The fact that I have to choose between using my own money charged in a previous month or get the sale promo is a scam. That's my money and I should be able to use it regardless of promotional pricing! As soon as I find out how to get my money back or am able to actually spend it towards something that's not a complete ripoff, I will be completely done with fabletics.

Please do not use your card to buy from this company. They are fraud. After your first purchase they will continually talking money from your account. I have lost hundreds before my bank Natwest stops them. If you are the type that doesn't check your account regularly, you had it.

Non responsive, overall this company is full of promos and gimmicks. Sent me an order that I did not order. Wanted to speak to them to contest this ghost order but customer service was totally unreachable. I tried through their website but conversation was terminated both times. Tried facebook where they are supposedly online 24/7 and received no response. Horrible

I just cancelled the membership after 1 month. I forgot to skip last month, and was
Charged. An email reminder would have been nice. I had 49 that I wanted to use, and everything in my size (medium) that I needed was out of stock.
Tried to use a coupon they gave me more an app, and did not work either.
To much to deal with, when I reached out to them via chat - I got disconnected twice.
I finally ended up calling and cancelling. Just to much to deal with for placing an order!

I placed an order for 3 items on November 11th and my order will not arrive until November 29th although expected ship time was 5-9 business days. I called to cancel my membership as I don't want to wait several weeks each time I place an order to receive my items. They will not allow me to cancel until my order arrives even though their policy is "cancel anytime". As far as quality, I cannot speak on this because I haven't received my items.

I ordered leggings and a long sleeve crop top that were on sale, November 5th. I was expecting them to be there within a week or so granted they were apparently coming from CA. I checked the tracking number everyday, and it never updated. After 14 business days, and several conversations with Fab, I did not get my order. When I called i told them the situation and they said they could re-ship my order. During the call the lady I spoke to had to ask her supervisor for permission for everything I asked. And so I was on hold for over 3 hours trying to get an answer. During this time I learned the leggings were now out of stock? Where did they go? Because the leggings never left the facility... so that tells me that my leggings were sold TWICE. During this time also, I was allotted store credit for the leggings that were out of stock... but here's the thing Fabletics! I'm NEVER going to order from you again. Due to terrible customer service, inability to refund my money back to my card, and the fact that my order literally never left the facility. I am beyond pissed, the lady I spoke to explained to me "We have to call the supervisors every time we have a questions and unfortunately they are busy with other customers who also have problems and you will have to be patient" okay well maybe if you got your stuff figured out and had better workers who could actually make the right orders and put the packages on the mail truck, we wouldn't have this problem! And I wouldn't be on hold for 3 freaking hours. Fabletics, get your $#*! together. This is ridiculous and I'm surprised your not completely out of business or have law suits against you. My long sleeve top better come, and it better be good quality. Otherwise I'm going to corporate.

I have only joined as a member but the 3 times I have ordered they DO NOT honour sale prices that are available on their site... and they do not even try and resolve the issues

It has almost been a month and it still says that my package is at a shipping facility near the location of where I live. It does not make sense as to why the product I ordered is stuck nearby. It has been forever when they stated that shipping would be much shorter than this. I've heard bad reviews of their shipping but I did not think it would be this bad. Be aware of this.

I was so in love with my first items that I ignored that the shipping information was wrong, that it came in two different shippings (on two different days, a week apart, and I had to sit and wait 30 mins to have someone say "oh yeah, it's still on its way and this is your tracking information," with no apology for not informing me before the fact). By the third order, where customer service hung up on me when I said, "I would lie to escalate this complaint, please. Three times now, I have gotten incomplete, incorrect information; can't find out what happened to my order, and then have no one respond to my inquiries," I decided to post on their Facebook wall. HA. Suddenly, my days of waiting for a response were shortened to five minutes and the package arrived within two days.
It shouldn't have to be like this, Fabletics. VIP membership is a joke, there is nothing VIP about your customer service and poor communication. And what's worse is, a lot of the time the confusion stemmed from you sending me the WRONG information, or incomplete information, in the first place.
But your leggings were so cute for this thick butt. Augh. So cute. It's why I stuck with you for three months, why I ignored the wasting of HOURS trying to find items that weren't out of stock - you're like that bad relationship where the other person holds all the power. But I finally dumped you. And while I miss your leggings, so, so badly; I feel so free without the constant guessing game!

Very bad customer service. I have been trying to contact them and the phone number doesn't even work! I have also tried email and social media and I'm just being ignored. I like the clothes but they have no regard for their customers. I have credits built up that I can't spend due to a shipping error and now I can't even get in contact with them to try fix it. Terrible experience, the VIP membership feels like a scam.

My 12 year old daughter ordered a pair of leggings using my credit card and inadvertently became 'a member', which mans that they continued to deduct monthly charges from my card. I did not notice this until 5 months later. When I called and cancelled they said that she had a credit to use for future purchases, but has always been thwarted from ordering saying she no longer has an account.
This is a criminal organization!

The clothes itself is really great! However, the customer service is abysmal.
I asked for a refund for a membership credit, because I had remembered cancelling my VIP account, and was told that they didn't have a process for refunding the credit. I got on her $#*! about wasting my time knowing that she didn't have a process for refunding the credit and suddenly her story changed and they COULD refund the credit.

I was so looking forward to getting some leggings that fit me. I ordered 3X where the website says 3X is UK 30, but when they arrived the labels all say 3X/22, and they look like a 22, there's no way they'll fit me. Very disappointed by this misleading website.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
