Ordered some cute looking leggings and tops on October 9th. It's now three weeks later and the shipment has not even left their warehouse yet. I have contacted them twice to get an ETA on shipping but they only apologize for the delay without giving me any more information. I am going to give it another week, and if the order isn't on its way to me by then I'll be asking for a refund and definitely cancelling my VIP membership. So not impressed.
About a month ago I ordered 2 things from this site. I haven't ordered anything since, however recently fabletics has taken $72.91 out of my bank account. I contacted them via social media and email they responded by giving me a disconnected number and not getting back to me after that. Do not shop here this website takes money!

They had a sale... 2 for something like $25... They sent me 1. And charged me full price which was about $50.
Horrible products, bad service, dishonest. Don't buy from them.

I'm literally on hold trying to find my refund. I sent products back 6 weeks ago, and fabletics can neither see the items or see my refund. This is maddening! Every person I've called tries to justify 6 weeks to receive the items back to their warehouse... I get things from China faster!

The products I bought were good, but buyer beware! A pair of leggings arrived with a hole in them, and they don't want to know about it. Made it as difficult as they could. I sent photos of the imperfect goods and never hear back. So disappointing. Could not recommend them because of their poor customer service.

I absolutely love everything about this bag! It has easily become my "everything" bag! It's stylish, easy to carry, has so many mesh pockets to hold your personals and has a large front pocket. I get so many compliments about this bag. The bag is the perfect size, has a beautiful quilted pattern in a soft taupe color, and good length handles, no one would ever guess, that this could be used as a gym bag. This item should stay on the Fabletics website. It's a must have.

The worst customer service. All of their contact methods are automated; chat, FB messenger and phone. If you hold on long enough you can finally get a human via phone. The person, however, has a script and is really unable to help. My tracking # for this order has not been updated in over a week. The phone person said it was shipped over a week ago and that's all the info they have. They are the shipper- find out where my items are! This happened with my last order placed, as well. It finally showed up. I asked when I will receive this order. The phone person said Oct. 19th it will be delivered. Today is the 22nd- I don't have it. Very disappointed at the LACK OF EFFORT to be helpful.

I subscribed to Fabletics in September 2020 and they took out the monthly subscription fee -£49. So I tried to signed in and do a purchased. Then I found out I couldn't logged in and they said the account is not existed! If the account isn't existed then how did I do my purchased in September and being charged for October. I contacted them 3 times and 3 times I was treated rude and helpless. One of the girl on the phone actually asked me to report it to the police saying it is a fault! How ridiculous this is. Totally a scum. Keep away from this company.

I bought 2 pairs of leggings for $24 and one of them came to me flawed, which I only noticed after the second wear. (The other pair is pretty nice though) I contacted customer service about and exchange and they said it had to be unworn and within 30 days. There's a new policy on their website that says 120 days, but okay. They said I would get store credit to get a new pair, but you can't buy *anything* on this site that's even close to being $12, which is what I was getting for the return. The service rep said, "You can use member credit for the purchase." Which means I would just have to buy a new pair at full price. I'll pass on these garbage policies and fix them myself. Also $50 a month for sport clothes? Is this a joke?

I've been a member of Fabletics for many years now and am an "Elite" member. There are some perks like being able to look at their releases before anyone else does and can pre-order, BUT that's about all I like. They recently had a deal where if you spent $59 you get a free pair of leggings. Perfect. I have a member credit of $49.95 as well (which is money I've ALREADY spent), so I order an outfit expecting the ability to put my member credit towards it and then the free legging. WELL GUESS WHAT. I can only use the member credit OR the free legging, not both. The credit is MY MONEY THEY TOOK and now they dictate how I can spend it.

Keep getting charged even after cancellation of membership. They make it super hard for you to cancel your membership. Its almost like they want you to forget about it and keep getting charged.

Before I get upset, I'd like to clarify that fabletics clothing quality is amazing and I cannot ever complain about that. Other than that, I do not feel that they have anything else good to offer. The VIP membership is a joke. They take out 49.95 each month, which is fine, but you cannot however use that toward your purchase IF you are using the 40% off or what ever fake percentage off they offer. So you can get the 40% off but not the 49.95 member credit and say spend 60$ on two items. BUT you can use your member credit(49.95) but not 40% off. So I'm actually spending more money by using my member credit, which is my money, versus using the 40% off. I know this is confusing but I feel that the entire site and terms and conditions are genuinely confusing. I definitely feel this site needs a rebrand with using less confusing terms instead of screwing people over. Maybe instead take out $25 a month that people have to put toward an item they want as well as receive the discount benefits they are running that month for VIP. Otherwise, each sale contradicts one another.

