The product picture did not match what I received. I finally was able to return it and canceled my membership but I kept getting charged months after. The customer service takes at least 30 min just to speak to someone then they are so rude on their end. And super pushy about you keeping your membership for their overpriced items.

I bought one pair of leggings and one pair of pant with Fabletics. Without realizing that they offer to give you discount by offering you enroll for membership. At that webpage when they offer you membership did not describe that they will charge you $49.95 per month. I noticed when I got charged on my credit card so I call to cancel membership that I do not want to get charged and don't want to get any item from them, however they said I have to pay anyway to redeem the points. Usually on any website, you don't have to pay when you have points to redeem. Please beware this website, I read reviews, lots of people have to pay without notifications from web page.

I would NOT recommend buying anything from Fabletics! I placed an order over 2 months ago and have not received anything! It says the order has "shipped" but when I track it with the courier co, it says they have not received the package from Fabletics. Customer service is basically non existent, no one answers phones, responds to FB messages or is on Live Chat. The one time I managed to get through on Live Chat the guy thwarted all of my questions and just told me the package would arrive on Dec 23 (6 weeks after a I placed the order). Of course, NOTHING showed up. I now was a refund but can't even get hold of a customer service rep. I feel like this company is a total scam and when customers get screwed over, they don't care because they already have your $$$.

Bought a couple of leggings which I absolutely love. Great fit and don't slide down when exercising. However, I was very shocked when I checked my online banking account and noticed they had taken £49. Total panic set in as I knew I hadn't ordered anything. After further investigation I established that when I ordered my new sports wear I was signed up to VIP membership but was not aware of the cost or that they would be taking money from my account without authorisation every month. Rang them and they are returning my money and cancelled the membership. Good job I checked!

I am normally an x-small and noticed the pants I bought from them in the past were too tight. So I decided to order a small in my last order, and to my surprise, they were also horribly small (I'm 5.5 ft and 108lb). I've been a VIP member for months and bought many products, but the customer service told me I could not return it. Thank you, Fabletics! I am now stuck with a pair of pants that are hard (almost impossible) to wear because of your dubious sizing standard. You lost a customer.

All I Have to say is they are scams. You think you got a best deal. Wrong! What you see on the pictures and what you get is completely different. On the top of that there is a monthly subscription with out your knowledge. And you will be charged from your card every month.
Very disappointed with material and the subscription with out my knowledge. I shop all time online but this one is beyond rip off.

Extremely dissatisfied with this company. I became a VIP member and after 3 weeks of waiting for my order and 3 calls later the call center tells me they can't refund my order because it hasn't been 20 business days and to call back then. How many times does one have to call a place or wait to receive an order? Tracking number changed the delivery date 3 times and every time I call this company I get a different story. Lies..
2 months running I skipped the month. Both times I was charged membership fee. First month after contacting customer service gave a refund straight away. This month they say no charge taken. Customer service wont refund, accused of having 2 accounts. Asked to speak to manager and none available and the option of a callback by a manger is not available. Have had to email a copy of bank statement to prove payment taken. This is not acceptable.

