I love my new Fabletics workout wear! It is comfortable, has plenty of pockets in the trinity leggings & shorts and I love the compression that holds you in all the right places.
Chat customer services people were no help, it just quit, no good number to call

Fabletics suggested a $49 outfit where the highwasited capris leggings not only had POCKETS but a cute little twist on the side. The shirt is the same material we already love, and can't stop feeling, with a similar twist on the back of the shirt. Love the quality as always and the speed of shipping.

I order leggings and a sports bra in size extra-small. I received two pairs of leggings one was size medium (clearly wrong)! I called and asked for a return label and for them to ship me the correct product. They then shipped me a medium sports bra in the wrong color as well. I was so upset and disappointed! I have decided to skip each month for the foreseeable future.

The leggings I purchased are one of the best fits I have found. However, the company passing on the tariff fee to its customers is beyond unacceptable. The company has chosen to pursue business practices outside the US... they should pay for their choice, not the customer.

I absolutely love the leggings from here; however, if you sign up for the membership it's very misleading, stating you can "skip" months that you don't see anything you want to purchase. If you skip the month it doesn't "skip" anything. All that does is add your $50 to your account so you're still billed each month no matter what. Additionally, you can not cancel online. You have to call and when I called I was the 284th caller and waited for 2+ hours to get through. Such a crap business model. I'd rather pay full price when I need new leggings than be charged $50 every month just for a 25% discount.

I was a very happy member. I sometimes wasn't happy with the fit or the quality of the clothes but I spent a lot of money every month by ordering at least 3 outfits plus my membership. I had saved up quite a bit of there point system. Enough to get a free outfit. My daughter had a tantrum over her one outfit not coming because they were out of the size- it would be nice to get a heads up and offer a different size instead of just sending half the outfit and that's it. So she went on my phone and sent off an email saying it was bull$#*! and she wants to quit the company. They canceled my membership and when I emailed to rectify they took away all of my points. Flat out refused to give them back. What company would do that? Throw away a great customer over I think 2000 points = a mere outfit. Instead of keeping a happy client who purchases more that 3 a month. I spend thousands of dollars here. This company has so much potential but it's sad how they choose to treat clients. I have read many many comments siting many upset customers that I wish I had read before I took my business here. Happily now shopping at several different stores getting different styles however I do miss looking forward to new outfits every month. I hope someone with business savvy and a great product starts a similar company because I will happily join! The order number is from one of my last orders.
I'm giving this an average rating, because I actually love the product. Fabletics leggings are the only leggings I have bought in a year. I run long distances daily, and want/need enough leggings to support my activity level. Fabletics have worked out great for me. HOWEVER, at some point in the winter their website started freezing up every time I tried to place an order. I had to call to place an order once, and I've even gone into the store (which isn't ideal during a pandemic). I'm at the point where I'm ready to give my business to somewhere like Lulu or Athleta, even if Fabletics work for me. I'm a busy person, and I shop mostly online, so I value convenience, and a broken website is not convenient at all for me. I'm hanging on waiting for to chat with a representative as I type this.

I never got my order they resent the order about 30 days ago and still nothing
Very satisfied with each purchase. Love the material and fit of each top and bottom. Was so excited to get my matching tennis shoes and comfortable socks. I get so many compliments on my matching outfits and mask zlso.

Everything I have bought from there has fit perfect! So comfy and soft :)
I am never disappointed with the items I choose. The quality of the materials and style are fabulous! I love this brand.
For the price the quality was not Fabletics normal. The sports bra is not supportive at all and not made for females who are large chested. This bra ran smaller than another one that I have which is similar. Pants are cute but sag in the crotch, even though they are the same size as other Fabletic work out pants I own.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
