My order was cancelled now I hope Im refunded on my initial order? It does not seem legitimate. Unless you plan on buying every month dont try this! Not worth the effort. GO TO ACADEMY and buy what you want when you need it. Much easier!
They charged my account the monthly fee and when i went to place an order i was charged again on top of the monthly fee instead of getting it taken out of the monthly fee. Never ordering from them again.

Great quality worst service ever. Seriously not even worth it at all. 4 times in a row they entered my address wrong then the item would get shipped back to the warehouse and they won't give it to you. They won't redirect any order. It's nuts.

Placed my order 19th of April and still haven't received anything. I've send several emails and phone calls but still haven't received any reply... the money have of course been withdrawn from my account, but it appears I won't get neither my order or my money back!

I had to call twice to get an update on my order as the tracking information didn't work on the Hermes site. I was assured that it would arrive beginning of the week. When i still didn't receive it, I called again to be told that one of the items was no longer in stock. They charged me for both as it was available on the website. They didn't notify me that it had gone out of stock, nor did they refund me. I told the customer rep I wanted a refund. This sort of service isn't good enough anymore. I feel like a sucker now for trusting in the great reviews and not being more thorough with my research. What a shame that Fabletics turned out to be a real waste of my time.

I really had high hopes for Fabletics. Maybe it was the workout clothes... maybe it was Kate Hudson. In a couple years, I have ordered maybe 3 outfits & have been satisfied with everything. Twice, I have forgotten to skip the month's outfit selections to prevent being charged. Trying to remember to do this every month is a pain, but it's what you sign up for. Apparently, if you don't use your membership credits within a year, they will automatically convert to a gift card with no warning/reminder. This was stated in the terms & conditions, but the fact that I didn't notice the credit was missing until a couple months later proves the sketchiness of the business model. Let alone, the process of receiving the gift card code from a third party via e-mail was very inconvenient. However, my biggest disappointment came tonight when attempting to actually use my gift card online for the 50% Memorial Day Sale. I typed in the gift card code at checkout to be prompted with an error that stated I could not utilize the gift card code & Memorial Day sale discount in 1 transaction. I had to either choose my pre paid $49.95 credit OR the sale discount. To be clear, Fabletics already has my money, yet I am not allowed to use it for their sale. I am looking forward to canceling my membership next month, considering the company seems to cater to new members & not keeping valued VIP long-term.

There is no customer service in the US. Don't even try contacting them via chat on their website. I was left waiting for + 1 hour without a response. They process refunds by CHECK that take 8 to 12 months to arrive in hopes to discourage you from making a refund request and keeping their service. They sell your information to magazine subscriptions. I received 8 magazines at my house shortly after my first purchase. They do not apologize for their poor service or their inconveniences to their customers. Their facebook and twitter is littered with angry customer experiences. Learn from all of us who were burned and avoid this company at all costs.

This is a scam and the cheapest clothing! They will take you money and not give you credits, them if you have too many credits because they keep charging you without notification then they automatically transfer it to a gift card that you cant even use.

I saw an add on TV and started making a purchase. You will be automatically registered for VIP membership for 49.95/month... no reminders to cancel or make a purchase... they will just happily charge 49.95 each month... this is bull$#*!. Those active pants suck.

I read every little detail about becoming a member and the charge of $49.95 every month if you did not purchase something or if you do no skip the month by the 5th. I understood all these terms and proceeded with caution, including setting a reminder in my phone every month to skip the month so I was not charged.
The first month I purchased something so I didn't worry about it. The second month rolled around and I skipped the month on my iPhone through Safari. The first red flag was that I didn't get a confirmation email. A few days later I check my bank account and I was $50 short. I contacted fabletics, they were very kind and refunded me.
PLEASE READ: They do not tell you that some operating systems and browsers are not compatible with their website, so you may think you skipped the month, but a malfunction through their website does not register the process, therefore charging you, even though you have done everything right.
This issue happened a second time, and I tried to get my refund and they refused, so I was out $50 dollars. That was the end for me, and I canceled my account (which you can only do during business hours) used my $50 and never used them again!

