The subscription is extremely difficult to cancel and manage. They advertise it as being that you can skip any months that you want and if you don't skip (or forget to skip) you can use the credits from that month for a future purchase. However, the credits are extremely difficult to use as it is not very straight forward as to how to use them. For example, I had around $149 in credits and so I picked out a few things went to my cart and the total was around $140, I chose to apply my credits but it would only allow me to apply 2 of my 3 credits so I still would have been paying around $45 so I deleted an item from my cart and it would then only allow me to use 1 of my 3 credits.
STAY AWAY FROM FABLETICS. The staff at the FABLETICS in Frisco, Tx told me the ease at which to cancel my membership. I was on the phone with a supervisor who would not cancel my membership do to a name discrepancy. I had to call my credit card company to formally dispute the charge to get them to stop payment on the account. I can not be more serious when I say to please stay away. It seems that they will do anything to take your money and will do anything to not let you cancel. I am disappointed in myself for ever signing up. I will absolutely tell whoever will listen to to never sign up for the membership or buy anything from Fabletics. By the way, this is my first ever negative review and hopefully my last

I felt into the scam trap like many others and I want my money back. They told me I had "free" credits I could spend so I made an order. It turns out the credits weren't "free" at all and I got charged for the lot. I now have to spend my busy day on the phone to try to cancel the membership which I signed up to without clearly being told that I was going to be charged £49 per month! And for average quality sportswear. The company is a pure scam, it should be fined by the authorities for misleading customers. Shame on you Kate H!

If you have "member credit", you can't take advantage of the SALE price. So you literally have to choose to use your credit and pay a higher price, or give them additional money and pay out of pocket to get the lower (SALE) price. So your credits would either never be used, and you continue to dish out money. Or, use your member credit but pay more, so you are literally losing money. SCAM. Next huge problem: if you do find something you can use member credits for and get the fabulously low VIP member price, NOTHING IS EVER IN STOCK!

After waiting patiently 3 weeks for my order and no update, I call for an update and it was the worst customer service I've ever experienced. My order was canceled and I will not be a customer here and very sad about that, I was so excited for the items.

I ordered leggings on April 18th. Come May 3rd I saw a girlfriend post she got us that she ordered on the 20th and loved them. So I call and the agent snaps and tells me I need to just wait, they'll be shipping mine out.
I ask to talk to a supervisor who tells me what I ordered was out of stock and I won't be getting a package! Still waiting on this transaction that should "cancel out and be available right away"

I placed my order over two weeks ago and still haven't gotten a shipping confirmation. I got a email tell me it would be shipped soon but yet it hasn't. I can't even accept this threw my account.
After three weeks of being led on about the shipment of my order, I canceled it because it is not worth dealing with customer service over and over again. I will never shop online for fabletics again. Stay far away from this company!
I have been very disappointed in this clothing and finally used all my "spent " money with you because of forgotten skips (which indecently are difficult to get to) and then you keep charging me. I have wanted it cancelled for months now. I do not wish to give you any more of my money but you keep taking. I can buy the equivalent at Walmart for 75% less in cost.
Their website is literally one of the WORST! You can't see all the styles available. I know this as I can't see what my daughter can see and she is a VIP. You only get to see whatever Fabletics website lets you see, based on your shopping past. That is wrong! I'm losing weight, therefore I should be able to see all items available. And Always always always everything is sold out! So disappointing for such a great product! Their leggings are the best, so I keep trying.

I was not able to use my accumulated dollars from my premium account to purchase items at the sale price. I also was restricted by quantity of items needed to purchase using my subscription dollars - I had to buy a certain number of items before I could use all of my dollars.

I keep trying to cancel my membership subscription after already canceling it once. I canceled it five months ago. I then bought a couple items with the money already on my account. Then they reactivate my account without my permission. I then call and the machine says its a five minute wait. I hold on the line it turns into an hour wait so the next time I call they have an option to hang up and they will call me back. They never call me back.

I'm disappointed in the fact that I forgot to "skip the month" one month (really, I missed the second, "yes I want to skip the month" box), but can't use the money you took from me for sale promotions. What?! Come on. I have to buy things at full price, why is that money not as good as a new/different $49.99. Honestly, very frustrating and enough for me to "quit" fabletics - but I have to wait until you have my size in stock on a $49.99+ outfit on the first of the month. There are plenty of other brands that don't have the same stipulations for what specific money can be used on what specific products.

The size I ordered did not fit comfortably (I don't like super tight clothes) and I needed a medium instead of a small. Then I also wanted to change the design I ordered and my customer rep was super helpful and it was not too challenging to get ahold of someone. They all seem to be working in another country, but were more helpful and articulate than many customer service reps I've spoken to in the US. Thank you!

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
