I went back and forth for months debating whether or not to start with Fabletics. After I heard good things from close friends I decided to give it a try. I was really excited placing my first order (2 pairs of leggings and a top). I went to the store at Mall of America to return one pair of the leggings because they weren't for me. When I was at the store, I worked with an extremely helpful associate that took ample time to introduce me to the brand and helped me with my first order. I even ended up buying a sports bra that I wasn't planning to purchase before going to the store. The morning after I made my second purchase I received an email for 20% off your in store purchase. I went back to the store to have the sports bra adjusted and the associate could not have been more opposite of the day before. When I told her I had just purchased the bra the day before and now received this email she looked up the order and in a degrading tone said "you had other discounts on this, what discounts did you have?" I, very confused, said I had purchased it at the VIP membership rate but no other discounts were applied. She then accused me again saying that I had used discounts. I explained the whole story of purchasing, returning, purchasing and now again returning. She was very annoyed the whole time and then softly said "oh, I see what she did." She then resolved the issue and rudely said "we usually don't do this for people." I'm not sure why she wouldn't have explained this policy prior to starting the transaction. I left feeling so degraded and unappreciated for my business. To make it worse, this is the SECOND time I have tried to reach out. My first attempt was to resolve this privately with an email to Fabletics, the email I received in response said they no longer support by email. Hoping to receive a response through this method of communication.
Immediately after trying them on I knew I would buy more. The fabric is high quality, the high waist is comfortable & didn't pinch my sides even after hours of wear, bending or sitting, and the curve of the stitching in the back accentuated my shape. I would definitely recommend this brand to others.

I initially tried to create an account while I was working and on my lunch. I played around with items in my cart, but then I had to switch back to work unexpectedly for a bit so I ordered the one thing I was sure about and figured I would come back later to the same deals since I was still a brand new account. I was completely wrong. It is quite literally that clock countdown only. I tired to create another account and they would cancel my order. Initially I tried the online chat tool and no one assisted me for 15 minutes so I closed it. I called and explained and the customer service person had the audacity to admonish me! It's fine, I'll take my $300+ order and future purchases elsewhere

Overall my experience wasn't terrible. I did have some issues navigating the website and was not happy with the quality of leggings I received. The websites search engine does not bring up items with the same keyword searched for and the items on the site are listed over and over again. Rather than being listed once by style then with other color options shown below. Trying to locate exactly what you are looking for with an inaccurate search engine and repeated items was quite frustrating. The leggings themselves were very sheer which is sad coming from a company who stands by squat proof material. The other pair I ordered were not labeled correctly because I was unable to get them past my thighs. Both leggings I ordered were a size small, but I think one was actually an XS. I returned the items and am willing to give this company another try before choosing to cancel my membership.

I absolutely LOVE this company and their clothes/accessories! I have struggled to find quality workout pants Bc I'm thicker in the legs, and these are made from a great material that not only shape my legs/belly but aren't see through! They are also SO cute! Very very satisfied :)

So disappointed with the quality of the leggings, they are made with thin, cheap material and not good for exercise at all. There is no way that these leggings would be worth $50 a pop!

The sizing is off, both myself a larger size and my friend a small size both experienced this problem. Returning items is a nightmare. They just don't want to make it easy for you.
I had higher hopes for this company. Am cancelling my membership after 2 months. They also show cute new items in select colors and then you go to buy them and the colors they advertised in that days email are already sold out. Not good!

This may have been newborn mom-brain, but I didn't realize two of the items I bought with the introductory deal were final sale and nonreturnable. It was a bummer since the leggings sag & ride down as well as have a funky scent. Sadly, I'm not a fan though I really wanted to be!

I have been very pleased with the array of styles and accessories in the Fabletics line. It is difficult for me to justify purchases every month or even a 49.00 monthly budget for workout wear, but I am please with the items I have ordered.

