They literally make you buy the package, for the item they messed up, and make you send the item back before they will consider sending you a new one or giving your money back. I have spent over a $1000 with them in the last few months a they can't even give my money back on some ripped pants or send me some new ones without getting the damaged merchandise back. Amazon sent me $138 dollars back after they sent me the wrong rug without even asking for me to send it back. Online shopping is for convenience, I buy things I know will fit, I don't do returns. Having to BUY the package myself and take time out of schedule to take it to the post office and send it back is not how I online shop. That's all I have to say.

At checkout, I selected 2-5 day shipping. Well, it has already been 7 days and my order is still on the other side of the country and not expected for 4 more days. The arrival date keeps changing, so who knows when it will actually get here. I realize that COVID has slowed down shipping times, but my order wasn't even completed by Fabletics for 5 days (my order only contained 3 items by the way). When I contacted customer service about this issue, they informed me that although it says 2-5 day shipping, it is guaranteed within 16 days! To advertise 2-5 days and then say it could actually be within 11 days of what's advertised is outrageous! Not to mention the only compensation they offered me was a 20% off coupon... yeah cuz I totally want to keep shopping from you. *eye roll* If you don't mind waiting weeks for your online orders, then I guess this wouldn't be a problem for you. As for the quality of their clothes, well I can't say because I'm still waiting on mine.

I ordered the 24.95 special. The items were too big so I called to get an exchange they sent me a shipping label and I return the items and I was told to order new items they charged me twice and I called about this. 4 times I called and was told different things each time. I have repeatedly asked for my money back. To date I it's still have not had my money back. I just spoke to a supervisor and he hung up on me and said he would not be issuing me a refund
I am so disgusted with this company my next step will be to contact the Better Business Bureau

January 21st 2021 I attempted to make an order which the charge was $26.04 the order did not complete did not go through for whatever reason so I called the company and they said the order didn't go through so I told them to cancel whatever account or membership and to refund the money that was showing pending for $26.04 they said that they could not refund until the charge went thru the charge is still showing pending 5 days later they said to contact my Bank I contacted the bank they said there's nothing they can do and I had to wait 10 days so I have a hold on my money for 10 days and neither company can do anything the representative i had I could not understand, my call was dropped twice and I called back I was on the phone with them for over an hour holding I just want my money back I feel like this company just took my money and left me with nothing

Joined VIP membership to get Black Friday deals - sizing wasn't great but wasn't too concerned. Cancelled before Dec auto-ship date, I think online but can't seem to find an email record which I now know should have been a red flag.
Recently was checking my CC transaction history and noticed I was charged by Fabletics for a January subscription! Checked the account, and it says my VIP membership is still active - big clue was that I had no notification of a shipment at least. But ooh, I was mad!
Live chat feature is terrible; long wait, difficult to interact with - in one instance, I was connected to "Agent" who did't respond and then ended the chat. Took a break from work to call instead, the digital receptionist was mediocre but got me to a live agent. Live agent was helpful, refunded the charge and confirmed my cancellation via email. Now I have to call again because the website won't let you remove your payment info. No way I'm trusting them with it.

I am 8 months pregnant and wanted to Order a pair of maternity leggings. I used a member credit for my purchase and selected the 3-5 day shipping option for $6.95 because I needed my order faster. The estimated delivery time kept changing and eventually exceeded the 3-5 day promise. When I contacted customer service over the phone, there were roosters crowing loudly in the background. The rep told me that I was charged for standard shipping because my order was not over 49.95. This is bogus. First of all, my item WAS over 49.95 but because I used a credit (which is actual money that I was already charged) it didn't count. Also, standard shipping was FREE at checkout. She also insisted on telling me that there was not even a 3-5 day option for shipping. There most certainly is! I am so disappointed. I absolutely love fabletics leggings but as soon as I use up my member credits I will be canceling my account. Customer service basically told me I was lying and did not help me at all.

I truly wanted to love this. My mother in law ordered me numerous items for Christmas, going through the hassle of becoming a member to do so. 7/8 powerholds fit like a gem, put one of my pairs on for the second time to notice a large hole in the crotch of the pants. Two hoodies also have holes on the seem side by the tag. I truly could not be any more dissapointed

These pants were awful. The sizing was way off. The fabric snagged FIRST wearing. They did not look or fit like the photo and they are NOT a discount price. Never - ever - again
This was my first order and none of the items fit. I tried completing a return/exchange on the website and it wouldn't work. Turns out one item was no longer available. I was confused how the 2 for $24 deal would work if I returned one pair and kept/exchanged the other. Difficult to understand. Had to speak with a supervisor. I still didn't get complete clarification. Ended up asking for a full refund for everything and exchanging the one for a larger size. Hopefully those fit. But overall not happy with my experience.

