First off, I LOVE Fabletics. I want to provide as much good and bad feedback here as I can to help improve the user experience. First off, the website design is attractive and easy to navigate. I appreciate that Fabletics uses plus-sized models. The new feature where you can see how an outfit looks on a variety of other size models besides extra small is terrific (please keep incorporating this feature!). The price point is not cheap but certainly better than other competing athletic brands. I also think an overlooked but exceptional part of Fabletics is how easy it is to leave product reviews; I think this more than any other feature is what has contributed to Fabletics success, because how many companies are actively soliciting opinions from women? So great job on that!
A few things Fabletics needs to improve: please, please, please, do NOT show "New VIP prices" to existing members. It feels like a scam when an outfit you have your heart set on is $70.00, but you can visibly see it is being offered to new VIPs for $25.00. It's disheartening and feels punitive of your preexisting, loyal customers. And there have been other instances when a item is listed as on "sale" for one price but then when you head to checkout it's listed at full price. At a brick and mortar retailer you would be fined for that practice, but instead consumers are just left annoyed and distrustful of what's essentially a lie. Please fix that. Fabletics can also stand to improve its website to withstand high volume user days, such as first of the month and Black Friday season. Lastly, I wish it was possible to update previously posted product reviews. I had an experience where I left a glowing review of a shoe only to discover a week later that the sole tore off. I still like the shoes, but notifying the company that they need to use stronger glue lest the soles tear off would have been helpful for consumer and company alike. So please consider allowing members to update product reviews after they've formally posted.

I absolutely love the clothes. I have 6 pairs of pants/capris and wear them nearly every day. I don't love that I missed a month and had to pay. I have bought enough so that this shouldn't be a thing. Also, I don't love that many times my colors or sizes aren't available.

I have not been very impressed with the quality of the clothes. This is in the fabrics, stitching and overall fit.
I can't get enough of the PowerHold leggings. They are comfortable yet sturdy. Also, the Cashel Midi Logo Sports Bra is really cute! It's like a crop top. I realize that may not be everyone's thing, but together they are a great pair, as the band on the leggings tucks you in and slims you out!

I ordered a simple e-card on April 21st for my sister-in-law. It is May 1st and she hasn't received it. Their customer service line is a JOKE. Over 230 ppl ahead when I called and their live chat not working. Gee if only there were ppl at home right now looking for work to answer phones! I'll never buy anything from this company. If this was my experience for a gift card I can only imagine what it must be like to cancel your membership. Kate Hudson should spend some time with Chaz Dean. He knows how to run a customer subscription experience,

Fabletics as a whole is wonderful! I recommend them to all my girlfriends who are looking for high quality workout gear but can't justify the high prices other brands charge. But, don't let that steer you to think the quality of Fabletics is lesser than the other brands out there! They are extremely comparable when you look at the quality of the material and craftsmanship! My only gripe is that shipping takes about a week to get from Cali to Utah, when that is normally about a two day transit time. Regardless, I will happily wait, it's so worth it! :)

It's been almost 3 weeks and my order has yet to ship. I was told I would receive free 2 day shipping due to the delay but my account still shows standard shipping. I cancelled my membership because of this today. I placed orders from 3 different companies on the same day and have received all of them. I understand things are slower now but this is rediculous. I wish I would have ordered from a different company. You would think with as much as they advertise they would be more professional, but judging by their low rating and poor reviews posted here they are not too concerned with bettering business operations or quality.

I made a purchase and then returned some items. I chatted with a customer service agent about getting a refund, they said that was fine. Part of my order was purchased with my rewards points. I asked "can I return that outfit and get my reward points back" they said "of course." It is weeks later and I have not received my rewards points. I've tried to chat them 3 times - one time I got through to an agent who eventually just stopped talking to me (I waited 30 minutes with no response) and the other two times I was never connected to an agent. I've also tried calling, but I waited on the line for 40 minutes before I gave up. So disappointed.

Ordered several items 2 weeks ago. According to the site, the order is still being "batched", in other words it hasn't even left the warehouse yet. No email or anything to explain the delay. I know a lot of businesses are slow at this time, but I should be notified of status/further delays

Overall, I was disappointed with the products I purchased through Fabletics. I'm a curvy plus size and these always sagged in the wrong places while being too tight in others. Clothing manufacturers can't just take the size 2 and make it bigger for plus size; they need to take into consideration the real woman curves we have! I was lucky enough to be fairly close to a shop, but they never carried plus sizes so I could try stuff on before ordering. Overall, not worth it. Old Navy has much better athletic wear for a better price too.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
