After ordering power hold 7/8 leggings, I purchased another pair that was poor quality, thin, and itchy fabric. Getting in touch with customer service is a lengthy task, and by the time you return items they are likely to be sold out of what you want. Good business in theory, but quality doesn't stay consistent with pricing.
This business is a scam. We just checked out leggings and they charged an additional 50 dollars for VIP and we did not use it and it was not specified. They are trying to take good people's money. -1000 stars. I will warn all of my friends all over social media and make them share

Took advantage of the VIP 2 for £24 offer. Ordered 4 pairs to try different styles, all covered by offer. Sent to pairs back and was charged full price for the 2 pairs I kept as apparently the offer was only on the 2 I sent back despite the site clearly advertising otherwise... you also do not get a choice on the pairs they apply the offer to! Customer service not interested. Awful service and clear mis selling on website.

I purchased the product in August 2019 online at a discounted price, but with no other option but to proceed into browsing of the website unless agreeing to the VIP Membership. No business does that. To become a member, you need trust building. They then started to charge my bank account every month $50 for over a year without me, purchasing from their brand. When I approached them for a refund, i had to make extensive calls with getting nowhere solution, to do that. Plus when the last representative I talked with, was so adamant to saying and repeating IRREVERSIBLE refund policy, plus they will keep me on 12 months to do purchase with them. And I have no choice, other than that.
Second, the representative kept on saying that it is your FAULT multiple times, not to have read the terms and conditions before agreeing to it... But as I read other peoples review, they are saying the same that there was no other option to move further on but to agree to the only VIP term offered there on the website. I have never seen anybody do business like that... by coercing! Fabletics are located in California, but the representatives are all over the world who connect with you, while you explain them your concern. It took me 4 long calls to reach out to them and have a ask for my own money back. IT IS A SHAMEFUL THING for FABLETICS to do. Takes somebody else's money and claim it to be theirs now. Making you feel guilty for asking it back... IT IS SHAMELESS ATTITUDE OF FABLETICS and its workers. PATHETIC, if they want rich customers to purchase keep the original retail prices... fidgeting shamelessly at getting customers to a forceful buying at deceitful cost.
I wonder how they have HAPPY customers... I believe they are the employees themselves.
I have nothing against the product... but their doing business is ridiculous

I started running and thought fabletics looked great I'm only 13 and was hearing it from dancers like maddie Ziegler the lot so I ordered two pairs of leggings at £24 checked out just normal and my leggings arrived fine and I had no problem with the leggings at all, now months later I keep checking my bank and I have no money so I looked into my bank statements and they were so overdue as me being only young with no income, fabletics had been taking £50 OUT OF MY BANK EVERY MONTH I only ever ordered once not signing up to anything and they are using my details to take out money, it's shocking not happy at all if your gonna order WATCH YOUR BANK

Do not get caught up in the 2 for $25 promo offer. This company is slow, tons of emails, deceptive, always sold out, sale prices don't reflect in the shopping cart, chat function takes a long time, shipping takes forever, sizes are hard to guess, product is just ok. You have to watch the monthly rebilling carefully or you get stuck with $50 per month and no refunds. They make it hard to cancel as well.

Love the product! Customer service awful!
I took advantage of the promotional offer of 2 for $25. I had the option to cancel with no penalties.
They only sent one pair of leggings and the supervisor named Kaye refused to make it right. She had me on the phone for an hour. I was cut off once and had to start the whole process over.
I did cancel VIP because I don't need monthly shipments. I will order as needed. I am still entitled to the one time promotional offer. Only half the order was sent. Seems like as easy fix! Send me my black size medium powerhold leggings! Shame on you Kaye!

Order never received, chatted with an agent online and they said call my local postal service then get back to them. Basically saying "its not our problem". Unbelievable!

I ordered the 2 for $24 pair of leggings. I got them in and needed to return for a different size. It wouldn't let let me get the leggings I had In another size with out paying full prize for both. Which was very irritating. Then I ordered socks and a pair of underwear. When I got them in the socks were ok the underwear wasn't even the size that I picked. Totally a waste of money and will never shop there again

They will cancel your order and not notify you, then when you contact customer service through the chat, they are snarky, and make you feel like you're at fault. They take no responsibility. Then when you right a review you get a response ASAP that say you'll get an e-mail. That e-mail is the most prefabricated useless response ever. They apologize with no effort to make staying with them worth it. DON'T BOTHER SIGNING UP, buy from LuLuLemon, or really anywhere else, my costco brand stuff has better customer services than these guys.

The USPS tracker site says my package was delivered but I never received it. I contacted Fabletics and they said "talk to your apartment leasing office." Did that, the leasing office does not have my package. I contacted Fabletics again and they said "wait 1-3 more business days." Did that, still no package. I contacted Fabletics again asking for a refund and they said they can't do anything until I file a missing package claim with USPS. They are making me jump through so many hoops just to get my money back. Contacting USPS, especially given the current climate, is a lost cause. I don't think I'll ever get my money back. The item that I ordered isn't even available anymore. I'll be canceling my membership. I know plenty of other people who have had lost or stolen packages and other companies simply send them a replacement or refund upon the first request. This is so frustrating.

The introductory 2 for $24 was a bust. They didn't fit (so I returned the items), huge gap in the back of the capri pant, & the shorts were very short; also, neither item was as tight as I expected... they were both "compression," or@ least they were supposed to be. In the meantime, I can't seem to get a replacement. The 2 for $24 offer is no longer applicable, & everything that catches my eye is always "sold out." When I tried to take advantage of the "50% off Everything" Labor Day sale, it wouldn't give me %50 percent off in the "cart." It would apply the 50% off while the item was selected, & I was previewing the pictures & description... but once I placed it in the cart, %50 off $74 (retail), not %50 off the VIP price, which is what was displayed while previewing. At this rate, I'll just order some panties, call it a day & close this account. Shopping is supposed to be fun, this is too much work & game-playing.

Dear Ms Hudson, I have been a loyal customer for years. I earn reward points only for your company to take them back is not used in one year. They clearly haven't thought this through because whe I spend those rewards it means I'm also spending of my pocket! I get compliments all the time o my Fabletics outfits... I happily say where I got them. From now on I'm going to say from a company you DON'T WANT TO DEAL WITH!

Bought my leggings and I love them. But Greed and dishonesty as taken the gloss off my purchase. Justfab have been taking money out of my account. Signed me up to a subscription (Justfab)
I couldn't figure out what I'd purchased. Did a bit of investigation £49 gone out of my account today. Looked back then realised it was my leggings I'd bought back in June. £147 later!, Stay well clear of this company... My Fabletics shorts literally fell apart within a few months. The company would not give me a store credit or help me replace the item. Will not order from them again.

Being a pro athlete I have gone through my far share of athletic clothing. The quality of the Fabletics products and totally worth the price. I also jumped in and joined their VIP program which gets you even more discounts on apparel. My favorite bra thus far is the Jolene, with the cute web of straps and so comfortable. The new Oasis bra is fast be coming my second favorite. The Oasis twist leggings are a new favorite too! So cute with the twist detail at the hem and pockets!

Bought a few shirts, liked them. Then saw I was having $50 drafted a month into the site for some VIP points. (Got signed up to a subscription plan, unbeknownst to me)
WEnt to there website to cancel, can only do it if you call. GGGGRRR WIll never buy from this outfit again.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