I ordered two pairs of leggings (the high-waisted powerhold in black glitz and the high-waisted sculptknit pocket leggings in black). I was in the market for full-length leggings since the ones I had were capri-length and the weather was getting chillier.
As a first-time buyer, I followed the sizing guide and paid only $24 plus taxes and S&H for both pairs. My order came within a couple of weeks.
When I took them out of the packaging, the leggings seemed very small and difficult to try on but they were described as compression leggings so I figured they would provide firm support but ultimately conform to my shape. They never did. The were tight and restrictive and had very little give. They were described as being high-waisted and were to a degree but the waists didn't have any drawstring or toggle or anything to adjust it so my waistband kept rolling down during my moderate elliptical workout. I had to stop every few minutes to hike them up to my bra line just for them to gradually roll down past my hips. If I got distracted and didn't catch them in time, they'd sag in the crotch and roll low enough to expose the top of my underwear. It was so embarrassing. I tried to do a home walk-in-place video wearing the other pair and experienced the same thing.
The seams on the ankles of both pairs are also very tight and left hideous indentations on my legs. I tugged at them until I heard ripping just to make them bearable to wear.
I no longer attempt to wear them in public anymore and will only wear them around my house when it's laundry day, I have nothing else to wear and I‘lol only be sitting on the couch.
The website should also do a better job describing the lengths. The powersculpt pair I bought was 7/8 length and fits like capris.
Canceling my membership was easy as I just called the hotline a few business days prior to billing. I never received another charge.
I will never order from Fabletics again since I've gotten better quality leggings from Walmart and Family Dollar for a similar price ($12 or less) and didn't have to wait for them to be delivered or bother with canceling my membership.
Yes my name is Sheena and I just wanted to let everyone know that I place one order with fabletics and they have continuously charged my husband's account for products I have never received and or have never ordered so be very careful when you use this site or do business with this company. I am very disappointed in there honesty and integrity. Because of this situation I will never do business with this company again. Good job Fabletics! If I could give them less than 1 * I would.

I have been a member of Fabletics since July 2020. I like some of the gear and what I did not like my granddaughter more than made up for. I wanted to skip a purchase this month 01/05/2021 but was unable to find "skip a month" on my website account. When I called them I had to wait 20 minutes to speak with a human being. The person who answered my call is inept based on, me asking several times "why cant I find the skip button" I was told "your account was cancelled" five times even though I informed him I never cancelled the account. I asked him if he would problem solve this me and his reply was, the only way I can reinstate your account is if you purchase something but you will be starting all over again. Forget the hella points/credits I accumulated from past purchases. What a racket! Because he either could not or would not problem solve my situation, his incompetence A. Hung up the phone. If anyone is new to this company... don't do it

Placed my order on November 20th and waited for a month since I understood shipping was affected because of COVID-19. Called back on December 23rd and talked to a representative and a manager who told me my order got lost and can not be reordered and the only thing they can do is refund my money. The manager actually told me if I didn't take too long to explain what has happened, he could have reordered it for me. He was awful and so disrespectful. I am a fitness instructor, I buy workout gear all the time and also promote it to my students. My experience ordering from Fabletics is ruined and will not recommend anyone to go through the same experience as I did. Loved the pieces I have purchased at one of the store in person but I will not be purchasing any more athletic gear from this company. If you don't respect your customers, then you don't need my business.

I am a user of Stitchfix that makes it CRYSTAL clear what months, quarter, years that you opt-in or out for and at any time. Fabletic's account, renewal, dates opt-in versus opt-out feels like you are completely trapped and charged. The user experience of asking busy consumers to "remember" to log in only 4 days of each month to hit a red button and the remaining 20 - 25 days of the month completely exiled from being able to opt-out is a complete trap. It's a mockery to tell a consumer "well you can get an alarm on your phone."
I have never experienced user experience more insanely frustrating and I work in website development. I can't put into words how angry the process for this monthly service makes me. Products themselves are good - redo your memberships & website - the current state is TERRIBLE. Copying Stitch fix's business model - they actually keep their consumers in mind.

Imagine having good affordable products but making it your goal to rip off your customers? That is Fabletics. The first time you sign up for Fabletics, the prices are great because they give you "new member" pricing. But every time after that you just get $#*!ty prices that can be beaten anywhere. Oh, and I forgot to mention that if you don't remember to log on between the 1st and the 5th of each month, they will automatically charge your account $50 and you'll be given a "credit" for that amount to use on their site. Oh, and that credit can only get you like a $20 pair of shorts or pants.
Honestly, here is my suggestion for anyone reading. Sign up when you see they are offering insane new member deals, bulk order a ton of stuff, then close your account. Next time you want to do it, use a new email to sign up and get the deals again. If they want to scam people out of money, then people should scam them right back.
Oh yeah, order a size up from what you normally do.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
