Will never do business again. Spent so much money with them and got very few products. The products I did get may have been quality but they were very costly and there are many other brands on the market that are just as quality.
I signed up for the membership to get the 2 for $24 deal. The website said you could cancel the subscription at any time so I figured why not. I got the leggings in in and was not thrilled with the quality or material. They started to pill between my thighs a few weeks after getting them. I tried to cancel the membership after i received my order but you can't just cancel by clicking a button you need to call or do an online chat with someone. The call wait time was very long and they were very pushing about keeping my membership and just making sure to choose to "Skip" my monthly payments. I did that for a while. That option is not easy to find on the website and I think I was unable to find it on the mobile site. I accidentally forgot to skip it one month and got charged the $50+ for that month. I knew they didn't give refund so I purchased another outfit with the money that was already gone and got on the web chat to cancel my membership. The operator on the other line was very pushy and when I said I did not have the money to put towards this and could not afford it if I forgot to skip a month again. She started talking about how she also had money problems and I had to ask multiple times before she canceled. I thought it was all over and done with until I started receiving "free" magazines in the mail (you get signed up for a free subscription but when the subscription runs out you get sent bills for the magazines you did not order). I logged back onto Fabletics.com and got on their customer service chat. They said I would have to talk to Subco.com about getting the magazines canceled. So they sold my information to a 3rd party company which I am completely uncomfortable with. I also tried to close down my account on their site and delete all my credit card and address from their website but it was not possible. I will be calling customer service on Monday in an attempt to be removed from their system. Though I am sure non of this is illegal if it is just slimy and bad business practices.

Went to place an order, got all the way to the checkout, put in my card information and then got an error stating my card wasn't compatible and the order couldn't be completed. So fine, whatever, but then I see the charge go through on my card. So I call customer service. They must get written up if they say ANYTHING other than what's on their scripts because boooyyyy I have never had one policy repeated to me sooo many times in a row. Apparently, even if your order doesn't go through they still pull the money out of your account and hold it. So I don't have $30 and I don't get leggings. Loss loss situation only made worse because customer service are a bunch a robots.

Been trying for days to receive a return label for a purchase refund as a Canadian customer. They keep sending emails that say your label is attached with no label attached (and the body of the email says your return label is coming soon!) and won't even provide the address for me to return the items! So frustrated! I cancelled my membership and now after reading these reviews am not confident that was done correctly. I shop online for clothing frequently and have never had these issues. Wished I had stayed away!

I purchased a new pair (with tags) from Poshmark, so I could get a deal without signing up for the service that everyone is complaining about. They ripped after two Orangetheory workouts - cheap material. Super disappointed, because they were really, really cute!

Horrible company with horrible communication. I canceled my membership A YEAR ago and realize I am STILL getting charged $50 a month! I understand I probably should've monitored my bills more closely but that is absurd. Especially since the company can even see that I was inactive on my account for an entire year, never did they EVER reach out and say hey are you still active, we see you haven't bought anything in a while? Total scam do not waste your money on their cheap clothing and poor customer service.

I bought one pair of leggings from Fabletics as a friend gave me a gift card to the website. I purchased one pair, no problem. Only to find out months later that I was being charged a membership fee when I have no memory of signing up for such a thing. The charge was no showing up on my bank statement so I had literally no idea. I then confronted customer service to ask for a refund and explain my situation. They said they could only refund me $100 meaning I had to spend the remaining $800 on the website. I was furious, but the would not give me any other alternative. So, I spend a boatload of money on Fabletics and do not love a single piece I recieved. The quality is poor, not meant for high-intesity workouts, and shows sweat spots so easily. At the end of all this, the customer service rep STILL tried to convince me to keep my membership. Not a fan, save your money or spend it on a more honorable brand.

I have bought a ton of leggings but these are by far the best ever. The fit; feel, and wear of these leggings are wonderful. I will never by another brand again. Another benefit are a million choices and styles.

Overall, I'm happy with my purchases so far. The only drawback I would say is the fact that the leggings are not the best quality. One pair has a hole and the other is starting to rip at the seam. Compared with other athletic brands I have purchased from in the past, it is pretty disappointing since they have lasted years and these have hardly lasted a few months. Bummer! But the styles are cute and if you're a member, the prices are reasonable. Not sure how much longer I will continue being a member and buying on a monthly basis though.

Most things that I have purchased are okay but I have had two issues with two pair of pants. It seems like they are cheaply made with bad materials. They just dont hold up as well as some of the other work out gear that I have bought.

Even though you have the option to opt out of the automatic charge, I didn't like how I was lured in to buy 2 leggings for $24, oh but only if you sign up for the automatic charge every month. Also, when I was shopping for my 2 pair of leggings, the clock timing me made me think I only had one minute to browse and make a decision, so I didn't really get what I wanted. I realize I should've notice it was an hour, and not one minute, but I didn't. Still, if I could do it over I would've gotten the leggings I wanted.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
