I accidentally signed up for the VIP program and little did I know part of that is they charge you around $68 A MONTH! They wont even redeem it. Awful communication. I will never buy or support fabletics again. Customer service 0/10. DO NOT JOIN VIP!

I have ordered leggings from here twice. Once they sent the wrong size so i returned them and the second time they didn't fit but no agent was helpful at all in helping me exchange them AGAIN and now i think it's too late. The first time i only got $12 refunded and now if i get a refund i'll only get another $12 back, that's not even enough to buy ONE pair of leggings. This company is very unorganized, not true to size, and RIDICULOUS with its exchange and return system.

This site is doing the devil's work. PLEASE read the fine print if you decide to sign on with this horrible company. If you don't skip the month and they charge you $50 that money is gone forever - no refunds. I have spent well over $500 on Fabletics - due to being forgetful - and now I have workout gear until the day I die. Great use of my money. Oh, and good luck using your points to get a free outfit that doesn't cost EXACTLY $49.95. I finally used up all my points and called to cancel and I thought this hellish nightmare was over, but just before I hung up the woman told me "You will now just continue 'skipping the month.'" What? Why did you think I even called in the first place? I had to say, point-blank: "I don't want to be charged by you EVER AGAIN." They rope you in with pretty clothes then they make it near impossible to get out. Stay away! You're better off getting clothes on Lululemon - better use of your hard-earned money.

I loved the workout clothes I ordered, everything fit really well and was great quality. It's also very clear that if you don't want to be charged $50 each month you just have to go into your account and skip the month before the 5th. I do get how some people could miss that fact or be frustrated if they forgot to skip but I wouldn't blame the company since they make it very clear.
The only thing I didn't love was the fact that the credit is only applied to items $49.95 or above. I tried to order 1 sports bra worth about $35 and was charged again on top of the monthly credit charge I already paid. This system basically forces you to spend more than the credit is worth. I like the clothes but I don't like the scammy system that's always trying to trick people into giving more money than they should.

I placed an order Friday morning. It is now the following Wednesday. The package "supposedly" shipped out tuesday morning. But when I go to track the package the courier says "package not found". I've called customer service yesterday and today to find out what is going on. They kept insisting that it was just not updated yet. You trying to tell me in like 5 days there is no update? I am starting to believe that this is a scam and my order will never come. Not happy. Really slow. Not to mention the site says the package should deliver in 4-7 days from order being placed. Clearly that will not happen.

Super comfy, stretchy and cute. I'm 5'3 115 lbs and ordered the xs. They look way too small when you open them up but they stretch out to full size.

I love the leggings, sweatshirt, and bra I bought. The seamless leggings and bra are so comfortable. And the camo leggings have a pocket which is always a plus. Shipping takes about a week but its really not a bad wait for a great items

I was so disappointed to find out they charge your account monthly. Had it been told to be beforehand I would have never made a purchase from this sleazy company scamming people out of there money. Also they told me I couldn't get a refund even after talking to a manager. Then I said I would take them to small claims court and there return policy some how changed, and I got my refund.

Very difficult to return and exchange. Site not easy on phone. Confusion on vip credit versus points. Clothes are good though. I have to call too many times (returns etc) and don't have time to do that which is why I want to shop online.

I have been getting charged $50 a month from Fabletics on a card I rarely use so I didn't notice it for some time. When I finally noticed how much money had been wasted I called customer service to cancel my subscription. The rep was very nice and seemed pretty helpful and I thought everything was all set and done. However, come to find out they skipped 1 month of subscription payment and then have still been charging me for the last 3 months. Great product, but customer service worse them Xfinity/Comcast, therefore, I will never use their service again because at this point I could have bought Victoria's Secret leggings for $200 apiece and still saved money from how much they have gotten out of me.

I love Fabletics. Comfy, thick leggings. I am very happy with the quality and the fact that you can wear them comfortably without worrying about them being see thru and they do not roll down like all my other leggings.

I was so excited to get the items but 1 set of shoes fit differently than the other and I don't like them as well also loved the fabric of the top but it is just snug fitting - so disappointing

I love all of the products I've ordered from Fabletics. Their clothes are true to size and work great for workouts or casual wear.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
