I still haven't gotten my order and the tracking history is very convoluted. I spoke with a consultant on the phone and he wasn't very helpful in figuring out what was happening, he just said it was still in transit even though I've gotten emails asking to review the product

I placed my order on January 23. Then my order was delayed twice. After The first delayed I was not able to track my order at any moment it only show up that my order was delayed. I even checked this morning and they have no clue where my order was but I was expecting another product from another company and they got here together but the biggest problem is I only received two of the eight items I ordered. Obviously I called right away since today is Monday I need to wait until Friday so they can find out what happen with the rest of my products by the way the back is not damage or tear which means it must be a distribution center mistake.
Anyone else with a similar situation?

They are very good at getting items to you, and if an item will be delayed they also let you know. Which is pretty unusual in the world of customer service. They don't wait until the customer notices it should be arriving and then having to contact them to find out where its at.

As always, I was thrilled with my most recent purchase. Fabletics has become my weakness! The quality is amazing--I am still wearing the first leggings I purchased--more than 2 years ago! Here in Wisconsin, I wear leggings and long sleeve tops every single day from October through April--sometimes longer. These products hold up. Love the company. Love the products.

I read a lot of reviews before joining and thought it was worth the gamble. They actually make it fairly easy to skip a month and despite that I still struggled the first few months and ended up having monthly charges 4 months in a row. The credits build up and made a nice treat when I was ready to order. I have tried pants, sports bras and tanks. By far I love their pants (powerhold) in particular. Bras and tanks I have not loved. Sizing is a little tricky and I found sizing down in the pants gives more support and less slipping in the waist when running. I have not figured out the best sizing for bras and tops and find that regardless of the size I order I am always off just a little in the fit so I just stick with ordering pants. I like them better than lulu. One frustration I have had is with their sales. They advertise some really cheap prices but if you have credits built up you can't access the sale price. I have just finished using my credits and will see if that changes once my bank is empty. I have also made a few returns and they went more smoothly than expected

I have ordered many items in several categories and I have not been let down once! The leggings, shorts, sports bras, tops, cute bags... I could go on! I order 1 size up on the leggings until I have lost the 10-15 pounds I'm currently working on losing! Some of the leggings are not as stretchy so that's the only reason. Everything else for me personally is very true to size! The styles and colors are always trendy and fabulous! I will forever shop Fabletics!

I tried several different brands of maternity leggings during this pregnancy, and these have by far been the best! I have basically lived in them since the beginning of the second trimester!

I love th softness and comfort of the leggings. I wish they had more regular t-short options for layering. I also think their sports bras are not the most comfortable.

The new Items are 90% of the time out of stock too fast, and the delivery is the complete opposite it takes weeks to get the product. Overall my wife love the quality of the Fabletics products and that is why I keep going thru the torture of trying to find something new and the long waits to get it I hope it get better at one point.

I love that I can buy great workout clothing, that isn't boring. My only complaint is the recent changes they've made to the rewards system. There use to be good options for which to cash in rewards, but there hasn't been for a while. Also, the outfit deals don't seem to be as good as they use to be.

This was a preorder that was shipped once it was available to an old address. They never verified my shipping address and my communication with them was basically to try to stop the shipper myself and/or give me a 10% credit on my next order. So now I am out the money and no merchandise.

I found the customer service representative to be pushy when I was trying to cancel. If someone wants to cancel, let them cancel. I lose a little respect for companies that make it so hard to do so.

Placed order Jan 18. Received email on 1/21 order would be received 1/22. Called in 1/31 and auto line said order was delivered in Jan 19. Spoke with phone rep who had a terrible connection, and I had to ask her to repeat everything she said. She disconnected the call. I called back, went through the automated answering system again and got another phone rep who said order had been delayed, put me on hold to research and after 5 minutes he disconnected the call.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
