I purchased 4 pairs of black pocket leggings and what I received were 4 pairs of black leggings with no pockets. I figured "whatever I'll wear them anyways" because everyone messes up every once in a while and i didnt want to be "that person" the high waist top rolls down to under my stomach making my stomach look fatter than it is, and the material feels weird behind my knees.
10/10 WOULD NOT buy again.
They dont even have anywhere to leave a review on their website and there isn't a way to contact them either unless you sign in, and i deleted my account with them because they were charging me $50 a month and wouldn't refund it even though I wasn't purchasing anything.
Teenage daughter loves looking at clothes. She put items in her cart and checked the price. This was July 2019 She never finalized transaction. They took the 49.95 out of her account that month. Looking back she did not realize that in March, April and June they also took out 49.95. According to Fabletics she did not subscribe until July. Makes no sense to me.
Parents and consumers beware.

Don't cancel your membership with this company and think you will be refunded if you do not purchase another item. They will keep your money and force you to purchase an item. Ridiculous and poor customer service. The VIP membership is a joke. Stay away. But I will give them the satisfaction of they do sell good leggings but that's it.

The products are okay however, the cancellation process has been a NIGHTMARE. I've called paypal and Fabletics to refund the monthly subscription fee of $49.95. Each time I called one company blamed the other company. Then I was told by (F) to wait a few days for the "back room to contact (PP)". I did as instructed and today I called back and was told that it was to late to get a credit refund. Therefore, I pitched a fit to get my money back and was told that I'd get a freaking check in 4-6 weeks. WHY?

I signed up for Fabletics membership about 2 years ago and while I find the apparel of very good quality and fit for me, I do not like their sales practices. I called today to cancel and got through to an agent, "Mary" rather quickly and was able to complete the cancellation in 4 minutes, which included the ususal "I'm so sorry to hear this, can i offer you a $10 credit to stay?" I told her no and that I had just completed an order of 6 items right before i called to use up my credits and cancel my membership. She asked me why I'm cancelling and told her the main reasons are
1) a member cannot use their credits, that basically equal $50 that they've charged my credit card, but yet it doesn't equal $49.95 when trying to make a purchase because you have to purchase somethign for at least $49.95. You can't try to buy a $29.95 item and still have $20 left and it roll over to still be left as an unused portion. That would be the fair and rightul thing to do!
2) I get all these emails from Fabletics informing me of sales promotions on outfits, but yet when you try and go to purchase the outfits at these amazing prices, you CAN'T if you're a VIP member. You can only get the sale price if you don't use your credits, so then your credits just sit there unusable toward promotional items! This is a very very unfair sales tactic and a scam in my opinion!
I had racked up 6 total credits that equaled $299.70. So that I could get rid of them hopefully once and for all, I did end up making a purchase for 6 items prior to calling to cancel, but of course when Mary offered me the $10 to stay, I didn't even bother to ask her if I could apply it to the purchase I just made. It would have been a nice gesture for her to say they could apply it to my oder even though I'm still going to cancel just out of good faith, but of course, didn't happen!
In summary, I do not recommend signing up because Fabletics DOES NOT operate with fair business practices!

They really tried to get me! So I wanted to try them out, I had NO idea that it was a subscription, lets start there, As soon as you get to the site a pop up to join the website pop-up (you know to have a user name and what not instead of checking out as a guest) well when you do that - IT SIGNS YOU UP FOR THE MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION, Buttttt I saw that you can cancel at anytime and I wanted to give the 2 leggings for $24 a go (because I needed new leggings lol) So i order them, wait for them to arrive, call them to cancel because I didn't want to forget and be charged later on. When I called I had to repeat 50 times that I wanted to cancel my subscription, the man on the phone kept telling me about the other options i had, but refused to acknowledge what i was ASKING, it got to the point that I had to yell a bit for him to understand I just wanted it cancelled. A month later (today) i see a charge for $49.95... I call fabletics because I was shocked (they also sent me a confirmation email of the cancellation - when I called today they said there was no indication in their system that I had called or cancelled. I am PISSED, I asked to speak with someone above whoever I was speaking to who was STILL trying to get me to stay and tell me to skip a month instead of cancelling WHEN IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN CANCELLED ALREADY. I told the new lady if they didn't refund me I would review them as the scam that they are as well as have my credit card report the charge as a SCAM - she said she would "officially" cancel the subscriptions as well as "request" that the charge be refunded (i will know in 5-7 days if that happens) I do NOT trust this company. And certainly would NOT I recommend them (and I really was recommending them left and right prior to this mishap although $50 for 2 is OVERPRICED - But this headache is NOT worth the $24 at ALL!)

I attempted to cancel my subscription via their online chat as promised over a week in advance. My card still got charged and when I called to request a refund given the fact that I wasn't supposed to be charged in the first place, they would NOT give me one. So now I am out $30 as a college student for a product that I ended up determining wasn't worth the money. I am absolutely beside myself with the horrible customer service and average (at best) product.

Impossible to cancel. Canceled several times. Keep charging my card. If you cancel make sure you get an email so you have a leg to stand on to try and get your money back. The absolute worst ever. I'm so aggravated it's unbelievable.

