I put in my first order. It took three weeks to get my order. Nothing fit, it's OK it was my first time. Put in the return order for credit. One of four items was shipped as a replacement, even though I wanted the credit. The item that was shipped as a replacement never arrived. Although tracking said delivered. Turns out the item was returned to their warehouse. I was never notified or issued a credit or refund. 2 and a half months later, I finally get on the phone with them and get the information that it was returned to their warehouse. I am offered a refund. But what really gets under my skin is I was never informed that this item was returned to them, how would I know without going out of my way to get a refund processed. Very disappointing, months of stress and headaches. It's unfortunate their e-commerce seems very very poorly run, especially for a company that is suppose to specialize in this, and I work in the industry.

Tried Fabletics out for Black Friday and fell in love! Great product and amazing sale prices! The size are true to fit. Will definitely continue to order from Fabletics!
I came across a fabletics store while visiting a mall in Delaware. I joined the club and received my first two pair of leggings. The store was clean, spacious and organized really well. I wished the retail location carried more larger sizes in all the styles carried in the store. I've only done used the online site once to decline the monthly offer. As a busy professional, I would like to see the "decline" option easier to select. If I wanted to make an actual purchase or bank the charge for a future purchase, I would do it in the same timely fashion as indicating I do not want to purchase anything this month. I do not like wasting time trying to find the option to decline for the month.

I needed help skipping my VIP order for a month. I used the messaging option and the Customer Service rep was able to skip the month for me and send me a receipt in my email to confirm the month was skipped. Great service, highly satisfied.

The people I worked with in the store were incredible, friendly and helpful, all of them.
The shorts have been fabulous. I wear them a LOT. They are extremely comfortable and having the pockets makes them great for walking outside while taking your phone, keys and money with you.

Fabletics is pretty much always the bomb, however their grand opening at Roosevelt Field Mall was AWESOME! Staff were so friendly, cool, and collected even amidst all the chaos. There were free drinks, and even with a long line the free leggings for the first hundred guests didn't even come close to running out by the time we finally made it to the register. Definitely a well put together opening.
It was a pleasant experience. But I've been a customer since she started. The website is easy to navigate.

When you went through the app, it would sometimes close out on you. I tended to go through the website instead of the app for that reason. I did like the layout of the app and the ease of finding what I was looking for.
I ordered a few items that did not fit. It was not at all clear that they were final sale. It didn't even say it on my receipt with the clothing! I needed to return some, and they did allow me to return them in the end. If something is final sale- it needs to be clearly marked.
I feel beautiful and well dressed for the activity I'm participating in. I love the power hold leggings for hiking, the mid-rise waist for hot yoga, and the reflective shorts and jackets keep me safe at night while cycling home from these activities. I always look forward to seeing what's new each month in color choices and prints. My friends are now coming with me to shop to take advantage of the early shopping and sale savings.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
