Fabletics keep getting my delivery address WRONG - I have contacted their customer service multiple multiple times and each time they say we have updated your delivery address - but I get the email from Hermes saying we are delivering it to the WRONG ADDRESS. They have delivered the item to the wrong address twice now not even close to my house - I have to drive to that person's house and apologise for FABLETIC's error. Terrible terrible terrible - DO NOT use
Placed my first order paid for the expedited shipping as I needed the order for a trip I was taking and the $15 expedited shipping would get it to me on time. It was first and probably only order through them as I attempted to deal with customer service but could not get a refund for the shipping that was supposed to be 2-3 days that ended up taking 7 days. Very disappointed that no one in customer service has ability to resolve anything but to just apologize more of a complaint department with no resolution. Did not offer to assist with anything they actually tried to tell me that oh there is processing time and all that jazz even though I had an email stating the day it was supposedly shipped and an arrival date of a day within 2-3 days then day of delivery was pushed back another two days. Rather annoying if you ask me and no resolution from them just a sorry that sucks. Not doing business with them again just for that reason alone if you have no customer service you have no business. I hope this is a useful review.

A few years back I saw a women at the gym in a pair of leggings that I loved! When I asked where she got them, she told me Fabletics. When I looked on the site the leggings I loved were not there. Fast forward a year 1/2 later and I saw them and joined their membership. The fit was okay, the quality was decent and overall I was happy with my first purchase. The second purchase was a sports bra that is unsupportive and ill-fitting but the leggings were good. My negatives are the skip a month in order to not be charged, I missed two but they did offer me a one time adjustment. What is disappointing and a hassle is trying to use the $49.95 credit. If the item is on sale, you will be charged at the full price which I learned on my second purchase. For the last 10 months I have been trying to use my credit and it is challenging because I do not like any of the $49.95 options, I do not need additional leggings so I do not want to pay more than the $49.95 just to utilize a cash value credit. Some of the leggings I do like are under $49.95 which is infuriating as it means again I need to spend more than $49.95 to utilize the full credit. On top of that I was shopping the recent 60% sale and missed out as I was trying to figure out what was going on with my cart. Masks were $2.38 but when I had 3 in my cart it changed to the $3 for $15 which made my cart more expensive by $10 than before which did not add up. The games that are played with the pricing is deceiving and dishonest. Further, when I got it sorted and went to checkout, the pricing in my cart doubled as the sale was over. This was the final headache for me and once I find something I can use my $49.95 for I am going to cancel. The quality is similar to the Gap and the Gap is cheaper and straight forward on pricing. Overall disappointed and thoroughly annoyed with this "VIP membership" - more like an exclusive to a headache and disappointment.

Maybe it depends on what you order but 8 out of the 10 pieces that I received look cheap. I would compare it to ordering those extremely cute clothes for an extremely cheap price from some china based website and when your order arrives 6 months later (if it arrives at all), you are HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED Only difference is that Fablethics cost more, does arrive like it's supposed to and you do actually get the size that you order but the quality of the fabric was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. The fabric is really thick & heavy. It just has that cheap polyester look. Polyester is durable however, it is not breathable and doesn't absorb liquids, like sweat well AND, it looks cheap. Not sure if a majority of the clothing that they offer are made with this fabric but 8 out of 10 pieces that I received were.

Complete scam. Even as a vip member the credit is useless as the prices are increased or couldn't buy certain items. Terrible customer service, refusal of refund, refusal to speak to a manager and hung up without explanation or resolution. Company should be sued for false advertising, fraud and theft.

Don't waste your time with this company. I was charged small random fees (anywhere from $3-$10) to my account for no reason whatsoever. When I called to discuss this, customer service tried to play it off like the charges weren't there and after every question I had I was told "is there anything else I can help you with today?" They wanted to avoid the subject at all costs. After arguing for a good 15-20 minutes they said they see the charge (but gave no explanation for it) and told me it would be refunded in 7-10 business days. IT WAS NEVER REFUNDED. Along with a return I had made about 7 weeks ago, that was also not refunded because "it had not arrived yet." After seven weeks? Please save your money and your time and DO NOT SHOP FABLETICS.

