Chat took forever. My account said I had $0 credit and I should have $80. Asked via chat how much credit i have and said i want to cancel my membership. I was told I have a $49.99 and a membership store credit of $80. I then wanted to know how to find that info on my account BUT the customer service person ended the chat. Did not cancel my membership or allow me to ask additional questions.
My card was charged an additional $50 after I had made a purchase of that much the month before. There was no one I could even contact about this problem so I had to get a new card and ask my bank to trace the money back to me. I don't do online shopping at all anymore.

I would line to see Fabletics improve with shipping speed. Please work on shipping out sooner. The company offers great deals and prices. It would be nice to see longer tops to cover more in the hip area. I know I would purchase more tops from you than pants.

I was very excited for fabletics and loved my trial run. However, I never received a reminder to pick my new products the next month and was automatically billed. This ultimately turned me off from the service as I felt it was sneaky.

The quality of the clothes is average. Emailed coupons don't work online or in-store and whe you call customer service they have no clue what you are talking about.

By that, I mean my Salesgirl was the best. I was buying a gift and she took extra time and effort to find something to match that was affordable. But I am a veteran senior shopper and I don't feel you should sign up for a club to get a good sale price. Just Not customer friendly.

It's not fair that the members can't use the credit in the promotions it doesn't make any sense, that's why I didn't make any purchase
A couple of times I meant to skip the month and was charged. I intended to make purchases at some point so I didn't get too bothered by having $100 set aside to make a future purchase. Then when I tried to put items in my cart, my cash was treated as "store credit" with diminished purchasing power that negated sale prices, and instead displayed non-vip pricing. I decided to wait to place my purchase until I had time to call customer service. A couple days later, a single and very expensive shirt was delivered. It's a great shirt, but I had no intention of checking out and spending such a large amount on a single item. I feel pretty ripped off and no longer recommend Fabletics.

I love the quality and feel of the leggings. I do wish there was an option to get all the styles in a tall length. I will never be able to own some of the cutest lounge pants or joggers because of the length.

I kept getting charged for items I didn't get and a membership I did not sign up for. Every time I tried to get my stuff replaced it was out of stock and I still got the wrong leggings. I won't shop that site ever again.

The running pants I was gifted fell apart due to a poorly sewn inner seam. I called customer service but they could not help because it was over there 30 day refund policy. They did not want the photos that I took of the bad seam. I will now only shop for running leggings at LULULEMON! Sorry Kate!

First of all, the leggings are awesome. I genuinely love them BUT the entire process is ridiculous! The prices quoted on the website are not what you pay. I screwed up and had three months worth of "outfit" credits. I just spent $167 (my $149 credit plus some shipping) for 3 pair of leggings and 3 tank tops. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS! BEWARE

So I skipped the month at Fabletics and money was still taken out my account, I have tried to contact them on several different occasions over the past couple of weeks with no reply. I will never buy from this business again if they can't so much as give me a reply. The actual clothes are fine, I am not complaining about the quality of the clothes, but not worth ordering from them if they have no customer service.

When you get charged the $49.95 for the month you can't use your own money you have already been charged to purchase their items when they are on sale for Black Friday. You are punished to pay the higher price if you choose to use your credit (which is your money they already charged). That is not right! Not very customer friendly and all they care about is more money in their pockets. Kate Hudson, I'm very disappointed!

Worst customer service now and really cheap quality. The jacket I bought this month tore at an inner seam the first wear. When I called to complain they now make you send back the old item to get a replacement or refund. This has not always been the case. What kind of untrusting company is willing to pay the shipping an additional two times (I'm sure they pass it on to the consumers by marking up their overpriced cheaply made products).
They also go ahead and charge your card and send incomplete outfits if the products sell out in your size, without warning you ahead of time.
They are capitalizing on people that don't have the time to complain or follow through with returning.
Their attitude is "don't like it, cancel" and their customer service managers (most, not all) are not friendly and act too busy to assist. After being a member since this brand began, I cancelled and the manager who identified himself as Juan I spoke with didn't care at all,
They also know tack on an additional import tax fee from China at checkout so buyer beware the price you see in the cart will be boosted in the end by 10 or more bucks.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
