I placed an order on 12/2 and it never arrived. I had to reach out seven, SEVEN times to get a refund. I was offered a $10 store credit for my inconvenience... TEN DOLLARS. What a joke. I would not recommend working with this company - you can get leggings that are just as good at other retailers - for less. Sure the 2 for $24 introductory offer is nice, but that was the only good thing about this company.
I love my Fabletics Leggings... especially he high waisted ones. This is the first purchase I was disappointed with. The sweatpants don't fit as nicely, as the leggings. I was looking for a pair of sweatpants with the Fabletics quality and a comfy looser fit of traditional sweatpants... these are not nearly as comfy and the crotch seemed to sit low.

I finally clicked on Fabletics and thought I would give it a try. My size is a typical "M" and imagine my surprise that every single pant, legging, short, etc that I wanted was not available, except in black. I don't want black. I wanted to try some of the cute ones that are advertised! NONE of those were available in my size. When I changed the size to a small, large and XL, I noticed they weren't available either? Whose wearing the cute colorful jogging, exercise wear as advertised on UTube? Just wondering?

Good quality items, but a total scam in terms of membership requirements. It's ridiculous that you can't apply the credits you've already paid for to sales. Also, shipping takes forever. Will be cancelling.

Men's options are very limited and the fit of the same items changes month to month. Shipping takes a minimum of 2 to 3 weeks and customer service is terrible. Spend your money elsewhere.

Love them. Price is a bit to high for what is on the market, but well worth it. I can find similar product locally same quality for 1/4 of the price. Yes I have compared, shopped and tried out. Still love them. More colors please. Thank u

They make become VIP member without explaining that you have to pay $49.95 monthly fee for it. So you look for a bargain on clothing but end up paying $49.95 every aside from what you pay for clothing. Would not recommend. And customer service is bad.

Took obnoxiously long to receive my items. The tracking never updated and I had no idea where my stuff was, ever! Customer service was not only unhelpful and clueless, but often unfriendly and unprofessional. Pretty sure it's random people with tons of noises going on in their houses. When I first ordered, all of my items (except 1) were eligible for return/exchange. Finally received my last item 20 days later and magically all of a sudden my account says Final Sale on all of them.
I waited a month to receive items, with no tracking updates, terrible customer service, and now I am stuck with sizes that do not fit me after I took my measurements according to their garbage website.
This company is a SCAM and garbage. I am nice and patient person. Truly. But, not only will Fabletics NEVER get my business again, I plan to spread the word and warnings to everyone. Terrible company and shame on any celebs involved. -10 out of 10. I'm sure I will get a little message below saying they will contact me, much like the many others I received on social media after they stopped deleting the dozens of negative comments. They never did reach out. What a joke.
PS: Even when you cancel a membership, go to the bank and get a new card! I have read numerous reviews saying that they claim you didn't cancel and charge your card anyway. BEWARE.

I have been waiting on a package to be delivered for over a month. After 2 calls still no order or help
I placed my first order on December 10. It was a Christmas present for my niece. Today is December 26 and I still don't have the order. I have never had such poor shipping results. I canceled my Fabletics membership and I will never recommend this company to anyone.

Fabletics doesn't care about their customers. They took payment on 12/2 for an order I made that has not been delivered over 20 days later. They take no responsibility for their 3PLs and keep pushing out the delivery date. I have to go out and buy leggings, missing $50 and no idea if my package will ever make it. Instead of absorbing these common third party risks, they pass it along to the consumer with a support team that reads a script. For low quality, cheap gear, go to Walmart. For high quality, lululemon may be double the cost but you'll get your order and the quality is better.

