I love the fact that when I go walking I have pockets for things like my car keys... I like the choice of colors. And all of the different styles

I love my Fabletics account! I always have a great experience ordering and the pieces I've gotten almost always fit great. My only complaint is that all of the leggings seem to be high waisted now. I'm aware this is the trend right now, but I just don't like the way this looks on me. Even the leggings that say they aren't will come and the waistline goes up to my rib cage. It would be great if there were more options for people like myself who like a lower cut.

I bought two pairs of XL leggings from fabletics. One of them fit just right and the other pair was about twice the size as the first one and is unwearable. I was unable to send them back as it was a final sale item even though it was only on sale.

I sent a gift card to one of my friends for her birthday and she never received it. I double checked the email I provided, which was correct, and called to have it resent. After I got off the phone my friend still did not find it until she checked her spam folder. If I wouldn't have followed up she wouldn't have gotten the gift

I really love the leggings because I can focus on working out instead of hiking my leggings into place! I wish there were more shorts options, I need some of those :)
The fit was not as expected. Have to wait a bit to wear some of it when I loose a few lbs. The patterns are cute so I'm hoping soon

I'm loving these leggings! Great color selection too! Every time I get an opportunity to see what's new, I end up buying something!
It often says one left in stock but the add to cart button does nothing when it is clicked. It is very frustrating. If it is out of stock it should just say so and if in stock limited quantity left then I should be able to purchase. One of many bugs I have experienced on this website

First off, I've been a member for years and haven't cancelled. There are a lot of flaws with this company. I knew what I was signing up for. My BIG problem with fabletics and one main reason I would advise steering clear is the quality of the clothes. They are really cute. Also, they feel good on. But, they arent long lasting peices. I cold wash and hang to dry all my athletic clothing. But no matter how I care for them, my fabletics clothing shows signs of wear after 3-4 washes. The printed leggings fade a lot and the cotton shirts all pill. The synthetic shirts and. I have a few jackets and they started falling apart after one season. Depending on your budget I would recommend investing in lululemon, Nike, ot athleta. Fabletics apparel is cute and trendy but in my experience it is not built to last. The other HUGE complaint is with their membership program. I didn't mind joining as I know there is the option to skip a month. I figured that even if I forget to skip I can always use my member credit to buy new clothes. The big catch, is they will not let you use your member credit for promotions. It's nonsense. They run some really great promotions. But they treat your membership credit like it's not real money. They treat it more like a coupon. It's like if yiu bought a gift card for face value and the store said you can't use it on sales items. So if you skip the month, you can spend $50 on their promotional sales. However if you forget to skip, they will charge you $50, but you can't use it on promos. It's a very poor and sneaky practice. Nobody in their right mind would purposely not skip a month. There is literally no benefit to not skipping. Because, you can still shop, but you'll get better deals. It seems counterintuitive as a business practice. I'm vigilant about skipping now, and for that reason I'm sure I spend a lot less on their site than I would if I had full access to the funds I am charged if I don't skip. I've complained about this before but they never have a good answer as to why they have this policy.

Return policy is 30 days, but it starts when you order and not when delivered. In actuality, you have a couple of weeks to decide. I missed the date and now stuck with stuff that doesn't fit. You should minimally be able to exchage up to 60 days.
Most athletic clothing companies have a much better policy and thus I will cancel my VIP and shop there from now on.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
