Pathetic how you have to call to cancel so they can beg you continuously to stay. I had to cuss out the lady that could barely speak English on the other end before they finally cancelled my membership. Sorry not sorry
The clothes are good quality and I really like the fit of most of the pants. HOWEVER, the customer service is not good. I had to return a sports bra and for some reason the Return option disappeared from my account, so I had to contact customer support to initiate the return. This went smoothly. It wasn't until today that I noticed the money went back as store credit instead of back on my card. The customer service agent never asked if I wanted store credit and just processed it that way without asking. I contacted customer support and they told me they couldn't do anything about it. I complained about that and they finally said I would get a check in the mail in 8-12 WEEKS! Absolutely ridiculous. Its not about the money at this point, its the fact that the customer service agent knowingly processed my return as a store credit and never even asked me. This issue could have easily been avoided. I wont purchase again after this.

I purchased leggings back in December and got 3 faulty pairs. I first noticed the issues 2 months after purchasing the leggings, I attempted to contact the company about them. It took me 7+ tries to get to someone, I tried called and using the online chat. My leggings had holes in them, so what did I do? I got rid of the leggings. Why would I keep 3 pairs of leggings that have holes in them if I cant wear them and I cant get a hold of these people?
I finally was able to get a hold of a representative tonight (3-14-19 3.5 months from the time I purchased the leggings, 1.5 months of trying to contact these people)that I told all of my issues to, she told me no problem we will process a store credit to your account. She then asked for the leggings to be shipped back to the wear house, well I informed her that I no longer had them because I couldn't get into contact with anyone about my issues, I wasn't going to lug them around with me. She told me that was not possible, nothing can be done unless I returned them. She then asked if I could get them out of the trash? Uh, no. I am disappointed that they are refusing to help me after I already spent a fortune on their products that only lasted me 2-4 months. Not worth it, won't shop with them again.
Of course, I couldn't put this review on their website as they do not accept bad reviews on their website.

Somehow my daughter (who is a minor) got enrolled in their VIP plan with no idea she had done it and then I got enrolled just by Christmas shopping online and "taking advantage" of their offer which I thought was just a regular sale offer! This is crazy and not sure how they are still in business! I will never shop here again. Customer service refunded all my money but not until after several go arounds of how it's nonrefundable! We never "used" the VIP plan and still shocked that this deceptive practice is legal!

Loved the quality of my leggings! Only complaint was I ordered my stuff on a Sunday, said it would be delivered by Friday, but was not actually delivered until the following Wednesday. Took a very very long time.

The pockets are great. They fit my phone and it's case perfectly. The length is a little long for me but I am really short so I'm okay with that.

I am a VIP member, and have spent over $1000 from just the last 6 months, but have been experiencing bad customer service in the past two months over and over again. The online chat service reps are rude, but so are the telephone reps... you can waste a good 20 minutes of your time explaining you issue and they literally will not get it.
To the point;
I've been charged month and month again for the monthly membership, although I make sure to skip it. It's a fight to get a refund, and even when I do I lose money in conversion from the US dollar.
I made a purchase of 4 items for $100. No one contacted me to let me know one of the items wouldn't be coming in and no one contacted me when they charged the additional $75 off my account before replacing the initial $100.
I know understand this is all a scam, and this company was too good to be true.
* I have wrote a bad review in the past, and all the rep said was "they were sorry I felt this way" and offered me store credit, for the money I lost in conversion at their fault... disgusting way to treat customers, especially loyal ones.

My daughter, a TEENAGER, kept receiving offers for these supposedly amazing leggings, almost daily. She planned on only buying the pair with the special but instead she ended up getting her account wiped out. I called customer service, and got another sales pitch on how if she were to purchase something each month she would not be charged. She is UNDERAGE! This should be illegal. The representative said he has no control over this. I am so angry! This companies tricks needs to be exposed! I had to inform the company that I will take this to the highest place possible, they took advantage of a minor. The reps response was, can I have the age of your daughter? NO! I am not about to give you anymore info of my daughter. She is a minor and you have wiped out her account of her allowance and that is all you need to know! It was at this point he finally said he would provide a ONE TIME CURTOSEY REFUND of $49.95 and close her account since she is a minor. Unbelievable! Thank you very much for your one time courtesy refund of your insolence in taking advantage of the naivety of minors!