They will not tell you about 50 dollar of fee while they ask you to sign up their membership. So by this, they can steal 50 dollar from each person that sigh up from their website... I guess this is the way they make profit. You have paid nothing for 50 dollar before you find out anything.

They steal $50 a month from you for nothing. I have a negative balance in my account because of these stupid leggings!. They don't have the best leggings espesicall for $50 For one pair! Way better at forever 21 which are only 17! So $#*! you fabletics you are the worst company ever!

Only leaving a 1 Star review because 0 stars is not an option. I bought two pair of leggins for the 2 for 24 offer for a first purchase. I did NOT sign up for VIP membership. However, I checked my bank account and noticed that I have been charged a total of $149.85 for three months of VIP membership outfits and have not received a single item! Upon this realization I tried the live chat option to cancel my membership. After over an hour, I never got a response. I then tried to call the customer service number provided. The first time I called, once I told the consultant what I wanted to do, I was hung up on. The second time I called, once I told the consultant what I wanted to to, I was told the system was down. The third time I called, once I told the consultant what I wanted to do, I was hung up on. On the FOURTH call, I finally was able to talk to a consultant named Joe, who says he cancelled my membership and initiated a refund. Needless to say, I am livid with this company. DO NOT SIGN UP OR PURCHASE ANY ITEMS FROM THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL QUITE LITERALLY PAY FOR IT!

I was In this site years back when it just newly live online. 2014. I saw an advertising of it on tv and decided to check out Fabletics company worth as of today. It has been making money for the company and the founders. However, may I say that my account there still has about 300 or so dollars left that I just did not bother to get anymore because I was traveling and out of the country mostly since. I did cancel but I was charged continuously until I realized and had to even involve my bank in making sure they can not charge me anymore. The whole Fabletics idea is that it is a deal, however, the quality was not even there because my order, although this was years ago, failed in comparison with items I love like Lululemon and other big name brands. The fabric was no good and it felt sticky so what was the point. Besides, if you continue your membership that's clearly about 600 USD a year, which is really not a deal if you don't gobble through your workout outfits. Just buy high quality elsewhere really. That's my advice. I never visited Fabletics since. Just support better upstanding companies that don't hook you or corner you to some idea of saving that is just that - an idea.

In March I purchased two pair of workout pants at a discount and didn't realize (my bad) that I was signing up for the VIP membership. Because I delete alot of marketing emails or they go to spam, I didn't pay attention to the ones I got in April. Just happened to read the one in May - and yikes I was being charged $49.95 a month. So I tried to cancel and was told to use the credit first or I'd be charged retail prices. So I did but it wasn't applying the credit. Had to call and the hold times were always twice what the line said they would be. Finally got the order placed but then lost the connection and had to call again to cancel. Quality of the workout pants was okay but definitely not worth the learning cost (two months charged at $49.95 = 99.90 and I bought three pair of pants and a tank top -- way too expensive!). I absolutely do not recommend this site. I should have read the reviews before I placed the order in March.

In order to purchase most items, you must become a VIP. Problem is they charge 50 dollars a month unless you remember to hit skip. After making a purchase, I called to cancel my account so I wouldn't be a charge. I just looked at my bank statements and I have been charged for months. They said I never cancel, wouldn't reimburse me in cash only in-store credit. $#*!ING BULL$#*!. Do yourself a favour and avoid them because they take money from your account without you realizing. Complete scam.

I am someone who has paid close attention to the policies of this company. Such as, canceling every month before the 6th of the month so that you will not be charged the monthly fee. Of course I being concerned wrote on my calendar "skip this moths fabletics" on May 1st. So I then logged on to my account on May 1st and skipped my next outfit for that month. Today, on May 8 I was charged the monthly fee. When I tried to call customer service they of course send you to a robot who does not understand a word I said so I asked to talk to a real person. My call was directed to someone who did not understand my situation and basically told me that thats the monthly fee and I have to skip. The amount of times I have told this woman I already skipped this month she still did not understand. After going back and forth she "out of courtesy" gave me my $49.95 back and I then proceeded to cancel my membership that I have only been a part of for a month. Oh and I also returned a pair of the 2 for $24 leggings as an exchange and never received the new size pair. So it is safe to say do not give this company the time of day. I am VERY disappointed.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
