Everything you have been reading in the 1 star reviews is accurate. Look at the percentage of 1 star versus 4 stars reviews. They make it very unnoticeable to join their "membership." what is not lear at all, is that you will be charged $50 every month unless you buy something, and you have to make sure you "skip" each month to avoid being charged. Now tell me: who in the world buys athletic gear every single month of the year for $50? When you call to complain, they tell you that if you cancel, you loose all this money that has been accumulating through every monthly deduction. So you are forced to buy more merchandize, waste more money, draw the credits to zero, before cancelling. Customer service is foreign, and communication is an issue. The system is rigged to confuse the consumer. There are credits, there points, and there are promotion codes. Everything is designed to make you spend more money than what you intended. They will not refund the money. And the quality? Not bad, but not out of this world either. I absolutely hate these business that force consumers to become "members" and then make it very difficult to cancel without a loss. This practice should be illegal. If your products speak for themselves, why the strong hand to force "members" to buy something every month, or to have to remember that you need to go into the website to "skip" that month, or else be charged $50.

I've purchased some great clothing from Fabletics, but the quality and sizing is very inconsistent. Some items were not even wearable (leggings with no waistband that just fall down, for example).
I also didn't like the membership model, which automatically charged me if I didn't shop in the first 5 days of the month. I usually received the reminder email on the 4th or 5th day of the month and had to scramble to avoid being charged. Would prefer a more straightforward pricing model than the membership, which feels manipulative.

First went with medium which were too tight overall, exchanged for large, they sent me back mediums again, exchanged for a large a second time, finally got a large, they fit my legs and butt however were way too loose in the waist (my hips- 42" my waist- 27") luckily my friend and I are seamstresses so we were able to cut their waistband off and attach a new one to the pants that actually fit me. Now they fit great! However I had to jump through so many hoops to finally get them to fit right. I guess that's what I get for ordering from a company who can't achieve custom sizing

I would never order from this company again. Took forever to get what I ordered and before I even got my first order they were charging me another $50 for my "monthly" outfit. When I finally got my order some of the items were very cheaply made, tried to go to account to return/exchange which I couldn't do because EVERYTHING is a "final sale" even though the items are still available on website for full price. Worst customer service.

I asked for a Fabletics e-gift card for Christmas. My MIL who purchased the gift card for me told me it took forever to even purchase a gift card from them When it was time to redeem I was told the gift card gets added to your account as a credit. Which means that you can't use the credit on promotional sale items. I was hoping to get some clothes on sale to restock my wardrobe. Had I known I couldn't use my gift card on sale items I wouldn't have asked for one for Christmas. Now I have to pay full price ($89) for leggings just to use my gift card. There are way too many exclusions from this company. I will be telling people to stay away from Fabletics.

I ordered a gift card for my daughter for Christmas and I have had to call them back 3 times. Each time they tell me I will get the e-gift card within 24 hours. Today, I called again and they told me they could expedite my claim but that it could take up to 72 hours. WHAT?

I kept pushing and they finally said that they were not the ones to handle it but that they could send them a message. When I asked to speak to that department directly they said that they did not accept calls. I will never order from them again. And I don't usually give reviews but I am so frustrated.

I purchased a pair of leggings and after only 3 wears the inseam on my right inner thigh came undone. When I called to see if they would provide any compensation or exchange them they told me that once they are worn there are no returns and put me on hold for half an hour before I finally hung up in pursuit of "compensation". I would highly recommend to others to be picky about where they purchase their cloths - obviously anywhere but Fabletics.

They just took 50 from my account without notifying me about it (probably it was written somewhere between the lines of the terms and agreements). To cancel the damn VIP subscription I had to call their service center... why don't they have a cancel subscription option straight on the website?
Now I can use my "49 points" to buy stuff priced over 100 per item.

I actually cancelled twice (2017 and 2019) and then all of a sudden I was billed for three months straight post cancellation this summer. I was told that I re-joined the VIP program but I did not. I believe it was the foreign customer service agents who automatically put me back in without my permission. So very frustrating! DO NOT JOIN. Lots of options for leggings out there and until Kate Hudson fixes the billing/VIP issues lots of yogis will be frustrated. A shame too because her power leggings are my fave and last forever!

I ordered a sweater from fabletics almost 3 weeks ago and I haven't received anything. Then I also noticed that £44 was taken out of my account and in exchange they gave me some "credits" to spend on my account.
When I called customer services to track down my parcel, they told me that the courier company had attempted delivery but nobody answered the door, I said this was right because I was on vacation and this is also why I gave the courier company instrucrions to leave my order with my neighbour which they ignored.
I then asked to cancel my VIP membership and despite explaining why I didn't want to keep it they asked me FIVE times if I wanted to keep my membership.
If I say I don't want to spend £44 a month on something that I know I won't use each month then why it that not an acceptable answer?!
Poor, poor service all round. I won't be ordering from Fabletics again.

Really discusted with this retailer. My daughter wanted some leggings as a Christmas gift and so I purchased them for her online as one off transaction. A couple of weeks later I noticed £44 had been charged to my card after they had sent me an email making out they had credited my account with some cash which i had felt was a marketing ploy as you always have to register with many sites to make a purchase. I did not consent to this and feel misled. I am not the kind of person who gets caught out with scams. When you call them to discuss they will not refund you. They inform you that you must have missed a tick box to subscribe when you ordered and will not accept that you did not intend to subscribe forcing you to cancel and become a guest and spend your balance the next time you log in for ridiculously priced items. I think this is fraudulent and am seeking further advice. The bank can't do anything other than block further payments so do not expect a refund.

Ii am a VIP with Fabletics and pray for any of those with a lesser title. Ordered over $350,00 of merchandise on 12/2/19 before noon mountain standard. Fabletics has a shipping procedure that allows Fedex tracking numbers to be applied to the order prior to Fedex ever taking possession of the shipment. Tracking number applied and you have no way to track the shipment as it has not bee received into the Fedex system.
We spent two days and several phone calls to the so called Customer Service people and went away still having no idea where the shipment was. We were treated rudely, hung up on, and sat on hold for 2-1/2 hours on one call just trying to get resolve. Tonight at 6:00 PM our time we finally found the shipment had been released to Fedex and estimated to be delivered on 12/20/19. It sat in a Fedex trailer with a tracking number applied and was never moved until the said 45 foot Fedex trailer was loaded at Fabletics and picked up by Fedex. No Fabletics personnel would give us any help and told us it was a Fedex issue and nothing to do with them. The worst ordeal never again Liars!

I have been ordering leggings from Fabletics for my daughter because they are really comparable to Lululemon but half the cost. I have a VIP membership and opted out for the month of December, but was charged the $49.95 if you don't opt out. I called customer service, the issue was fixed, but I was then charged the $49.95 once again. In speaking with a customer service rep I was told it would be taken care of. When I went back to the Fabletic site I noticed that my account was cancelled. I called back and was told that if I wanted to reinstate my VIP status, I would have to purchase something. Why do I have to purchase something to have my account reinstated because the customer service rep erroneously canceled it? I called 4 times, talked to 4 reps in 4 different countries and was told the same thing. Also, I lost the 298 points that I earned from ordering merchandise in the past. I am so disappointed because I love the products, but I don't think I will shop with this company ever again.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
