Tricks you in to a subscription with out any up front Approval from you. Can't order anything with out them dipping in your bank account monthly just to say You have a subscription I didn't agree to anything like that. Its a shame a hustle out to rip people off over priced lies.
It's alright, I wanted to try it out but i just do not love the quality of the few tops and bottoms that I purchased. I even did a second month to give it another shot but it was still the same. It's also a pain the struggles you go through just to close your membership.

I'm always happy with anything I get from Fabletics. They are my favorite to work out in. I don't worry about pants falling down, everything is always so functional and comfortable.
I don't feel like I can order monthly due to my size or ideal color or pattern or functionality item I want is always out of stock.
Maybe something to ponder on is a way to notify your members when that item is in stock in the exact item, size and, color they're looking for? A way for us to save for later "wishlist" or something
Then if we were notified we can make our purchase?
I appreciate being able to skip the month but usually it's due to product being out

I'm a vip from 2016 now 2020 I love the leggings and top the outfit are really good quality and elegant at the same time. The quality is the best

I never received my product. When I called for more information, I was told that it was FedEx's problem and that I need to call. When I asked why Fabletics couldn't call the representative doubled down and said I needed to call since it wasn't a fabletics priblem

I'm fairly new to Fabletics and have purchased tops, sports bra and bottoms. All have been great and wear nicely no matter how much I sweat!

We ordered over a month ago, and still have yet to receive anything. No communication from Fabletics customer service, I finally had to contact them. They just casually said it was still in the warehouse waiting for shipment because of problems with FedEx. I get that some things are out of their control, but so many things are in their control. Like a discount on the next order, or at some point just comping the order, or even just giving some type of credit on the account. Minimum would be keeping me updated on their own so I'm not left wondering what happened to my order. I shouldn't have to contact them if they are having issues, they should be reaching out to me. Having tracking on their shipments automatically given to us would also be helpful. AND when I did contact them and I was worried about returns if something didn't work (being it was so far out from the order date) she said that with my status we could always return for an account credit. UM NO, that's not okay! It's not my fault it's taking now over a month to get to me. If I return something I should get a refund as I normally would have. This may be the last order I place with them.

I love the styles that Fabletics offers, but why show me them at all if they're already sold out? It's very frustrating to see outfits that are cute and not available in my size. Also, I find it difficult and frustrating to find the right size leggings in each of the different styles, because they all fit so differently. Some leggings in Medium would fit me better in Small and vice versa. This is also hard to know until I'm actually working out in them. Seems like they fit fine until I'm working out and they're slipping down.

I liked the items that I ordered and received but the shipping seemed to take longer than it should have. After I place my order it takes about 2 weeks for me to actually get the items.

Fabletics leggings are great quality; however, I'd rather go buy cheaper and even lesser quality products elsewhere than deal with the hassle of trying to be a supposed "VIP" customer of Fabletics. The clothes are usually sold out early leaving very little selection. Sale prices and clearance prices are often not available to VIP members. It's disappointing because some of my favorite activewear is from Fabletics, but I just don't like all of the hoops and games of being a Fabletics customer.

I order from them very regularly, I've never had a bad experience and the clothes always look great!
I was a part of the VIP program for roughly 4 months & I had issues EVERY SINGLE time I tried to order something. The most frustrating part is the lack of product. Sure they advertise that they cater to all sizes but it seems they have super limited runs or don't make enough to meet demands because everything was constantly sold out. I would wake up to an email the first day of the month to select from that month's prints & styles & they would all be sold out by 9 am... and I'm on the East Coast! I'm not logging in at midnight on the first of every month to fight someone for some leggings. Then if I happened to find something that had a few left, as in would literally say "8 left in stock", it wouldn't allow me to add them to my cart. I spoke with Customer Service about this & was told over the phone"Yeah that happens when the count gets low." They couldn't even add it to my cart for me. So I ask, why have a count up at all if you won't be allowed to purchase the precious few that are left? Then there's the shipping. I tried to be understanding the first few times, seeing as there's a pandemic & all, but when my last order was shipped via Pitney Bowes & took over a month to reach me with nothing I could do about it. The tracking number said it had been delivered to my local USPS Office, but when I still hadn't received it after 2 weeks I went to my local USPS, where they said they had no information on it & having a Pitney Bowes tracking number does them no good in finding it. And when you go on to Pitney Bowes's website there is no customer services except for the corporations who are using them, nothing for the customer whose package never arrives. And Fabletics Customer Service is notoriously slow in responding. So when my package still hadn't arrived after another 2-2.5 weeks I requested a refund & canceled my subscription. Clothes are great but definitely not worth the price PLUS the hassle & inconvenience.

In store visit soon after reopening with safety precautions. The two staff in the store made sure to keep capacity safe and also were very helpful to my daughter and I as we shopped and tried items non.

My leggings came apart at the seam within 30 minutes of wearing them. I will be canceling my subscription bcz the leggings are too expensive for them to fall apart. The worst part is I was unable to get in touch with anyone via phone and there was no email option. I tried thru messenger but it wouldn't accept my message nor the picture I tried to provide that showed the rip and the tag (unfortunately cut off) to show that they were brand new

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
