I buy a bunch of the clothes on clearance. Sales are great prices, especially for the quality of clothes.
Not only was the product not worth the money I spent, the styles I would like were never available in my size, there's no free shipping to Alaska and even after I was told I would get my money back I never did. Seriously disappointing. More than Terrible customer service and an absolute waste of money. Seriously dissatisfied customer!

Seriously love the leggings. Need to cancel and they make you call in. The automated help ends the call EVERYTIME I try to cancel. The worst business practice.

I like the product. I think it's a tad expensive, in saying that, the quality is good. You shouldn't require 100 characters to complete this review.
I canceled by membership but still had one monthly credit. When I logged in, the credit disappeared. When I realized and contacted Customer service they told me the credit expired without any prior notification. I complained and when customer service got back to me, they put the credit back to my account. When I finally used the credit to be rid of fabletics, the monthly charges started again! EVEN AFTER I TOLD THEM TO CANCEL. Be cautious and check your credit card statements religiously.

These are great! A combination of moisture-wicking and insulation good for fall hiking. One style (with the pocket at the back) seems to run a bit smaller than the other (pockets on the outer thigh), but not restrictively so.

I ordered a shirt similar to one I purchased a year ago (and totally love!) but this new one was cut unevenly in the armholes and looks awkward. I didn't notice it the first time I wore it because I threw a jacket over it, but when I put it on to wear with jeans, it was very noticeable. I didn't think I could return since I didn't inspect it before taking tags off and wearing the first time.

The belt line was advertised as it won't roll down like others. But, it does more than others. The fabric was a bit damaged when I received it. It is of course not pf a value of that price. Wayy to expensive.

I used to love your leggings. For the past couple years (I don't remember exactly when it changed), the fabric has changed. It feels AWFUL now. So ultra compressive! VERY UNHEALTHY for the lymphatic system to be wearing these all day (which I do-I'm a movement instructor), not to mention-uncomfortable. I keep hoping they'll be better, at least offering more choices.

They hook you with the "two pairs of pants for $20!" special, but it becomes a hassle. You've got to be diligent about skipping months if you don't want or need a new outfit each month. I personally just had a headache interaction with them; my return item was stolen out of my mailbox (yeah yeah, my fault for sticking it in there, only me to blame really), but the item I was exchanging it for was on hold for me. The item is now out of stock and they couldn't sell the item to me at regular VIP price, even though they were holding it for me. So I finally said, "$#*! it" and cancelled the membership.

I have been with Fabletics for over 5 years. I haven't purchased in a while, but when placing an order I was unable to receive a discount for 50% off on items that were having a promotion if I used my membership credit. I called an asked them why and the woman I spoke to was rude and would not make exceptions.

I've been shopping here for two years now as a vip member and have spent tons of money on this product. However without fail almost every pair of leggings/pants ends up ripping at the seam. I love the idea of this brand and I love the way the site works and everything but I'm no longer happy with the product and am seriously considering deactivating my account due to wasting my money on ripped pants. This tends to happen like two weeks after use. Lululemon has a five year guarantee that the seams will last and can hold strong. I don't believe fabletics can say the same.

They have a sneaky business policy. Do NOT get stuck and DO NOT order from this website unless you want to be charged $50 every single month with NO REFUND!

I am a size 12-14 so got a medium, leggings came after 2 weeks of waiting and they were so tiny I couldn't fit into them at all (I fit 12 to 14 in any other shop) I tried to get a return and they said I wouldn't get a refund unless I spent it on the fabletics website, I requested a exchange and they still haven't sent the package and I requested it 9 days ago, they also trick you into getting the vip membership and if you don't cancel it after you use it, they take your money from your account and won't refund it to you. Awful company. Awful customer service.

They get you to sign up for a membership by giving you a great discount. The scam is they don't give you any details for your account nor email. They take your money monthly but when you contact them for access to your account

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
