Just seen that £49 had been removed from my account, when I went to see what for it said Fabletics had removed money. I was unaware of signing down to any membership when buying some leggings. I called and spoke to someone who did help but just removed me from the VIP membership. No refund was given. I am extremely disappointed with this and think the website is a complete scam. I would rather send back the goods and get all my money back. Not everyone has £49 to be tossed into a million pound company. If I understood I was signing down to a contract I would have not bought anything. The contract/ scam needs to be more obvious when checking out. Poor service and shocking behaviour!
I bought three items on January 4th and still haven't received them so I complained and got a refund and ordered more leggings and have not received them and am afraid I won't! If you have this many issues with your shipping provider maybe get a different one! Paying for something and never getting it is a scam!

I attempted to find order number ******* by calling fabletics customer service twice. Each time someone who had difficulty speaking English told me that they had to have someone "higher up" call me back. I never received any calls back. The tracking for this package also didn't make sense, saying that it was delivered within 2 minutes of it being loaded on the delivery vehicle. The tracking also states it was delivered, but this was never received by me.

I would have given this bra 5 stars but it was a little too long. I am an A cup. Maybe this would fit a larger bust person better. The style and fabric are great.

I ordered this purchase on January 8, and did not receive it until February 3. Almost a full month! That's just unacceptable. I know COVID complications are a real thing, but many companies have been able to navigate. For some reason Fabletics continues to lag behind everyone else in this matter. I am very close to cancelling my membership.

The Jenna High-waisted pant are a perfect fit for me. I have lost 40 lbs over this last year and all my pants are too big. I ordered a medium and they are a perfect fit for me new size. They fit perfectly for my new body. Really pleased.

My order was completed online, but the next day I received an email stating some of the items were no longer in stock.
I ordered an outfit and it shipped but was never delivered. I got a notice that the company had received my "return" and said I would be credited the cost of the outfit. I emailed customer service to explain that I never returned my order and I still wanted my items. I never got a response and my account still has not been credited.

Ordered bottoms as gifts fir my daughter and granddaughter. One pair was too small and it was easy to mail them back and get new size. Customer service is very helpful.

Ordered during cyber Monday sale. Took weeks to get items. Decided I needed different sizes. Went through the online process and set it up. Took weeks to get my items. Then things were not available. Decided on other items. Took weeks to get them. I still to this day, do not have two pairs of shorts from my cyber Monday purchase.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I could also write a novel on how terrible this company is but ill leave it short and simple. Products took over 60 days to arrive after reaching out to their awful customer service with literally zero help. The products are cheap chinese material. Will never purchase from Fabletics again.

I Recently purchased a few pairs of leggings from Fabletics. I purchased them because they were on sale and I was excited to try them on. They took forever to get here I waited over 2 weeks! I understand shipping has slowed with the pandemic but, two weeks is unreal. When the order finally arrived I had received the wrong color on one of my leggings. It was a terrible rust orange color that I would never wear. I called customer service. After waiting for over 30 mins on hold, I spoke with a representative that confirmed that the color I had ordered was not what was sent. Instead of admitting to their mistake and sending me out the correct color, they informed me that I would have to print a label they sent me and then mail the wrong color leggings back to them. Only once they received them would they send out the correct pair. I have never in my life had to jump through such hoops for any company that had made a mistake before in my life. On top of the fact that I had already waited 2 weeks for my current order to come, now I would have to wait another month roughly to get this corrected. That was enough but, apparently I am a gluten for punishment. I tried to order some leggings tonight that were on sale and give these guys another shot. I found three more sets that I liked and made the purchase. After they had my money I received an email telling me one of my items wasn't in stock and I wouldn't be receiving them with my order. They were the pair I wanted most of course. I spoke with their customer service once again and was told they weren't in stock and now I had to choose another pair. I cancelled my order and was about to cancel my membership but, was informed if I cancelled my membership I would have to pay shipping for the leggings that they messed up on the first order! This company is terrible and the customer service is even worse. I will never purchase from them again and highly suggest to anyone to take their business somewhere else!

I didn't skip last month because I actually wanted the member credit. Halfway through the month I still hadn't received my credit and with items selling out in my size I chatted in to find out why. They then explain that member credits are given out randomly throughout the month so I'd just have to wait until it was my time. That seemed weird to me but ok. Feb 1st comes around and I still haven't been billed. I chat in again and am told the issue is that my card on file needs to be updated. I then ask if I update the card I will be billed today and get my credit? They confirm yes. Today my new card still hasn't been billed so I chat in again, they tell me today that the billing cycle for january is over so I'm unable to get a credit for that month. I try explaining what I was told yesterday to the person over chat, not only do they not respond but my chat gets disconnected. Their chat feature is very difficult to use and it's so bizarre to me that every person I talk to says something different. I wish there was a way to follow up with the person if the chat gets disconnected and a way to rate their customer service reps. I like their products but I'm confused by their policies because of the conflicting info they give out. Like I want your product why are you making it so difficult? Ugh

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
