I skipped november and they still charged me. I called for a refund and to close the account and he told me i had to spend my $ on my account in order to close it. So i bought a jacket on sale,( which i have not received a month later) and left me with a $16 balance. So i never closed my account knowing i had to spend the remainder of my money. Welp, next month, i skipped and it billed me again. I call and the rep immediately refunded my 49.95, but i also wanted to close my account. F you guys. He told me if i close it, i would not be able to exchange or return my jacket if i did not like it. OMG. There is a hook for every little thing. It is a pain in the $#*!. At this point, i really dont care if i like the jacket or not. I wanted the 16 to be refunded but i cannot because the status of MY money is in member credit status. Lol. I asked to speak to a supervisor over the principle of the matter and they are issuing a check. Now im asking for my account to be closed and sent into the void.
I ordered 2 pairs of leggings with no idea that there was a £50 monthly payment and it automatically signs you up for a membership absolutely horrible company that don't make this clear at all, took me around 3 months to notice and I'm a student. Cancelling it isn't easy either. I warn people to stay away.

The best leggings ever. Nobody believes me when I say the price I payed for them. The Powerhold design is unbelievable. Definitely the best quality leggings I have ever owned.

I'm a very happy customer! I love fabletics, the quality is amazing and worth it! The shipping is pretty good as well! They get the order in and ship it out in a good amount time. Overall I'm happy with this purchase!
I've been a member of Fabletics for almost a year now and, while I love their products, I was dismayed to find out that I couldn't use my member credit while shopping the most current sale. This doesn't make sense to me. It's the same as paying--they've already taken my money--but they won't apply it to the current sale items. It was a huge dissatisfier and discourages me from storing up member credits in the future. From now on, I'll skip every month and just pay when I see something I like. Never again will I let them take my money if I can't use it on what I want.

My experience has been amazing! Most of the things I've wanted have an amazing fit and they are high quality.
I would just suggest that the app restocks faster. I would have purchased a lot more things if they didn't sell out so quickly in my size.

So I order a set and I received the top but the bottoms never came. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that the bottoms were sold out so I was just stuck with the top.

I love all of the options I get with Fabletics. They are a bit pricey especially for some of the items, but you get a lot of variety. Some of the fabrics aren't squat proof, some aren't as great with moisture wicking, but there are those certain blends of compression and wicking that are magical! It's about what works best for what you are doing. The cute outfits are why I keep coming back, but I only allow myself to buy specific kinds or else I would be bankrupt.

I had a specific style that I wanted to order and have been trying to order it for months, but every time I try to order they are either out of my size or only have it in weird colors. On the rare occasions that they allow pre-ordering when the size comes back in stock, they do not honor the price of the item when I ordered it. Only allow pre-order on full price items. Really considering canceling my membership at this point. Also, only allowing a military discount to male veterans is absolute BS. If that policy does not change, I will be canceling. I am a woman veteran and feel disrespected by this policy.

I started wearing FABLETICS about 10 months ago. I bought 2 pair at first, since then I have bought 3 more pair and I want more! I love them and I won't wear any other leggings They launder very well, I hang to dry (sometimes my husband has put them in the dryer, oops) they still are perfect, they are also true to size.

I have ordered many times from fabletics. I waited a few weeks for my order, when they usually get delivered sooner. When I called to let them know, I didn't even have the option for a replacement. I said I would even wait and pre-order for when they are back in stock and they wouldn't let me. It was one outfit I was looking forward to for a long time. Im just so disappointed that they couldn't replace it or at least pre order for when the next supply comes in. They don't even know where the package is... I'm still hoping it will find its way to my doorstep.

I wanted an item so of course I looked for more items I might like in order to make free shipping. I placed my order, and then a while later I happened to be in my fabletics account and I looked at the order history and noticed that it said two of the three items were canceled due to lack of stock. I don't understand why they didn't notify me that these items were out of stock.
I called the support number and spoke to someone who said the order was not canceled, but the line seemed to be cutting out so I decided to just leave it at that. The next day I went to customer chat and again the agent said my order was not canceled and was in transit. I had to ask her to check again, then she realized that two of the items were indeed canceled. I couldn't cancel the rest of the order because they had already shipped it. She said I could wait till it arrived to return it or contact USPS to reroute it, and the rest would be refunded.
I find it bizarre that they didn't notify me to let me know 2 out of 3 items were out of stock. In that time, I could have ordered a different color, or canceled it entirely instead of wasting time letting this one item that was supposed to be an add-on ship on its own. They could have even said, "Do you still want this item?" Instead, it was complete silence just waiting for me to discover it on my own. It was also strange that the two agents I spoke to didn't realize the items were even canceled.

I don't know which order this is for because I never received an email with such order number and I cannot find my orders on Fabletics website (MY ORDERS tab is empty). However I had problems with one order that I made, it was cancelled (after it was confirmed), it was tricky to get replacement etc.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
