I had no idea it was a subscription that I was signing up for. I guess they should make that clearer when you're checking out. I found out about a month later when I got another rather large charge from them on my account. Cancelled it immediately after I noticed it. Thankfully I noticed it the first month it occurred because I don't normally check my bank statements that closely.
Aside from that, the leggings really are fantastic so I had to give them some stars!
Would definitely order again if you didn't have to have a subscription.
Generally I have been happy with fabletics quality but I have a hard time finding styles suitable for my age... Im over 60 and am not showing my midriff so many of the combo styles are for younger gals. I also am finding the leggings and shorts have too much compression for me. I mostly order joggers but I think there are only so many I need.
Please consider:
Making more tops that cover the body. (I have the Alia in every color). Shorts without compression just lining, a lighter weight collection for warm winter areas (Florida!)
And more styles in TALL sizing!

All of the items I received from Fabletics were awesome. The reason I am canceling my membership is because I think they are greedy. For instance, they charge my credit card the $49.99 membership fee which basically puts a credit on my account, but then when I go to order something I have to order $49.99 or more in order to use my membership credit. So if I have a cart that doesn't total $49.99 or more then they want me to pay for that out of pocket instead of deducting it from my credit on my account. Also, if I want to use my credit to make a purchase I cannot buy an item at the sale price which I think is ridiculous. How can you charge my card every month and then tell me how I can spend my money?

I ordered leggings for my 13 year old daughter who is very slim and tall. Not only were they a nice thick fabric, but they also reached to the bottom of her ankles. She is always thrilled with the quality and the fact that they fit her so well. It is always hard to find leggings that suit her body needs.

For those who have or are about to place their first order know that the 2 for $24 leggings discount is when you become a VIP which is signing you up for their monthly subscription which is $50 a month. The $50 a month has gotten me VIP exclusive outfits which are regularly $90-$100 sets but I don't pay anything because of the subscription I paid for the month. And the subscription doesn't limit your purchase choices either. You don't just have to get the VIP exclusive ones, you can buy anything and the subscription price just goes toward your purchase as a credit, it's not charging you to be a member. If I don't want or plan on getting anything for a certain month, I can put a pause on my subscription which you can easily do online or the app. It took me a while to understand how it all works, but there you have it!

I really loved my Fabletics that I received for Christmas. I've only worn these pants 4-5 times in the 4 weeks I've had them and the seam on the right hip is already splitting and now has a dime-sized hole. These are a size medium (I am a size 8).
My complaint is that they advertise something for "sale". I have a VIP membership, but when you add it to your cart the price is not the advertised sale price. You have to call and have it "manually" adjusted, meaning they sell it to you over the phone. I've also had the same issue with a email stating use your 25% discount, and when I click it to try to use it, the same issue. It does not work; you have to call in. I find that very dishonest. The product is nice, but the billing is not.

I recently bought my first fabletics leggings. I bought for 8.95 cents the rush shipping. Don't get me wrong they shipped out the next day I was so excited. Then I seen the tracking and noticed it was being sent to New Jersey. I'm not sure if anyone has had those problems. So I called fabletics double checking it was the right address and they said it was. So I went along with with then I looked again and it was still going to New Jersey mind you I'm in Georgia so that's the opposite direction. I also seen the package weighed 12 pounds. I called fabletics again and they said it was being shipped some where and they also repeated the tracking number to me. I wish fabletics will go deeper into this. Cause this isn't my tracking nunbwr. It's not like they are sending me the wrong stuff they just sent me the wrong tracking number

I bought my first two pair. What they shipped me was the wrong size. I was then told I could one exchange the one I hadn't tried on. I send it back to exchange for the size I order. Now they tell me they don't have my size and to go to the website.
While they were on the phone with me I ordered the size I wanted. I received those two at full price with no problem.
While they're products are fantastic and I am in love with their leggings, the amount of frustration I received dealing with their customer service and website experience is too high to tolerate anymore.
Multiple times I have tried returning items that were either out of stock after I purchased or never told me they were final sale and I was not allowed to return it. Other times they were delivered to the wrong address and they would not re-deliver the item or they were never delivered at all and I have to wait over 3 weeks before they bother to send it again. It also takes over 2 weeks to get anything delivered in the first place.
I loathed every single time I had to call customer service. Their credit points system also doesn't make any sense.
DO NOT SHOP HERE. There are plenty of other great sporting good stores for women that are much less frustrating. Save money and stay away.

I buy my Christmas gifts early, only to find out I cannot return the outfit I bought for my daughter-in-law in November. I would really appreciate being able to speak with a customer service person in the U.S. that has authority to do SOMETHING to resolve issues! Will NEVER BUY AGAIN

I purchased over 250$ in merchandise on the fabletics website, the shipping time/manner of everything is simmilar to any other online store (except maybe a little slower).
A couple days after my order fabletics charged my bank the 49$ member fee (I was not expecting this charge). The only way you can cancel your membership is to call their phone number and wait on hold or to use their online chat and hold until the next available representative (this alone seems pretty scammy) every website I ever used will let you cancel a membership online without going through all of these hoops that fabletics expects you to go through and while you are trying to cancel they try to talk you into keepong it with all these "promo codes and special offers" it took me saying "cancel my membership " five times for them to stop responding with reasons on why I should keep it, then it just said "chat disconnected". UNBELIEVABLE. SO I guess I am stuck being a VIP on this $#*!ty website until I can finally get them to cancel it. Do not waste your time, no "deal" is worth this amount of hassle. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

When I heard about fabletics I was excited to try! But as you can see it didn't happen that way. My first problem is how they word everything. I paid for faster shipping and they said it will take 1 to 2 days of processing and shipped out. They don't tell you it takes that just to process it then about another week just to ship it out. Once I heard about that I immediately tried to cancel my order I had to call and wait about 20 minutes just to speak to a customer service representative mind you I was told I have a 5 minute wait time, I finally get someone on the phone and they asked my why I want to cancel kinda in an attack way like I insulted them. After my experience and reading reviews from other people I knew this wasn't for me. Anyways who buys workout clothes every month.

They have charged me for two months in a row now after cancelling my membership! I have called VISA and explained to them this is a FRAUD! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY. Can't even get them on the phone! Worst experience. And cheap quality clothes.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