I was a VIP member until today and am SO annoyed with Fabletics. I purchased an outfit that was listed as on sale (40% off) for $35. I checked out quickly because their sizes sell out SO fast and then I'm left with a credit in my account that is impossible to use on anything I want. In my rush, I didn't notice that I was charged more than the listed price. After contacting customer service, I was told that because I used my credits (in other words, my card is charged $49 that goes into my Fabletics account that I can use towards purchases) that I don't get the sale price. The only way to get the sale price is to purchase using your card, but that credits can't be combined with promos. I've NEVER heard of another company charging some of their "VIP members" significantly more money than others for the same product just based on payment type. Essentially I ended up paying $67 ($49 that I paid to have an account credit and then $18 when I completed the purchase) for an outfit that was $35 for others who had paid with a card instead of using the money in their account. When I asked for a refund so I could purchase it using my card instead of credits, they said that wasn't possible because it had already shipped - SO, I guess at least they ship things quickly. I immediately cancelled my membership. Looked over my receipt again as I was explaining all this to my boyfriend and realized that, even at the higher price I was still overcharged a few dollars.
I will say I liked their clothes, so it's a bummer the company treats their customers so poorly.
TLDR: Had to pay $67 for an outfit that would have costed $35 if I had paid with my card versus money I had in my Fabletics account. Then realized that even beyond all that, they still overcharged me. So I was overcharged twice. RUN from this company. And if you don't, check your receipts. OR skip EVERY month, and just pay by card so you can actually take advantage of the promos.

Do not join! You can buy just as good quality at a store without joining their program that charges you every month. I called and spoke to a representative to close my account and they continue to charge. When I spoke with a representative about the problem and to ask for a credit, I was told the account under my email account was closed but there was another email account associated with me that was still open - ***@aol.cm. I only ever had one account and tried to get them to agree *******@aol. Cm is not a valid aol email address. Guy started to argue with me. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

I bought from Fabletics a few months ago, and have been skipping the months. The first few leggings I bought after a few washes stretched and so never stayed up, not even if I went for a run. Then, forgot to skip the month so was charged and thought it was an opportunity to buy some new gym gear. I saw a few outfits I loved and added them to my basket, as there was 40% off across the whole site. However, the 40% didnt apply. When I queried it, they said sale items can't be purchased on credit. This is a ludicrous policy to me, as it is my money regardless whether it is credit or from my card. Customer services were utterly useless. Absolute scam, DO NOT BUY

I've been a member of fabletics for 10 years and I am always blown away by the quality of their workout wear! Everything is accurately described online, lots of inventory available, pieces stay intact during workout and over years of wear, and I'm always getting complimented! I ordered a pair of black leggings on 8/28. For 31 dollars, I also got the membership because it seemed like a good deal and I thought I would be saving money from the discounts. I got an email the next day stating my order has shipped. A week later I tracked my order to see where my package was at and the only tracking history there was stated " September 2,2020 at 7:23 pm Departed Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item, GRAPEVINE, TX *******" so I was like okay I'll wait a little more. I checked again on 10/7/2020 and it still said the same thing. I then realized something wasn't right. I went to the fabletics website to try to contact someone. I only had two options call or live chat. I tried the live chat first. When I started the chat the name al Anna appeared and asked how they can assist me. I typed my message then realized their was no send button. I waited for several minutes because on the top of the screen it says " connecting". After waiting several minutes with no send button I canceled the chat and decided to call the customer service number. Some man picked up the phone and I told him my situation, he said he's going to get his supervisor and then the line hung up. So I called again since I didn't get a call back, another man picked up and I told him my situation again and he honestly kept telling me my order is been delivered and I told him there is No way because it says it's in Texas and I live in Oklahoma. I told him to cancel my membership to and he didn't help me with my situation either so I had to ask him " how do I receive my order" before he hung up. And he told me basically I need to contact usps and handle it with them. Which I did and they told me that their was no mailing history on that package the only thing there was, was a tracking number that's it. Their is not even a return address. I feel like I got scammed. The next day I called my bank and now they're doing an investigation. So hopefully this gets resolved.

I placed my first order with the 2 for 24 deal on their leggings and ordered the last pair of this limited time only pair of leggings and immediately my leggings were stolen at FedEx. When I contacted customer service they refused to help me for over a month saying it was my problem to deal with FedEx. After a month FedEx told me it was actually fabletics responsibility so I had to contact them again and after dealing with two different customer service people who couldn't seem to figure out that I wanted the same 2 for 24 price with a full refund, I finally was told I had to pay at least 5$ for shipping for a new set to be sent to me. (Don't think I should have had to pay anything since my first pair never made it's way to me.) When they finally arrived 1 of the pairs was damaged. I reached out to customer service and they refused to send me a new pair until my return had been returned to them and processed which took another week and a half. So in conclusion if you want to spend almost $50 for leggings to then wait two and a half months for them this is your place

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
