The Fabletics company is just a big scam. I had 150 USD worth of member credit. I got a legging for 49.50 USD. Instead of using my credit they charged my credit card telling that it was less than 49.90 which is the minimum amount of money that you are supposed to use to be able to use your credit! AVOID this company by all means!
Not notified before the monthly charge which is auto-converted to store credit - you lose all the store credit when you cancel your membership! Basically they charge money, and keep the money when you cancel the membership.
DON"T BECOME A VIP MEMBER!
They don't email you in advance about what they intend doing!

It promotes a great deal with the promise of just your email address so then you make your order and are signed up. But then they will charge you £44 a MONTH to this membership so many have unknowingly signed themselves up for. And you can only cancel by calling their customer service line with a foreign person trying to sell you on more offers and how we can choose not to pay £44 if we 'skip the month'.
I had to be really pushy in order to get her to cancel my membership and for her to reassure me that me cancelling will not affect the order I have just placed.

The chat bot doesn't recognize 3/4 of the commands it should, it says it'll transfer but then no one answered me in the chat for 30+ minutes. I messaged on Facebook, no answer either. I called the customer service and got the "that's not our fault" response.

Overpriced membership just to be able to order mediocre quality work out clothes. After one wash, the material looks over used. After being charged for 4 months and not using my credit, Fabletics wanted to charge more to order an outfit. However, the customer service was very helpful and gave me a refund after I called.

I had became a vip member and I loved their leggings. They said that you get monthly emails to skip the month but I honestly never got them. It's now 3 months in and I got charged twice. I called 5/6/19 and they lady from their customer service said she couldn't process a refund and that they don't do that. I had to demand that she send me to a supervisor who only refunded one month. I worked at qvc and I know that you can always refund member credits back to the card so I made her transfer my request back to the supervisor. She tried arguing with me to get out of doing it! I had never been so upset with customer service! I told her that it's MY money and that there was no way I couldn't have it back. I was able to get both months refunded and cancel my membership. NEVER DOING IT AGAIN!

STAY AWAY. Total SCAM... total RIP OFF! They suck you in with 50% off and 2 for 1... then give you 45 minutes to figure out your size on their schedule... figure out their website... decide what you would like to order AND place an order! After that 45 minutes of high pressure to purchase for a discount, your discounts are over forever! Now, they have your credit card number. You are automatically made a VIP member. As a VIP, they debit your credit card $49.95 per month. Their products are WAAAAAY over priced... even with the 50% off or 2 for one discounts. Legging and tops are EXTREMELY cheap quality fabrics! Powerhold is nice quality but ridiculously high priced! The VIP prices are a rip off... and, if you cancel your membership to save yourself from a $49.95 charge each month... the non VIP prices are way beyond ridiculous! I neglected to cancel my membership and was charged $49.95. I placed an order but never received it. They have chosen a shipper who just drops the package at your door whether you are home or not. There is no way to change the delivery date to suit when someone will be home. There are SOOOOO many things about this company that are just WRONG! I now have a credit with this company but am no long a VIP member. For the $49.95 credit on my account, I get to purchase a product that has a true value of somewhere between $9.95 and $19.95! TOTALLY disappointed!

You are unable to cancel without speaking to a contractor in India that has a fake American accent. They want you to talk to someone because they try to scam you some more by offering discounts or other fake incentives. Don't waste time or money, they are a rip-off.

I was excited to use this product (always in the search for a good pair of workout leggings), but when I returned a defective pair of leggings (knees ripped third time being worn) I was a replacement but I never received them. I was extremely patient, I waited 30 days for them to arrive. When I finally called to investigate I was told the pair I ordered to replace the original pair was no longer offered. I was never notified of this, instead I just sat around waiting and had to call in to find out they weren't shipped, even though an email was sent saying they had been shipped and would arrive within 10 business days. Talking to the agent I wasn't even offered a new pair or a refund. Horrible customer service, especially from a company that wants you to remain loyal and pay a monthly membership fee. Being a member I would expect much better customer service. Poor product, horrendous customer service, I would absolutely never recommend this product/company to anyone looking for sportswear and will never be a consumer again.

I have ordered few items on Fablectis a month ago. I have never received my parcel and I have contacted their online assistant they asked me to call a number instead of contacting them which I did and then I found out the number they gave to me is Vodafone directory.
I have cancelled my membership few days before the monthly membership renewal and still got charged $49.95 USD. What the heck?

