible for the promotion. I cancelled my order, my membership & will do everything I can to make sure people know about their $#*!ty business practices!

First of all as soon as you order you are a VIP Member, they charge $45 per month if you don't order. Second, The fabric is not comfortable, you constantly have to keep pulling them up. Third and most important, my leggings split at the seam after only wearing them 4 or 5 times. And Fourth, you have to call to cancel your membership, and then they try to keep you as a member

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
