I had a misunderstanding with an order and while polite the agent was very short in saying it is what is it, you can either accept it or not. In previous experiences I had agents that would attempt various ways to find resolutions that can work. Not the case on this occasion.

Because my boyfriend and I both opened accounts and they both had the same shipping address, Fabletics (in their infinite wisdom) decided it would be appropriate to cancel my order and close both of our accounts. It took over three weeks and multiple interactions with customer service to get our accounts reinstated. I have never seen a company so hell-bent on preventing their customers from buying their products. This was my #1 worse customer experience with ANY COMPANY -- EVER!
I thank Fabletics for responding. From a customer perspective, the whole debacle could have been avoided if Fabletics had made an attempt to reach out before unilaterally (and without warning) cancelling my order and terminating my account.

The pants I purchased are ok, however I would rather just buy the Amazon dupes for 1/2 the price because they are just as good. The sports bra was very disappointing, it got pit stains after the 2nd use and the straps are bunching in a weird way.

I have tried to cancel my VIP subscription 3 times over 4 months and they still continue to take money out of my account. The products are fine but too expensive. And you can't use your monthly credits on any sale items, so what is the point of the subscription? They get you with the initial order and then refuse to cancel your subscription.

Clothing didn't fit the way it was advertised! Don't like the padding in the sports bra! The pocket on the paints really isn't useful!

I've ordered many items from Fabletics over the years & I don't have many good things to say. This purchase was to replace an order from May that "got lost". I was refunded... in store credit... so I attempted to order one of the items I had previously tried order. Cute? Comfy? Stylish? Sure, I guess. Worth the hassle? Not one bit.

I have $100 credit from the monthly payment, there items on sale but would let me pay with my credit and still get the sale.
After trying some fabletics tights years ago I decided to give them another go and order some more tights, however when receiving the tights I noticed the quality had decreased significantly as well as the fact the VIP membership claims to have assistance 24:7 for enquires, when I decided the quality was unwearable I went to cancel my membership and what do you know all the numbers are disconnected and the online chat is immediately exited out as soon as I mention that I wanted to cancel my membership? Absolute scam if you ask me DO NOT BUY FROM FABLETICS OR JOIN THE MEMBERSHIP SCAM/SCHEME

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
