I have had a great experience with Fabletics! I find their product to be in excellent quality. I would reccommend it anytime. They are just a little bit high priced for me BUT thankfully they have a membership program that allows members to get fantastic deals! I found the staff to be very efficient. Getting back to you in a timely manner and willing to help and listen to any challenges with ordering, mailing etc. Great company!
Signed up for my "great deal" of 2 leggings for $24, not realizing I would only have an hour to use that coupon. Did not like the pressured feeling as I scrambled to quickly decide which leggings to order. Had I had more time, able to do more research, I would have realized they ran small, but I didn't so the first leggings I got were too small. Was able to exchange after talking to someone overseas that was extremely hard to understand. Waited a couple weeks to get the 2nd attempt, one pair I didn't love, but I did love the other, BUT, it started to fall apart within just a couple weeks of limited use. Called to exchange and had the hardest time trying to understand and be understood by the person overseas. Waited forever for my exchange, and when it arrived, it wasn't the same leggings, it was another pair that I hadn't cared for. Called to try to straighten that out and was told that the leggings I loved had been discontinued. I had to choose a different pair to exchange again, hoping that I would like them better (I don't and also had to wait weeks again for them to arrive). So now, 4 months in, I have two pair of leggings I am not crazy about, not expecting them to last long, and it is too much hassle trying to get someone that has a clue what you are trying to say. As I called to cancel I discovered that they just brought back the leggings I had loved. Would like to have those but NOT worth the headache to deal with Fabletics again!

The quality of the fabrics is amazing! The styles work as well! I have found that all of the tops and bottoms seem to be true to size; however the bras are somewhat ht or miss depending on the style. Once you find the style/size combination, you are set!

When first ordering from fabletics I ordered the 2/24 and only one pair arrived. I had to call and ask where the second pair was. Customer service was really helpful and let me know that after I placed my order, that the color had gone out of stock. A little annoyed because I had not received any information about this matter before I reached out to them. They gladly sent out another pair of another color that day. The style and fit is great, but they do tend to fall when I do squats and stuff like that. One of my leggings has string unraveling in more than one area. I have not reported this yet (just noticed it yesterday) but will be soon.

I love the combo that I ordered! The leggings are one of my favorites and I wear them ALL THE TIME. However, the bra fits more like a bralette and without much padding I would not choose to work out in it. I would also size down in the bra as well - I am a 36C and I ordered a large.

I loved the products and would recommend them. However, I don't need 3-4 emails daily for ANY product. That is the only reason I cancelled my subscription.

Quality is mediocre. But. Their sizes are most of the time not the right fit, I know my size perfectly well, yet some of the tops have been either too tight (completely flat chested) or too big; leggings are a bit better; I bought a jacket and is at least 1 size more than it says.
Worst thing: you get trapped into the monthly remembering to skip the month or get dinged if you don't. I just called and cancelled my account, they said they can't delete the info (credit card and other personal info) now I have to call them again for this in 3 months! Apparently this is the law. Bunch of bs, now I have to remember to call them again to delete something they should do automatically in the first place.:(
Don't sign up! Just order from a normal' sports website, so many much much better way bigger brands out there. Fabletics has been a huge disappointment all the way to the end, and not for lack of giving them chances...

The initial cost to join is reasonable. Then you have to continue to order each month unless you choose to skip that month. I really do not need another thing to remember on my calendar. Too much pressure to buy, felt like a pyramid scheme.

About a year ago I signed up to be a Fabletics VIP and I have really taken off since then. I get lots of emails with gorgeous, inviting graphics and very tempting deals. I love the Fabletics products. One turtleneck shirt I purchased is my favorite article of clothing I own! My purchases come quickly and each one so far has been fun to wear. I even spread the love and got outfits for my grown kids for Christmas!
Love the look and feel of this bra. Comfortable, and cute straps in the back. Enough support for a CrossFit workout.

I love my Fabletics leggings! So when my 11 year old needed leggings, I thought I would see if Fabletics would fit. The staff helped her try on a couple styles recommending the capri length as a long option. They were perfect and she was so excited to have a quality pair of leggings. Many thanks to the staff!

Almost every piece was too big or too small, RARELY true to size. Seams on pants cut into my legs, some sports bras show a side boob (VERY NARROW CHEST), and a very limited selection in general

I had a problem navigating the shipping portion of my order on your website. It wasn't allowing me to ship to someone other than myself. It took two customer reps to finally get satisfaction. One was great; the other was incompetent AND condescending.

I ordered the sale leggings to try them out. I didn't know i was signing up to give them $49.99 a month to WHAT? Buy athletic wear forever? Who would want that? This is a really horrible way to do business and they know people will screw up and not realize what they did till its too late. They will then only return 2 months worth of money. That means if I had not seen the charge, because I don't have a lot of time to look over every charge on my bank statement, I could have paid them $600 a year until I noticed. It's so sleazy, Kate Hudson should be ashamed! Some of us work really hard for our money and we hope there aren't predatory companies trying to steal it!

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
