I have bought a lot of clothes from Fabletics, and I'm a very active person. The outfits that are suitable for high impact are limited in number and have less aesthetically pleasing designs. They also tend to start falling apart—stretching, holes, rips at seams, unraveling seams—within 3mo of use.
My order shipped really quickly and my size was available in the color I was looking for!

My last order and others before, I used my credits from months i did not purchase and after I purchase my item never shows up but you take my credit away. My purchase on August 14th still has not gotten here.

I've been a member of fabletics for years. Always quality product and a price point lower than other higher end fitness brands. The whole "skip the month" thing is kind of annoying, but it's worth it. I feel like more success would be had without that. It seems like the old "get 15 records for $1" clubs of old. I see how that could turn some off.
The items are super overpriced. I like the idea of being charged monthly and then you can "save" up for a more expensive item, but almost everything is just overpriced and not worth the money.

I got a Fabletics gift card for my birthday, and I have had several negative experiences over the last few months with this company. Every time I try to apply a coupon, I end up having to call customer service to either get the credit or understand why it doesn't apply. Since I had a gift card, it gave me store credit, which can't always be used for discounted items, which is ridiculous. It's always very hard to understand the customer service representatives. They are often out of stock of the size that I need. Also, while the items seem to be a good quality, the tags inside their products are long, and made of an itchy paper. I always tear them out, but then there is no information printed anywhere else about size or washing instructions. This seems like a very poor design flaw, especially considering that athletic clothing should be comfortable and easy. I've also had issues with photos loading on their website from my Mac. Once I have used up my credit, I won't be shopping with Fabletics anymore.

After checking out with my 2 pairs of pants, I got an email saying I was now enrolled in their monthly Fabletics club (or whatever) and I would be billed monthly for this privilege & my NEXT purchase would be 50% off. I sent an email asking why I was enrolled & why the 50% off on the 2nd purchase & I never heard back & I wasn't billed for the membership (I think?). Confusing, not great customer care. (Full price) pants were great, though!

I can never get the right size leggings. I'm usually a medium, but the mediums I get don't fit my thighs... some leggings are so thick and don't stretch enough. Only one of the leggings I got and love and they are size medium. I did get large and they were too large... I think it depends on the material

Comfortable and fit very well. Shipping is the only problem. Sometimes I've received rather quickly, others, many weeks.
Also being VIP when I bank my $50 and don't want to use it this month, I go to use it the following and I can't use it on sale items. That's ridiculous since $50 is $50.

This last time I ordered from fabletics, they used a new shipping partner and my stuff basically sat somewhere in a warehouse for more than three weeks, not moving or transferring to a delivery service. It was incredibly annoying because this isn't the first time something goes wrong with fabletics. I've previously ordered from them only to get an email a week later letting me know that they oversold an item. (Has happened more than once) Fabletics seriously needs to get their stuff together.

Poor quality products, they took first subscription of £49, I made a complaint and they refunded. At that point they were suppose to cancel the VIP membership, taken further subscriptions and refuse to repay my money back. I would never buy products for them again, better quality elsewhere for less!

I have been a member of Fabletics since 2011. I absolutely love their products. You can skip a month at any time that you don't want to buy anything, which is a great option. I don't like the pricing system. Don't get me wrong, I believe the cost for the items are reasonable for a quality product. I don't appreciate how they price the items as 32.75 and the other item comes up 16.50 in your cart so you are. 75 cents under your fifty... every freakin time. As a VIP member, you have to order in the first five days, and in that time there are no specials or sales. If you save your fifty and choose not to skip, you can not apply that fifty to a sale item that will come up after the first five days. I also have an issue with customer service. I can not understand what they are saying. I feel bad, but it's kind of important to understand the customer representative. And last but not least, the shipping time is stupid long. This last order is on day 15 and still in postal limbo.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