Let me preface this by saying that I have been a customer of Fabletics for years. I love the clothing and the leggings are amazing. The clothes are the only thing preventing me from giving them a 1 star.
One of my shipments got lost in the mail in November 2018 and USPS retrieved it and sent it back to the Fabletics warehouse. I contacted the carrier and Fabletics several times regarding my missing items to no resolution. I called Fabletics a month later after my order had shipped out and they said that they received the rerouted package at their warehouse and they didn't try to contact me to let me know (after I was already charged for all of the items). After asking for them to resend the items back out to me, the representative told me that they had sold out of one of the items that I ordered and they were not able to send that item back to me! SO... they received my returned package and proceeded to restock my items in their inventory and they didn't contact me about it once! I was then offered a refund for the item that they restocked and sold out of but I am absolutely dumbfounded by the entire situation.
Purchase with discretion and avoid customer service if you can help it.

These leggings are super comfy and stay up while working out. I didn't need to pull up on the waist one time. Ordering and skipping months if I need to is extremely easy if your a VIP member. They are also true to size as well.

I understood completely how VIP system worked. I knew that I had between the 1st through the 5th of the month that I had to cancel the monthly selection. The first month after I got my two leggings -- canceled that month. No problem. 2nd month -- cancelled it within the time limit. I am 100% certain. I was still charged on my card $49.95. I called and spoke with customer service. He barely spoke English. He said he would refund my money. I then said I wanted to cancel the VIP membership. He said he cancelled it. He was ready to hang up the phone and I wanted to double-check when I would have a refund of my $49.95. He said he couldn't refund my money. I asked to speak with a supervisor and he put me on hold. I waited for a period of time and finally the same customer service representative came back on the line and said he could refund my money. I asked him why he could all of a sudden do it now, but before he couldn't -- he just said he had to do it another way. I'm doubtful my refund is going to come through. No worries though, I spoke with my bank and they said to wait 5 days and if a refund didn't come through, I could file a dispute. I'm on it. I don't like games and I don't like shady practices. I'm so completely disappointed in Fabletics and disappointed in Kate Hudson. This company is about greed rather than ethics and good customer service.

I love everything I have ever bought from Fabletics. For my workout outfits, I exclusively shop at Fabletics now. I am an elite status because I can't help myself from buying the cute outfits. I even buy Fabletics for my friends for Christnas and birthday gifts! Fabletics has the cutest patterns, feminine details, and best overall fit.

Had a wonderful experience! Customer service is the best! They even gave me a refund of half my money! I had been charged every month for the past six months and didn't realize what was happening. They were very understanding and gave me half of it back. I got a credit for the rest and now I own the best leggings ever, plus some! Thanks Fabletics! I definitely recommend them!

I enjoy shopping with Fabletics. They're workout clothes are stylish, durable, and just the best. Although sometimes they're tank tops have super huge arm holes, I've been happy to see that there are now other options that do not make me show off my bra. I almost exclusively use Fabletics for my workouts which include running, walking, pilates reformer, and spinning.

The capris we purchased were very long and came way past our feet. The inseam on one of the leggings was crooked.
Because we live in Hawaii we had to pay for shipping and handling. They only ship in bulk so we had to wait a month until they had enough orders to ship them. We paid more for shipping and handling than we have paid for other businesses. The wait for the price of s/h was ridiculous.
I was very disappointed.

I'm always so happily surprised with the quality, and true to size promise of fabletics! My leggings are perfect for running outside as well as withstanding heater power yoga classes. Fabletics quality and performance is comparable to other pricey competitors. I've been a VIP member for over a year and I'm always surprised with my purchase!

I absolutely love the pants! I bought a few pairs and they are the best. I bought a few tops as well and one I wasn't that impressed with but the others are okay. The sports bras I bought 3-4 and I love those as well! Cute backs and super comfy, I wear them all the time. Overall I love fabletics and will definitely keep buying from them

I've used the website and their 1-800 number and you either don't get an answer or they run you in circles. I ordered a jacket 2 months ago and my order was cancelled for no reason. I called and the man apologized but said he would put another order through for the jacket. That one was cancelled also! By the time I got the jacket a couple of weeks later it was the wrong size and the wrong jacket. When I called customer service, they were not apologetic but matter of fact in telling me that when I re-ordered a couple of times they must've been out of the one I actually wanted. Well I didn't cancel my order to begin with so there's that, but this does explain all the cancels and reorders it shows on my account to end up with the wrong jacket. BUT, no one emailed me to let me know this, or when I called, why would a company ship me something else? Why cancel and reorder three times and not just call me or not charge me? It's insane. This jacket has a hole in the shoulder and is not my size or the one I want. She told me to wait until they restock the one I want and then do a return. Well they never restocked the jacket I want AND since it's been 30 days there's no option to return my order. Somehow only dealing with this company a couple of times I knew they don't do restocks, maybe she sneakily meant someone might return the jacket I wanted in my size, but come on. $65 for a light zip up that I can't wear & still no help form this company.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