I am very attention-detailed, and I still feel like I was "tricked" into a membership. On top of that, they don't make it easy at all to cancel; I even had several "Live Chats" that just weren't responded to for >30 minutes and I had to start the process over because I was ignored. Once I brought it up to friends/family, I found out many of them had had the same experience! The leggings aren't bad, and I probably would have purchased more, but the experience was so frustrating, they have guaranteed they will never get another dime from me.

I joined to take advantage of a deal to get two pairs of yoga pants for $22. I was told I could skip any month as long as I did it by the 5th of the month. What they neglected to tell me was that while I was skipping a shipment, I was not skipping a payment! So I had to spend $49.95 on a cheap pair of leggings because I wasn't told this until AFTER the 5th. I cancelled my membership today, and was told that I have to wait 24-48 hours to receive an email confirming this. Oh, and there seems to be no way to remove my credit card information from their website.

The clothes are good quality, However I cancelled my membership and they continued to charge me monthly payments. They also sent me wrong items and I never received my correct order. Please Don't sign up.

I bought a pair of fabletics leggings and wore them three times doing my dance class which is not very vigorous. They started to Frey and the seams are breaking and holes are appearing

Quality is $#*!. I purchased n tried on jan31/19 i just went to wear it was a spring legging and there is a huge run in the legging part. Not even the decorative part. Now keep in mind i am 5ft 4 and the legging was big on me. No need to run anywhere. Of course i wanted a replacement or exchange and got told NOPE NADA NEIN. I ei stick to walmart $20leggings that i dont car if they get ruined

First of all, any company that doesn't allow you to cancel a membership conveniently online should set off red flags. Their goal is to have people forget that they have memberships and be continuously charged. Not exactly confidence in their products... Then, when you DO call, you are forwarded to India (IF the line even connects). I don't usually mind talking to someone who speaks English as a second language, but either they actually don't understand what you are saying or they are purposely giving you the run-around whenever you talk to them.
I had a Fabletics membership for about a year with no problems. However, when I became pregnant, I called to cancel my membership (which you MUST do, no way to cancel online) because they don't have a maternity line, so I can't wear the products anymore.
I called to cancel. They said it was done.
NO... one month later, I get a charge for $49.95. I call back, they said they don't do refunds, sorry for the confusion. They'd cancel my membership now... WHAT?! So you mistakenly canceled the wrong email address and now I have to pay for it!? I argued for a while, and ended up in tears because this conversation was going nowhere and the person on the phone was so unhelpful. FINALLY, he said he would put in for a refund.
A month goes by, still no refund. At least the account is actually canceled now, though. I call back, and they say they don't do refunds. EXCUSE ME! I've already had this conversation! They said they would give me a refund because it was THEIR mistake for not canceling my membership when I called the first time! You can't charge someone after they cancel their membership. If it was worth it, I would actually be within my rights to bring it to court. They record all conversations, so I know the proof is there. After more arguing, she said she'd give me a refund. Should go through within 3-5 business days. This is where I am now... we will see if they're lying again.
If I don't get a refund this next time, I will spend all my time bashing them to every person I know, every person in my yoga classes, and every review sight that I can find. This is ridiculous. I'm sorry, but I hold grudges.

Its a scam, you order something and automatically get signed up for monthly Membership. Ridiculous. Noticed my card being charged, they store your card info without permission.

Horrible business! Buyers beware. Love the leggings that I purchased in January but I was charged $49.95 in February, March, and April for some VIP membership for discounts on buying leggings and other workout wear every month! I do not need to buy leggings or workout wear every month and never knowingly agreed to be apart of the paid membership (VIP Membership). This is outrageous. I called Fabletics and they said that the fine print of the agreement is what I signed up to and they cannot refund my money. I am working with my credit card company now to dispute these charges. SHADY SHADY! Horrible way to treat customers! STAY AWAY!

I'm only giving a star because it won't let me leave a review without one.
I waited 6 weeks for my leggings to be delivered for them to tell me it had gone out of stock! It is the MOST unorganised unhelpful overpriced $#*! I've ever witness. 2star leggings with 0 star customer service and business practice and they have the audacity to charge people that amount of money. It's actually laughable.
I've requested my refund in the end but that will probably take another month to go into my account.
AVOID AVOID AVOID!
Oh and the good reviews are people being paid or given deals to do so. I have a friend who was asked to do this. Don't fall for this SCAM of a company.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