I ordered a pair of leggings from here not knowing I'd be charged a monthly payment of $49 a month because they DONT make it clear that you're signing up for VIP membership and I called to get my money back because I'm going away soon and all she said was the use the points.

My complaint is about the way the subscription is run. I'm using my credits and canceling since I have no other option. I suppose the subscription is for people with disposable income. And if you're not a VIP member, the price is much increased, and again, for those who have deep pockets. As it is so, that is not me, and so I'm out as soon as I can (yet again forcing me to stick around so I can use my credits since they will NOT refund it if you forget to skip the month). I do not think it is officially a scam, but I think they prey on forgetful people (don't blink!). I have had no problems going through the motions of skipping the month, but I DO feel like I have gotten lucky because after you press the skip the month option, it takes you to another page and you have to confirm skipping the month, and this time it is a very small link. They do not make it extremely easy or apparent to do what you want. THAT I would think is the scummy scammy part. But the fact is, life is life and sometimes you forget to skip the month within the first 5 days of the month, but Fabletics doesn't treat you like a human. No forgiveness here. Now you've been charged $49.95 (1 credit, which you can only use one per outfit even if you've got two or more credits). So you think, well shoot, I messed up, I'd better get a refund. Fabletics says, "Sorry, you're S. O. L. MO FO!"
You should not be forced into buying something. I would like to buy things when I'm good and ready to. Because I have lost $100 to this company, I'm awarding them one whole star. You're welcome.

I have purchased several fabletics. I love the first pair I purchased, they're tight but comfortable and make my butt look great. I purchased more of the same style and size. Yet they all fit differently and feel different even though they claim to be the same size and same material. Very annoying. I hate gambling and having to return them because theyre too loose or too tight.

Overall the clothes were just ok and too pricey for the service. The first purchase is a lot cheaper due to a sign up discount and that's what I wanted but let me warn you now...
You get a choice to keep the service or you have to call them to cancel it. I chose to keep it at first because there is a skip button that you can press to jump the month and not be charged; however, they tend to change the website and sometimes it wont skip the month because instead of just one button, it takes you to another page where you have to click like 2 other things to 'skip'. I just wanted to skip the month and didn't realize that it hadn't skipped me so of course I got charged for it. Very sneaky, be aware. I ended up getting rid of my account for this.

I, like many others, became a "VIP" in order to get the 2 leggings for $24. I liked that the ones I chose had a built in pocket in the leg. When I did receive my order the long leggings looked like they would fit a pre-teen (I ordered med) But I know leggings stretch. I tried to put them on but felt like a sausage getting stuffed in a casing! I could have worn them if I wanted to feel bound. But, no, returns are easy. A return label is in the bag. No postage necessary. The other item I ordered was shorts which is nice as it has the tight material with loose flowing material over it so I kept those.
It took several contacts with customer service to find out the status of my return. No communication on it unless I investigated it myself. They got it back on the 31st but no refund yet on the 9th. So I contacted them again by chat (no longer have email support) and said they were received, as if it were today so refund coming sometime next week... (they say 5-7 business days) I would have actually liked to have exchanged the leggings for a larger size but that was not shown as an option. When I asked about it they said there would be a shipping charge so I declined. Hopefully I will get my refund.
The items are a nice quality but run small and price tags are high. I doubt I will let them charge the $49.95 each month for me to pick outfits. I wanted one nice outfit to wear to the gym to feel inspired but I think I will stick with leggings from Amazon and a t-shirt!

This is a SCAM - beware! The product itself is very low quality. Very uncomfortable and clearly poor quality overall. Also, be very careful. Once you order anything, you're signed up and they keep your card information and charge you $49.95 each month. Once I realized what was going on, I called to cancel and get reimbursed for "credits" I was not going to use. They refused to reimburse me as once you are charged, it is turned into a "credit" and then cannot apparently be processed as a refund. Even if you don't plan on using it. This is a total scam - be careful!

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
