I bought one pair of leggings. The leggings were fine, nothing compared to lululemon, but decent enough. What I didn't know when purchasing one pair of leggings was that during checkout, the button to sign up for the VIP membership is already checked off for you at the bottom of the page. I apparently was supposed to see this and uncheck it if I didn't want to be charged $49.95/month.
I don't look at my checking account activity too much, I admit, so I did not realize until 10 months later that I was being charged this vip membership fee.
When I called to cancel, Icy kept trying to tell me I had been notified several times and kept urging me to wait until the next month to cancel.
The email notifications' I was receiving are titled "you've got credit, it's time to shop!" And upon clicking into the email, nowhere does it mention how much credit you have or what you have spent or anything about the membership you are enrolled in. Very misleading, unclear and shady.
Extremely disappointed in how the company is basically tricking you into becoming a member.
I racked up $800 in credit to Fabletics, which might sound great, but I honestly can't even find enough items I would like to own. It's not that the products are so terrible, but the way the company operates.
This is not how you gain loyal customers. Obviously many others feel the same after reading a few reviews.
This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They have charged me $49.95 for 13 months on my credit card, I showed it to them on my statement and now they deny it and 2ill not give me merchandise or a refund. They say they are working on it but every time I speak with someone they give me the run around and ask aa 2hole list of questions I've already answered.

I never write reviews, but I'm so mad with this company, I can't let it go unnoticed.
I ordered two pairs of leggings for my first purchase. When received, one pair had a giant hole in the inner leg. I tried to order an exchange and they didn't have the same pair any longer, so I went with a different pair. I sent back my defective pair of leggings, and never received my new pair, nor my money back. It wasn't until I called to inquire about the exchange almost a month later, then they happened to send it out right then and there and told me it's being processed. The customer service rep told me honestly that if I didn't call to ask, they wouldn't have ever sent out the new pair. I will NEVER buy with this brand again, nor recommend them.

My daughter loves these workout clothes and 2 christmasses ago I bought her some. 3 months later i realised they had been taking £44 a month out. Had to call them 6 times to get my money refunded.
Last christmas i tried again (more fool me) and i was REALLY careful not to tick the vip box and STILL i have now discovered 3 months of £44 taken out. Now they say I don't exist.
DON'T USE FABLETICS.

Fabletics has a very poor costumer service and product line. Never trust their shipping method. They say it is free but it take 3 to 4 weeks to actually get to you. They never take responsibilities of their actions. They lie to you directly and they never admit it. Products are cheap and not reliable. Please do not buy from this brand.

Fit very well. Comfortable and keep your legs and belly flat and smooth looking. Affordable price. I like all the choices in style and color. They have fast shipping also. Material is nice and thick and they stay nice after washing.

I am agreeing with all of the other frustrated comments. Fabletics claims they send out reminder emails but in actuality it's a bunch of advertisements that mainly go to my spam folder since they are so reoccurring. Does Kate Hudson really need to scam us out of $50 a month? Why not make this a more transparent experience? You'd rather get your coin than loyal customers? After reading the reviews below I feel even more angry and upset. I feel the need to call my bank to cover this issue. Lower your prices and nix the sham of a VIP program.

Those guys just started taking $49.95 from my 14 y. O. daughter's account each month. We called, asked for refund and cancelled. To our surprise, they continued charging the account in the next 2 months and when we called, they said "sorry, there's nothing we can do". They are simply trying to squeeze consumers that are not paying attention, or the ones that would not know how to deal with the issue, like my daughter. I believe these practices are corrupt and have to be reported!

The leggings that I bought were of great quality, they fit true to size, they looked how they did when I saw them on the website, and they were a good price with the membership discount. Customer service was great whenever I asked them to cancel my subscription.

Each month I have to mark my calendar on the 1st so I don't forget to skip or maybe purchase something for 49.95 from Fabletics. Many months I forget as I am a busy. I usually just end up buying the same leggings as that is all i like on the site. I have purchased shirts before and they are cheaply made. That being said the real reason I dislike this site is because they have different price points and tell you that the true price will be reflected in the total... spoil alert... IT IS NOT! Watch what you are really charged for and don't try customer service as what's on their screen may actually be even more money! I have never dealt with a checkout online company as shady as Fabletics! For me I may stick with Marshalls as they really do have some great workout clothes and the price is right or if i need to order quickly $#*!s Sporting Goods is great with customer service and runs awesome promotions and you don't have to remember to skip a month for the dreaded 49.95 charge!

Let's all report Fabletics to the Federal Trade Commission. This company is charging my account, shipping me items that it claims I am preordering. I AM NOT. It's a bad business and it's deceiving us all. Go online and submit your complaint to the FTC.

The fine print apparently signs you up for a 49.95 fee per month. I have tried to call and cancel and they say it is cancelled and they will refund one month but it is just the runaround they never refund. They say they did and to call my bank card. Very dishonest company.

I have been using this company for about a year. You HAVE to skip by the 5th of the month otherwise you get charged 49.95. I have been saving my credits to use and finally got on the site to start shopping. Half of the items I had in "my outfits" were sold out in my size. M and L. I contacted customer support about this and they said to wait until the first of the month for the new outfits since the outfits are first come first serve! Ridiculous! So on the first I go back and I find two outfits that were some what decent and added them to my cart. One of them will not go into my cart so I decided on something else. Upon checking out neither one of my member credits were applied. I just called and asked for a refund and cancel my account. Horrible website. I would not recommend to ANYONE!

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