I made my very first purchase today, of course without first providing my email for VIP status ( which I thought would just give me promo codes for deals or coupons) but nope. Providing my e mail locked me into a $49.99 a month membership. When I called to cancel my order and VIP membership I was told that both were cancelled and that I would not be charged, but I could not receive confirmation of my cancellation for 24-48 hours (this is weird and annoying). I asked the name and title of who I was speeding with and "Samie" who barely spoke English said she was a fashion consultant... wait what? So, I called a second time to confirm cancellation of my VIP status, which samie said would be cancelled within 48 hours along with my first purchase. The second time I called claud from the Philippines answered( not kidding, I asked) and could not confirm my vip membership cancellation, only the cancellation of my order. I asked him then " so you will remove my card information from your site?" He said "mmmhmm". I said " mmhmm you will remove it or mmhmm you won't?" He then put me on hold to speak to one of his supervisors. And of course once again to confirm my card will be removed from their system, I have to wait 24-48 hours to confirm this. Wow! I'm terrified with how they are handling this. If I get charged this VIP charge I'm going to be HOT! If they don't confirm they have removed my card information and e-mail and phone number and address from their system I'm going to put them on BLAST! Here's the icing on the cake, my husband just opened my e mail on his phone which stated I cancelled my purchase, but none of the items I purchased were even in stock! What kind of company charges your card, and doesn't let you know what you just paid for is out of stock until you go through a process like this! I'm extremely dissatisfied. Don't get fooled! By the way 666 is in my order number(yikes)

Horrible! I did the 2 for $24 deal and paid for the shipping and tax. When my order arrived I was missing one pair for shorts and contacted support. They said one of my shorts were out of stock so just sent one. They charged me for one pair at $28. I ended up paying more for one pair than 2 at $24. When I contacted support they could not refund me for the missing item and said I had to pay for tax and shipping to send me another pair. Knowing they messed up before I said no thanks. Now I'm stuck with an overpriced pair of shorts and am missing the other one. I will NEVER shop here again.

The 2 pants i got were crap in quality, that was 6 months ago. I just canceled my "prescription" that I never wanted. Now I'm $300 out and the lady was so rude about it.

I placed my order as a birthday present to myself and I still do not have my order. Btw, my birthday is December 23rd. Customer service still refuses to look into this order until it does not move for 20 days. 20 days! They are blaming shipping delays, COVID-19 but I did A LOT of birthday shopping this year and those orders have all made it without issue.
The cherry on top: Their customer service is impossible unless you call.

On their website they have one picture to display the back of the sports bras, but when you hover over the picture they ONLY SHOW THE BACK OF THE SPORTS BRA IN A DIFFERENT ANGLE. I WANT TO SEE HOW THE FRONT LOOKS LIKE. LIKE IS IT A HIGH NECK OR LOW NECK, A THICK STRAP OR A THIN STRAP. WHAT DOES THE FRONT OF THE SPORTS BRA LOOK LIKE? SHOW THE FRONT THE SPORTS BRA WHEN HOVERING OVER THE PICTURE INSTEAD OF HAVING TO MAKE US CLICK ON THE PRODUCT. THATS THE POINT OF THE "QUICK LOOK"

I was very disappointed in the only way to contact the company is via chat or phone only to sit on hold for far too long. Their "support" email address does not accept emails. I was attempting to cancel my account due to not being used and was told they could not refund me anything, even though their website indicates I am "entitled to a refund of the entire consideration paid for the contract". I assume this is why they went to issuing "member credits" instead of giving dollar values to your membership. We will see if I end up getting my refund. I would not recommend.

I can't log into the site - the password reset link never comes in and they have charged my card six times even when I called to skip a month. I tried to get it refund and the agent stated they can only refund 2 months. The next day I log into my bank account and see that instead of the refund they charged my card twice on the same day. I am now opening a VISA dispute and out $800 Canadian - this company is horrible! Stay away

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
