I've purchased lots of clothes from Fabletics! I love the leggings and the bras. Great price and great products!
I am not very tall and prefer the capri legging.
The first couple of purchases I was really pleased with but after purchasing the basic colors, I have not been able to find additional colors in the basic capri legging available in my size.
I love so many of the colors that I see in the other styles and would love to purchase those in the simple capri style.

I love Fabletics but they need to offer more petite lengths. I order the Capri length and because I'm 5'1", they are actually full length on me. Also, I don't think the bra sizing is correct. I ordered the size suggested and it was HUGE on me! I gave it to my sister.
The staff is great. Always helpful and knowledgeable about the product. I even had someone help me maximize on a sale price by creating an outfit. Love the on sight exercise classes.

Customer Service is VERY Important to me, along with someone invested in my shopping experience to find someone I like. NOt only did I walk away with clothes that I love, but I also bought more than I thought I would as she brought me a few outifts I would have never tried on and once I did, I love them. Love having some favorite items to wear and something new outside of Lulu and Athleta. Thanks!

I love all of my bottoms and tops. I'm not in love with how the sports bra's fit, but love the styles and the way everything else fits.

Amazing staff and great quality clothing! The staff treated me like I was their best friend and helped me choose outfits that I can hit the gym with!
The sad truth is I can go to Walmart and spend only $12 for better fitting leggings that last me years.

I love Fabletics products - the site is not good at best and down right awful sometimes. I wish it was actually user friendly - hard to find certain items. There isn't a search feature (that I have been able to FIND), it's difficult or impossible to narrow down what you see when all you want is a top or a bottom. But once you have something you like, its great!

I am so ready for some new styles and colors I hope they can make more shirts that are not tight but loose for those who don't like to show everything all the time. Sometimes a great leggings and a nice flowing loose cute top is all u need but I am so tired of the same colors in the tops its pink or gray we need more colors in tops that are loose fitting long sleeve or hoodies that don't stop showing my belly all the time I am a mom to a 14yrs old son so sometimes its nice to cover up.

I had an issue with my purchase. Called the help line, and it took way longer than it should have to get things straightened out because the worker could barely speak English. Very frustrating. Outsourcing your help line to people who can not speak English for people that are already upset about their order is not a good idea
Nothing fit, the things I chose we're made for a 5'3" yoga body. Not the 5'11" weight lifting body I have. And when I went to return it was outside of the window! What am I going to do w/$100 worth of crap that doesn't fit?!

Is this a legging store or an athletic wear store? I don't like to work out in leggings and prefer looser shorts. The only shorts offered by Fabletics have spandex bike shorts underneath, which consistently ride-up. I wish they offered more style choices. It's the reason I dropped my membership.

More than two pairs that I've bought have gotten a hole in them the first time I wore them before even wearing them out of the house. The material is super cheap to consistently have small holes in them for no reason.
I am more than happy with every purchase I have made from Fabletics. The pieces are all top quality and very flattering to my body type.

Products good. They get you though with pulling money every month. It's a membership. One that I did not want. Obviously after not buying something for months you would think someone would contact rather than continuing in my eyes take money!
I purchased some item on 09/07 or 09/08. Got notification they were out of stock (again) so I called and the gal cancelled my order. Then the waiting began for MY money to be returned. I realized that my order had been reversed on Friday, 09/27... 09/27!
This was after 3-4 calls asking where my money was and reiterating that I wasn't sending anything back, my order was cancelled.
And stop with the cutesy e-mails. "Oops, it looks like there is a problem with your order" act like a grown-up, let me know what's wrong with my order, oh, and perhaps suggest an alternative. I'll be cancelling my subscription to Fabletics. This company has Let me down too many times.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
