I still have not recieved my order nor have I received a notice as to where my order is. I tried emailing and received an automatically generated email informing me that fabletics does not deem email communication as a worthwhile option for them. I then tried their online chat and was never connected with a representative, even after waiting 10 minutes; I doubt heave the time for a phone conversation nordo I feel like it is my responsibility to make this happen, they already have my money, it IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF FABLETICS TOP MAKER SURE I RECEIVE MY ORDER. I realize these are unprecedented times, AND I AM STILL WORKING ALSO, so maybe make all forms of communication an option. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER AND IT HAS BEEN OVER 3 WEEKS. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THIS EXPERIENCE.

I have always loved the thickness of the fabric used in the leggings. My last order seemed thinner, with less quality. No longer like Lulemon thickness. Not sure why, but sad

I always get compliments when I'm wearing Fabletics leggings and tops. I highly recommend them to anyone that ones good quality clothes for exercise.
Disgusted. First time order with this company & I haven't even received my goods yet, but I'm not happy. Fabletics website is very misleading. It was showing Aussie dollars everywhere, even in the cart when the final payment went through it said $75 AUS. NOT true, looking at my bank statement, Fabletics has taken $125. That's appalling. Will NEVER be ordering from this scam company again. No doubt going by the comments on here already, the items probably wont fit & be $#*!ty quality. Next problem, I cannot get hold of anyone at Fabletics to discuss the ridiculous charge, hopeless! As someone else said, shame on you Kate Hudson!

0 stars for fabletics! After wearing one of their sports bras a handful of times, it broke. I called the company and they absolutely refused to replace their broken product! I will never purchase anything from fabletics again! Terrible customer service!

I ordered from Fabletics to take advantage of their 2 for $24 leggings deal. I placed the order and the screen never changed... no "thank you, your order has been placed," no confirmation number, NOTHING, and their gimmicky little offer timer continued to tick down as if I hadn't placed an order. So, I clicked place order again. My card was immediately charged twice. I attempted to pull up my orders from the link at the bottom of the screen to cancel one of the orders... nothing was there. There is no email address available, so I had to call in with my issue. I was thinking with Kate Hudson as the face of the brand, there would be a certain level of customer service... I was WRONG. The first associate hung up on me after I informed her that I ws recording the call for my records. The second tried to convince me that I should accept the charges because I should have been charged full price and could only take advantage of the VIP advertised price on my second order ( AN OUTRIGHT LIE). He also claimed that he couldn't see my order so there was nothing he could do. I offered to send a screen shot of the duplicate charges posted at the exact same time. He talked over me and kept going in circles about the membership fee which wasn't even my issue. He then asked me for time and date of my order. I gave him that, then he asked for my full credit card number. Big NOPE to that. Finally on my third call, I got another young man whom I also warned that I was recording the call. After he attempted to give me the same spiel the other guy did, I told him I would send him a screen shot of the duplicate charges but I also threatened to upload them online and contact the district attorney's office about this scam. He finally removed the charges. He then claimed that my use of a debit card rather than a major credit card was the cause of the mixup. BULL! I sop online all the time. This was by far the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

I purchased leggings from fabletics. Not only was there a tear in them before I'd even put them on, but I'm still waiting for a refund, nearly two months later.
The tracking information is now not even listed on the Hermes website when I type my code in because they arrived AGES ago.
I was told 3 weeks after sending them back they still had not arrived in their warehouse. I purchased the leggings late February, got them early march, returned them within a day of receiving them and 26 emails later from different 'members' of their team, who I don't even believe are human anymore due to their lack of care in checking the email chain, I'm still yet to receive my refund.
Initially I asked for an exchange but was told after 3 weeks they were no longer in stock and was offered a refund. Last week I was finally told the refund would be put into my account within 3-5 days. It's now been over a week.
Long story short: don't buy from this company. Their quality of leggings is awful, overpriced and the customer service is shocking.

Very comfortable, very soft but too big in the crotch. I have bought a medium in non maternity leggings but I definitely needed a small. I will buy some more in the right size
I've been trying to get approx $200 for merch returned over a month ago and all they keep saying is they processed it. Well it didn't work so I don't have my money and no one is addressing the issue. On their fb page most of the customer posts are regarding an issue with a refund. I've been through countless chats and phone calls between fabletics, PayPal and my financial institution and NONE of them are doing anything. Now I have to mail in the dispute to my cc company because their phone lines are closed due to covid-19, so it's going to take forever to get the money I need now to help pay for essentials while I'm stuck at home. I've been a loyal member for about 4 years but they've now severed this business relationship due to their lack of effort and decency to resolve this issue.

This company misleads people about their VIP Membership subscription. They offered me a VIP discount and then started charging my card every month for $49.95. I did not know that I would be charged for this subscription because the Fabletics VIP Membership advertising is misleading and there is nothing about the subscription charge in the advertising. I think Fabletics need to be accountable for its misleading promotion. It is ashamed that Demi Lovato advertises such a dishonest company.

Just pay the price on the site. They automatically charge $49.95 every month (more than you will ever spend on their product) and then refuse to refund you when they convert your payment to store credits.

First I did my membership because I wanna buy a legging. The site shows me that I could buy 2 for $24. So I tried to buy it and in the end, I only received 1. I got upset and thought never to buy there again. And now discovered that they charged me $49 for the membership. I never authorized that. I got to cancel this stupid membership by call. But I never get to talk to a live agent neither by chat or phone. It's the worse company I ever tried to buy things.

I was skeptical about becoming a VIP because you have to skip your order every month or they send it to you. They do send a reminder the first of every month. Since I check my email often enough to skip or purchase within 5 days this was no big deal. Plus if you forget you simply return the merchandise with No problem. BUT the quality of their leggings is superb. You don't get the sheer in the butt problem when you bend over. The styles with pockets are my favorite. And they frequently have promotions so the price becomes very reasonable. I was hesitant but so glad I did.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