I wanted to order 2 leggings (which I did) and apparently I automatically enrolled in a 49,95 monthly membership... customer service said- didn't you read Terms&Conditions? Like what? If you enrol people in such subscriptions- make it very obvious an noticeable for people! They said- after your purchase you got an e-mail confirming the enrolment and how to pause/ cancel it- I didn't get such an email, I got one only when the money was already payed. I realised it now (when 2 months had already been paid), so I will only get back 1. So they literally took 49,95 from me. I mean- cmon! Please give me the first payment back as well... Bcs I think the shop it self is fine- just don't hide such things or make them waay more prominent. *******

I just a few months ago became a member of Fabletics. I canceled my first month and then the following month I noticed that they took out 2-$49.95 payments instead of one and they are refusing to give back my extra payment they stole from me!

They can't hit an arrival date. I placed an order and was told it would arrive within 3 days. 3 days later I was told that it would arrive within 7 days. After 7 days the arrival date went blank. After 10 days I contacted them and was told that my arrival date would now be within 21 days. They would not cancel the order and informed that some of my items were final sale items. This was not indicated at the time of purchase or on the order form. They kept trying to give me money off my next purchase/subscription but refused to address the actual problem.

I signed up for Fabletics a few months ago, fully aware that to make the most of the site you have to keep on top of things and skip the month to avoid being charged. I forgot to skip this month which I thought would be totally fine as I needed some new gear anyway, so was excited to put the $49.99USD I'd been charged ($64.74AUD!) to good use.
HOWEVER - BE AWARE THAT THEY'VE CHANGED THEIR MEMBERSHIP SYSTEM RECENTLY. Now, you still get charged $49.99USD but instead of having that money saved in your account to be used how you wish, they instead give you ONE MEMBER CREDIT. WHAT A JOKE. With this credit, you can only buy one item. ONE. So if you want to get a $25 sports bra, it'll cost you $49.99. They advertise it as being a great deal because you can use it on anything up to $80, but come on. Their range at that price point is so narrow and the outfits/bundles really aren't that great.
I was drawn to this site because of their semi-affordable, good-quality items (I still use and love their leggings), but this has really turned me off them completely. It's gone from being a semi-dodgy organisation to one that I would avoid at all costs. Really not impressed.

Ordered two pairs of pants and 2 high impact sports bras. The pants are decent and comfy.
The sports bras are bad.
1. they are advertised as high impact, they are comfortable but no actual support
2. One of the bras came to me with a broken shoulder strap. When I looked at the clips they were so badly made they snapped in half before they even got to me, and I can easily bend them with my finger. I'm sure if I ran in it it would have broken anyways.
3. Customer service will not reply to me about return/refund for the one bra

The rudest customer service agent I have ever come across. Her name is ‘GANA' she is rude, spiteful and horrible. She tries to belittle you and is not helpful in the slightest.
Leggings are cheap and misleading sizes.
Avoid this company at all costs all they want is your money! Would not let me cancel my vip membership and get my money back! Disgusting! Never seen anything like it in all my life.

I ordered two pair of leggings on 1/13/21. Almost a month after ordering, I still did not have an ETA of delivery for the order. I understand that there will be delays in shipment due to COVID, but I simply wanted at least an estimated date of delivery. After contacting customer service, I learned that the package had been lost in transit.
Were they never going to let me know that it was lost? Had I not contacted them, I would have lost money and leggings.

I usually LOVE Fabletics & have a ton of leggings but my most recent order came with a ripped seam in the crotch & i wore them once before the seam ripped too bad to wear. Pretty disappointing because they are expensive & I know that I did nothing wrong because all of my other fabletics leggings are perfectly fine. Also ordered the Mila camo leggings and the material is COMPLETELY different than all of my other mila leggings & i can't wear them without them falling down! I'm a fairly loyal customer and have spent lots of money at Fabletics and will not be returning

Threads have come out of the trousers already (worn twice) but the worst thing about it is that I signed up not knowing that I'd be signed up for vip membership and they have just taken £49 out of my account! What the hell! I literally have a very small amount of money, hence why I bought a sale item! You have cleared my bank account out! I did not want this and definitely don't remember anything saying I was going to be charged to be a member! I don't even want to be a member! It was a one off purchase. Very poor, not clear. Bad form guys! Bad form!

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