I ordered two leggings (poor quality) for $24.00. I was charged $49.95 for 11 months. I did not receive any merchandise. I called customer service with no resolution. Kate Hudson, why are you endorsing a company with deceptive practices? I do not have the financial resources that you have. I have a hard time understanding how you justify your endorsement.

I sent back my order of shoes cause they were the wrong size. I ordered my replacement pair and I just got an email saying they won't be able to ship my replacement order. No refund either. They took $50 from me. I'm highly disappointed and wouldn't recommend this site to anyone!
I ordered two pairs of leggings through the 2/24$ deal. When I got them, one pair was good while the color of the other pair did not match what I had ordered online. I returned one pair and the process was so much more difficult that it needed to be (based on my smooth experiences at other stores). My return took nearly a month to get received, leaving me worried that I did something wrong, only to call customer service and learn that they had reported that I returned the wrong items even though I am certain I did not. Even if they had thought I returned the wrong items, I received no communcation about this and only found out because I had called them. Additionally, online it states that the return/exchange policy is that you can "(1) return for store credit; (2) exchange for another Outfit or item; or (3) return for a refund." When using Fabletics' CUSTOMER SERVICE TO RETURN MY ITEMS, I was told that store credit was the only option. The exchange for another outfit or item NOR the refund was mentioned to me. Now I have around $12 in store credit that is virtually useless because everything in Fabletics is outrageously overpriced. This entire experience was ridiculous and so complicated for a few pairs of leggings. I like their products but the process was the complete opposite of smooth.

Fabletics is average for sports wear at best, and a terrible company who could not care less about their customers. For a company that provides women's sports wear, they clearly have no idea how sports bras should work. They're a total waste of money and fabric. The rest of their clothing broke quickly or was relatively bad quality. The only things that managed to stay together were the leggings. But they were hardly mind blowing. The VIP scheme is a total scam, they will take every penny they can from you and not communicate any of that. I've lost hundreds of pounds as a result of their flawed communications and lacking customer service.
Please try literally anywhere else.

The "VIP" program is a scam. You are automatically signed up the first time you purchase anything. Then, when you don't buy something each month or opted out by a certain time, you are charged $50! It is very unclear whether you are signed up and starts sending you "VIP" emails before you buy anything! I tried to use the online chat to see whether I was signed up and if so, to cancel. After a long time, I was directed to a live agent. I asked my questions and after not being responded to for 20 minutes (I asked many times if anyone was going to help me, and was not responded to.) It sent a message saying thanks for contacting Fabletics" and to use there live call instead. I called and was given help almost immediately, which was good!

When I first signed up with Fabletics, I loved so many outfits every month, it was hard to chose what to get. I often chose 2 outfits. But recently there is nothing I like. The capris are too long (it's hard to tell these days if they are capris or long pants), the colors too wild. I've been skipping a lot and considering canceling.

Of the 5 things I ordered, I've kept 2. One set of leggings (a dark gorgeous green) went completely SHEER whenever any bending or stretching or squaring happened. And the sports "bra" (and I use the term bra extremely loosely) was a joke. I would be better off not wearing anything at all there was no support and it barely covered me.
And now for the absolute worst part.
Trying to return those other items!
I live in Australia and purchased through the website. Went through the returns process, followed all instructions, and then my parcel was returned to me for no reason. Only to call and discover that no the website is wrong and as I'm in Australia it's a different process (NO WHERE SAYS THIS). So now I follow the new instructions. I get a shipping label, and am to wait for an email with parcel pick up instructions to come within 24-48hrs. No email arrives. I call after 3 days, and they have to do it all over again and wait another 24-48hrs. The email doesn't arrive for another 3 days. I then reply with the chosen date/time that was requested and am told I'll hear back in 24hrs. IT HAS NOW BEEN 3 DAYS AND I HAVEN'T HEARD A THING. I called for a 3rd time only to be told they have no control over the pick up details emails and that it has to be escalated to management of which I will then need to call back a 4th time to find out what's happening in, you guessed it, another 24-48 hrs! They won't reach out to me, I have to call them. I have been trying to return these items for 3 WEEKS and have yet to even be able to do what should be a simple parcel return. At this rate, I'm wondering if I will EVER get my money back for these items I can't even wear let alone seem to return.

Ordered over 4 weeks ago - finally got through to customer service (don't bother trying to use the chat feature - you'll only get through after calling and asking for an operator) and their advice? I should probably try calling FedEx (and they gave me a tracking # that confirmed twice - yet it doesn't seem to match to any package in existence). I don't understand how I am now the one responsible for tracking down my order? Even better - the other option I was given was that they could reship my order, but they only have 1 of the 5 things I ordered in stock -- or I can wait until the 1st of the month when they should probably get more stock in. Sincerely disappointed and still have no idea where my order is.

I've tried to call to cancel it change or ask a question and I must be THE luckiest person ever because NOT ONCE have I ever spoken to a knowledgeable rep but I certainly have been bullied several times and by bullied I'm talking MEAN GIRL bullied! NO WAY will I aupport a company that treats customers like that!
Employees... RUN! There MUST be a better place to work where you are treated better than the way you treat your customers! Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
