I bought leggings from Fabletics a month ago and signed up for the membership, not knowing it was 50 dollars a month! When I saw the charge on my card this month, I tried to call the customer service number on their website but would be answered by a robot and hung up on multiple times. Using the chat feature, I talked with a service representative Janice, who copy and pasted something about their membership and how I shoud have opted out for that month (for something I was again unaware of) and then ended the chat. I will sure as hell never buy from them again. I'm still working on getting the refund - all of the customer service representatives have been very unhelpful
Wow i wish i could give them zero ratings. They signed me up for their vip membership without telling me and have been charging my account 68 dollars every month. Never EVER purchase from them. They will steal your money. THE WORST COMPANY EVER. DO NOT TRUST THEM. A FRAUD.

I have shopped with fabletics a few times in the past and last month i tried to cancel my membership, after doing so i received a charge on my card for their monthly fee so i reached out to the live chat. After going back and forth with their customer service for a while i finally convinced her to give me a refund/cancel my membership. Then, I received another charge for the monthly fee this month so reached out again and was told that the agent had told me in our previous conversation that my account would be remaining active (which did not happen). Then after going back and forth with this agent I got my money back again. This time I was smart enough to screenshot the conversation for the next time this happens. I am very sad that this is happening as I like their products but the monthly membership is a scam and they will do all they can to keep taking your money.

Do not ever buy anything. They seem not expensive at first but then they will charge you $68$/month and you can't cancel the payment. Biggest fraud ever, plus the legging are ugly as $#*!. I $#*!ing paid over $300 because they're charging me every month. With 300$ i could have bought 4 Lululemon's leggings which is so much worth it.

They keep charging me monthly and whenever I try to cancel they're always on hold or the online chat is never available I need a refund, I don't even buy anything

The product you get is high quality (at least the leggings are, the shoes are great but sketches is better imo) it's just that the cancellation is HORRIBLE. I called to cancel and they put me through the ringer until I accepted $10 worth of store credit as long as they would notify me every month in order to cancel the monthly payment for "store credit" (which is stupid in itself because unless you use the EXACT amount you can't use the credit, but it is allowed to go over. You also can't use your credit and get discounts.) Anyway, I never got a notification, at all. And I am very low income atm so $68 CAD is TOO MUCH I tried to explain the last time I called. So when I forgot again (due to being busy with work and financial issues) I got charged. I called AGAIN and demanded for my subscription to be cancelled. I had to repeat myself about 5 times because every time the person would try to keep me as a VIP and totally disregarded what I just said. I finally got to cancel and got reimbursed but this was such a headache.

I did buy legins from them but next month they charge me 44 pounds and when I call them they told me I have monthly contracts with them. Scam, be careful with them.

If you purchase anything you will be automatically signed up for their VIP membership. This isn't free. You will be charged £44 per month. This is inertia selling which is unlawful under British law. Contact your bank to stop these payments coming out of your account.

Some of the new pants seem to fit smaller from the other items I had purchased before. I had to return and exchange for the next size. However, Maj pants seem to run bigger. It's disappointing when you send me an email a week later after I processed the exchange online that the Leah oversize jacket was out of stock. It takes 2 weeks to receive a return exchange.

I canceled my subscription over the summer bc of the monthly charges; I simply could not afford to shop with them anymore and thought it would be a simple cancelation process. I was wrong. I called the help number to cancel my subscription at least twice with the reassurance it would be handled but ended up getting billed twice more after that and have noticed they've been trying to bill me since then despite having canceled. I've tried logging in with my old account information but nothing seems to be amiss, it says I've cancelled, yet I keep getting these notifications. I liked their products but if this is how they treat their customers then it's not worth the trouble. (Why do I have an order ID? I haven't ordered anything in MONTHS)

This is the second time i have placed an order, taken to a page that says the order is complete. But received no confirmation email. Then I log to my "orders" page, and it says that I haven't placed any orders! I find this very confusing and frustrating. As a customer, I shouldn't be working this hard to buy something!

What I find more frustrating that there seems to be no customer service or email address I can contact. I keep being directed to the FAQs. How can you run a business while sealing any communication with customers? But you will spend all this money of advertising and hiring celebrities. I find all this very confusing!

The clothes are very high quality and the prices match, so it's worth the money but I wouldn't say its a deal.
My main complaint is the sometimes limited options on things, especially on the monthly pics. Some of that stuff I wouldn't be caught dead in, so I wish there were more customization based on style and prints, etc. The prints and colors tend to be pretty limited as it is.

I can never find anything on this website. I don't always want an outfit so I try to find the individual pieces. This site is terrible. The speed is bad but the layout is worse.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
