I had a horrible experience with fabletics. I purchased their two for $24 deal and signed up for membership. One of the pairs they sent me had a hole in it. I contacted customer service. They guaranteed a hassle free return. Fast forward two months later... I have gone back and forth with them on this return for months now... they first tried to give me store credit which would not be enough to purchase a new pair of leggings since I bought the first two pairs in a deal. Then they said choose any legging to replace. I did and they tried to upcharge me ten extra bucks. Mind you this was over a month of going back and forth and slow responses. I finally said forget it and refund me directly. I had already mailed back the damaged pair of leggings. Going on my second month of no refund. I have repeatedly asked for a manager and have been ignored. This company is unprofessional and definitely not quality of customer centric. Get your leggings at academy. Much much better in comparison.
If I could give my whole experience no stars, I would. 1st order came in, sizing was way off despite my following the Fabletics size chart. When I exchanged items, I ended up waiting over 6 weeks for replacement products because they lost my order but wouldn't send anything else until 30 business days passed (despite the shipping status saying USPS did NOT receive the order). When I FINALLY received new products they were 1) still too small, 2) NOT the colors I ordered, and 3) they ripped at the seams after my first wear (all I did was sleep in them!). If you have ordered, prepare for them to be incredibly tight (I'm normally a size 0/2 and the XS is so tight it gives me indigestion) and I hope you never have to deal with customer service because oooooh boy, I've spent about 8 hours on the phone with them through all this. The 2 for $24.99 deal is 100% not worth it; cancelled my membership today.

I just signed up for Fabletics and I am extremely disappointed. What is the point for signing up for a membership if I can't use the money that you charge me, $49, on the items that are on sale! I was looking to purchase A bunch of items over Black Friday when EVERY item was on sale! When I went to check out, if I used my $49 "credit", I'd be charged Full Price? Why? Nowhere when I signed up did it say that I could not use my credits on sale items. It said I would be charged $49 a month and that money could be used on anything. What is the point of the membership then?! I called customer service and asked for an adjustment. They made it and I'll now be cancelling unless this policy changes because this is false advertising. It's really a shame because I love the athletic clothes.

I placed my order without issue--it said everything was in stock. But when I checked my order history page mere moments later, it said one of the items it an outfit bundle had been cancelled as it was out of stock. I was never emailed about this and never given the option to cancel the full outfit--I don't want the sports bra without the matching leggings. When I tried to reach out over chat, I bot answered then disconnected the chat when no actual people were available. I have still not been emailed about the change.

I love the clothes. I almost exclusively wear Fabletics, not just as my workout apparel but also as my everyday work attire (WFH life). Unfortunately, the overall CX, including Inventory/Shipping and site experience, does not meet the bar. All in all, probably a good thing otherwise I would have spent a lot more money however, I don't think that is what they are going for.
Site: Latency is an issue with most pages as the lag is noticeable even on gig internet and a new macbook pro. There is no sense of personlization on the site, no recommendations based on previous purchases, or automatic filtering by size/fit that is provided in customer preferences. This reduces customer trust as I routinely click on a product that is not available in my size.
Inventory/Shipping: The majority of the time the highest velocity items are sold out for most colors/variations. Several times I have selected an item and by the time i reach the checkout page it is no longer available, or worse after checkout i receive a notification the item i purchased is no longer available and have no recourse (a missed upsell opportunity). Delivery promise dates are routinely missed, almost comically so.
Maybe I have too high of a standard for what online retail should be. With the general shift to athleaisure I am sure these issues aren't affecting the top-line sales growth much, but if/when that trend starts to end, or the space becomes more competitive they absolutely will.

This was at least the 3rd time that I made a purchase only to find out later that it was no longer available in my size. I cancelled my vip membership for this very reason, nothing was ever available in my size. Wish you would do a better job with inventory.

For the price I paid, I expected them to feel softer and more comfortable than a pair you could buy at Costco for the mall. They are just average and within a week the sweatpants stated to tear at the seam, I enjoy my hoody from express more and my sweet pants from Costco better than the set I purchased, and so does my wallet.

I consistantly wear and enjoy every piece of clothing I have bought from fabletics. I like them enough to refer friends and family to them, I even buy them as gifts for people because I think they are high quality and stylish. That being said when they have large sales like labor day, black Friday, memorial day they do not let you use member credits or store credits towards the sale. The reason this is frustrating is because the member credits are still money that I paid just at a different time. If this were fixed I would rate fabletics a 5 star and recommend to all.

The style of products have gone to one end of the spectrum. Extremely trendy and not for all body types.
There used to be a mix of classic styles and cuts with trendy options as well. Some people would just like a norma sweatshirt that isn't cropped to the bra line or with a puffy sleeve. What happened to classic, simple styles?
The website is not user friendly. If you have a credit you can only use it by calling customer service. It's misleading and you go all the way through the checkout options wondering when you'll have the option to enter in your credit and it doesn't let you. There have been several times where I just said forget it and just paid rather than calling and waiting on hold to use a credit. It is my money as I have had several return credits, but yet you make me work to use it. Doesn't seem right.

Everything is nice quality but are smaller than expected based on charts.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