Fabletics was a huge let down for me and I was a fool and tried it 3 different times thinking I ordered wrong the first 2 times. The leggings start out promising. Day 1 with new leggings are the best and then after the first wash it's downhill from there. 2 of my leggings are now so see through that I feel uncomfortable even walking without a cardigan, needless to say squat in them at a gym. 3 of my other pairs ripped, 2 on the hip, and the other on the side of my calf. The reason 2 have ripped on the hip is I have to yank up constantly as they fall down for the first mile of every run until I can produce enough sweat to hold them in place. I tried pockets, pocketless, super holds, high waisted, I tried different sizes. I have concluded it is not my fault. I am not terrible at placing orders. It's just the brand. Never again will I fall for the shiny 2 for $20. (And yes to keep it G rated, that's a picture of a playing card on my thigh to show how see through they are)

Horrible mistake to buy gift cards for my daughters from this company
One was not send after been in the phone for hours they gave me the gift card number, turns out it can be use another can not be use, another call another 2 hours with customer services then they told me wait 72 business hours and call. After already paying for them my money out of my back account and no way to use the gift card

Somehow I have managed to be part of some monthly subscription at £49 a month, three months later, here I am. I've asked them for my money Back but they keep trying to explain to me how I subscribed. I just want my money back and they are refusing. Awful awful company. Please avoid.

Completely wrong order received. Paid for 4 items, received 1 and it was not what I ordered. Called and am currently on hold for ~16 min+ with rep waiting for resolution. Shipping address verified so obviously warehouse mistake. Received a small flare legging that was definitely not purchased. I am disappointed because my friends have had nothing but good things to say about Fabletics.

I signed up to buy 2 pair of leggings in August. I received my items. Then I noticed by August Fabletics had charged me monthly memberships AUgust, September, October. I called them and my bank to get the stop on the account, end membership, and refunds. That was completed, however, Fabletics has continued to charge me the $49.95 since August. I have had to call several times and call my bank ( which during Covid is at least an hour wait!).
At this point, Fabletics has charged me 8 months at $49.95= $399.60.
THis is FRAUD.

I signed up with Fabletics in 2016 and am currently a Gold member. I am a happy customer. The concept is quite simple - skip the month between the 1st and 5th of every month, or get charged the standard "fee" which you can still use as a credit towards their merchandise. You're never really out any money because you can still buy stuff with the credit! I just set a reminder on my phone to log in on their website and skip the month if I don't want to buy anything that month. It's not that hard. The concept is very clear on their website when you sign up. Like with everything online, just read the terms and conditions before you give your credit card number out. I forgot to skip the month only twice in the last 4 years. The first time it happened, I kept the credit and bought some leggings a few months later. The last time I forgot to skip and was charged, I called their customer service and they were nice enough to refund my money! I have always had great service from them. When I didn't receive my last order after 20 days, I called them and they offered to refund my money or reship the items. No hassles. The representative was super friendly and helpful. As far as the products, I love them! I have never had to return anything, so I don't know how that process would be handled. But I can say that I've been super satisfied with 90% of the items I've purchased. There were a couple things I wouldn't order again but I got them on sale so it wasn't worth returning them. I don't think this company deserves all these bad reviews. Just give them a chance... and don't forget to skip the month!

I blame myself for not paying attention. Bought a pair of pants two years ago never bought another thing. Without realizing it they enrolled me in a subscription service for $49.00 a month. I've been paying that for two years. Never received coupons or deals. Called them and cancelled it. They are refunding me only $600 dollars of the $1200 they screwed me out of. Don't do business with them. Products are also substandard!

Terrible customer service, I honestly dont know where they have got their customer service staff members from, they are the rudest, most arrogant, dim people I have ever spoke to in my life.
Please do not waste your time, money, energy on this site it is an absolute scam there is never anything in stock and to try and cancel your membership or even receive your items in the first place is like pulling teeth.

Fabletics doesn't even deserve a 1 star! I am appalled at the costumer service I have experienced with this company. I wanted an exchange for some leggings that didn't fit right. It was like pulling teeth to get 4 different agents to understand I wanted to just do an exchange. The new leggings finally came after a month and they're just O. K. Not my favorite at all. But after my experience from the first time, I'll keep the damn things. Then to cancel my membership, I've tried twice... Now I have to report my card lost to get rid of Fabletics. That is so sad. I can't tell you enough how many times I have been disconnected from an agent to have to start all over from scratch. Don't waste your time people. Your better off going through Amazon or someplace else. Don't waste your time or your money!

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
