This is the absolute worse site I've ever ordered off of. It is a giant scam, I made an account a while ago to buy a pair of leggings (which are not good quality), once you've made an account there is no easy way to cancel, and there is no way to remove your credit card information once put in. They charged me $65 without warning, with no way to get it back.
I have called and spoke with an asian girl in the islands about six times and was told each time that I was cancelled to be charged again. I have had it! I guess it is attorney time. The last call was an asian male ant he hung up on me. They say the calls are recorded so they are frauds, liars, and scam artists. They owe me $1,072.30

I placed my 1st order for 2 leggings for $24. Neither size fit well.
I attempted to exchange them for the correct sizes. I was then notified they were both out of stock.
So I was given a $12 credit for leggings that were supposed to be valued at over $49 each.
Very poor customer service!

I have been a VIP Member for quite some time and had even left for a bit and rejoined when they expanded their sizing. My biggest complaint has to be their inconsistent sizing for being exclusively online. I've had items run large, just right and too small. Things will also fit oddly with weird cuts around the bust area or tight everywhere but sagging along the crotch whereby you continually pull up your leggings. As someone who wears the clothes strictly for working out I absolutely hate when I'm have to continually pull up my pants. I've purchased the bra tops in my correct size to struggle to get it on because the compression is over-kill or there is severe side-boob fallout. Petite sizing is still 2" too long.
The reason I pulled out of my VIP this time around was the continual issue with stock availability. You become a VIP not only to take advantage of the cheaper pricing but also to have access to the newest styles first. Every month I'd sign on the minute I got my notification that my styles where available. Within minutes sizing and items would be sold out, as well, I would put an item in the cart, checkout, pay and in a couple of days get notified that the item sadly was sold out and they could not fulfill the order. And the site would often bugger up whereby you couldn't sign in, crashing and finally I'd get in and items... gone. I called in to complain and the Customer Service Agent really didn't care, stated I should sign into my account the minute the notification was received. Clearly was not listening, as I had been doing that. I decided that was it. Clearly my business didn't matter and asked to cancel.
When you cancel you loose all your VIP points that you have collected even if you decide to rejoin, those are gone forever. Just a $#*! way to do business. The competition is "a plenty" out there so keep shopping and don't fall prey to their so-called "deal" and "VIP" Membership. The perks you get with the Membership take forever to build up and you can only use the points to preselected items that are just leftovers from what did not sell on the site at regular pricing. Speak with your money and move on. Glad to be rid of it.

Took 77£ From my account in two week period for a 24£ purchase apparently I've got a shiny new membership I know absolutely nothing about in the uk you must have a cooling off period for such memberships and also returns period I asked about both and was basically given the us there anything else I can help you with, am livid I was also told you agreed to this (I didn't) and don't blame our website our website is perfect lady was so professional she couldn't even spell but that's besides the point point is they are scammers that don't work by the book, get it n regret it applies

They changed the item I ordered without telling me because it was out of stock. The only thing they offered me was just an apology and I had to go through the whole return process. There is a reason we choose online shopping to save time, if I had to spend more time to see what happened on my order I would have gone to the store. So disappointing...

I received items that were too big and started the process to exchange them. The exchange took over 3 weeks to process. I called 5 times and got different stories each time. Finally I got an email in the 4th week that the exchange items were sold out even though the last rep said it would be held for me and I needn't worry. When I called to follow up around my refund since the exchange was cancelled the rep gave me the run around and tried to offer me a store credit although I returned the original items within the 30 day time frame. Finally 6weeks later(I placed the original order on 9/25 and today is 11/7) I was able to get a resolve and a commitment to refund my credit card within 5-7 business days. Again, this had to be the worst return/exchange experience I've ever had with any retailer. Fabletics really need to get more organized to make this process much more seamless for the customer!

Very expensive for exercise and leisurewear. Also if you don't purchase something the first day of the month there is nothing left but XXS. I've continued purchasing because I charge me $50 no matter if I purchase or not, so I was using up my credit and will now be cancelling my subscription.

I have been a long time member and make a good amount of purchases. I've contacted Fabletics three times and no one can help me use my reward for a free outfit. Everyone tells me to try again tomorrow. It's very frustrating.

I ordered items that never arrived, so I was given store credit of about $75, then had a member credit for $49.95. I used these two credits to order $104 worth of merchandise. But was then charged an ADDITIONAL $6, on top of already having more credit than was necessary for my purchase. So, not only did I have my leggings lost, then had to purchase others I don't really like because my first choice was sold out, I was also massively over charged. Something is up with Fabletics. I've been ordering from them for years, but lately, I keep getting scammed out of money and product.

I have never heard of this brand before, until I noticed regular transactions on my credit card going back to May 2019. I googled it and found out its an active wear brand that charges US 49.99 for a VIP membership - the same amount that was coming off my card. I assumed that someone had got a hold of my card details so I cancelled my card and reported it to my bank (Westpac). Westpac said there was nothing they could do because I should have noticed it earlier and that "its not fraud because its been going on so long". They suggested I call Fabletics to report it. While googling their contact details I found many customer complaints about money being charged without consent. I started to realise that it didn't make sense for someone to steal my card details only to sign up to a plan where you are only charged when you don't purchase anything. The only person/group getting anything here is Fabletics. There are no other dodgy transactions on my card. If someone had my card details surely they would buy something else? So I believe its the company itself that is scamming me. I've decided not to call them because I won't get my money back and will just be charged international call costs. Avoid this company and keep a close eye on your bank statements!

The clothing I want has not been available since I joined the VIP membership. I was told that I could add certain items to my cart and that they would be purchased for me once they became available. However, this feature does not work. I have asked for help from customer service twice and they they have not been able to assist with this need. I will be canceling soon.

They charge me every month but I cannot seem to ever get leggings I want. I have so much in credit because every time I place a leggings order it get canceled several days later saying what I ordered was out of stock now. It's very frustrating and poor customer service.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
