I tried to purchase a gift certificate for my daughter who has a fabletics account. It was never received. When I tried to remedy the situation, fabletics would tried to give the gift certificate to me, I don't have a fabletics account. I spent over 5 hours over multiple days on the phone trying to get the problem fixed. I kept getting sent to different people and no one could held me or I couldn't understand a word they were saying. They would not refund my money even though it was clear that the gift card had not been used. Finally I decided just to have an account and let my daughter use that because the credit was supposedly in my account. When my daughter tried to use it, the money wasn't there. I am out $50 and my daughter did not get her outfit. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will NEVER purchase from fabletics again!

They have customer service 24/7 yea, but to get your refund back is nearly impossible. I did a refund back in May of 2020 and was suppose to receive a total of $160.39 back on my Pay Pal account but never did. I called multiple times, and they kept saying that they've put in the refund process but i need to check with my Pay Pal account because they are 'blocking it'. Called up Pay Pal and they said they are not blocking Fabletics at all. Called Fabletics up again to inform them that they are not blocked, so they try to refund me again to no avail. Called them AGAIN for who knows how many times, and they said oh we will escalate this issue and issue you a check, which will take 6-8 weeks. A month in, still no check so I called them up as I was moving to a new address. That's when they informed me that a check was never issued, and they know of a way to refund it to my PayPal that would work. I waited, still no refund. Called them up again, and finally they said the 'Pay Pal process didn't work we will issue you a check'. I got the check, but it was for $49.95 instead of the $160.39 that they owe me. I called them up, and ask for the remaining balance through check, and guess what? They put my refund through Pay Pal when I clearly told them not to. Also, 'once we put it through Pay Pal, it's out of our hands'. So I guess I'll just have to wait for this process not to work again and calling them up and wasting my time again. This has been ongoing for 9 months, and I've called them nearly every month. Could have used all those hours spent on the phone with them at some side gig making more money.

When I get your product I absolutely love it! That is what keeps me coming back. But this last time my order has taken 5 weeks to get delivered and you always seem to be out of the cute items in my size, very frustrating.

I was considering purchasing a couple of pairs of leggings. After the ad I saw today, no chance in hell! Just what I want is for everyone and their brother to feel that they can assault me just because I am wearing a particular article of clothing! The chucklehead who came up with that ad should be fired and the company should just fade away!

Fabletics has been the 2nd worst experience overall and with customer service I have ever had in my life. I cancelled my VIP membership (which you have to do via phone instead of conveniently online, which would be better because all the customer service reps make mistakes and you have to start over with a new agent again each time and they still mess up.) And the customer service agent said they would cancel my membership for me. They did not. I was charged. I called again about the error and a new rep said she would refund me and cancel the membership. THEY STILL DID NOT CANCEL IT. I had to call a third and forth time. Then I returned some items because they were too large and the sports bra and leggings were not supportive or durable enough. I got a partial refund, and the service rep took that as a sign that I wanted to restart the membership again and I was a charged for a service I did not consent to FOR A THIRD TIME. I am hoping all is correct, I am still awaiting to make sure all things have been worked out, this has been going on since December. I feel I am basically an employee and should be paid at this point. The business itself is overpriced. It seemed like a good deal when they mentioned the VIP membership, but it is not worth the hassle. There are really nice leggings for 30$ elsewhere.

The ladies at the store were extremely helpful. This alone will save the review from only one star.
The clothes on the other hand are the problem. The men's short waist band is horribly made. Also the men's shirt material felt cheap for how much I paid.

Until recently I was a VIP member. I didn't mind that I got charged at first if I missed skipping a month because then I get a cute outfit! After a while I couldn't really find anything that worked for my body type and I was very irritated that I couldn't get the clearance price on things because I was a VIP member. I had several things in my cart that changed price b/c of my status. Being a monthly subscriber should make the price go down, not up. I ended up giving away half of the items I've received (from all orders) to friends b/c they didn't fit well. My boyfriend liked the outfit I got him though. Overall, it's just not worth the hassle. I can go to TJ Maxx and get a cute outfit for cheaper.

Ordered yellow outfit and separated yellow jacket to match. Only got jacket. Email said I received all the 2 piece yellow outfit along with the jacket. Also a few days later received flower short pants which I already have and bought last years. I did NOT order this. Still waiting for light blue extra large bottom.

They have very little to choose from and they are out of my size on most items I wish to purchase so therefore I have to skip months for purchases.

Last order of items received were men's sweats. Both top & bottoms shrunk so much in the washer/dryer it now fits our 10-year-old daughter. Im not at all satisfied with the quality of most items after washing and/or drying.

I didnt' appreciate the weird process that led me to mistakenly sign up for a VIP program that then automatically bills me $50 each month. I expected more up front practices from a brand like fabletics. Auto charges seem like a MLM practice and not good customer service for a premium brand. I of course cancelled my"VIP" status and will probably not purchase again, for fear of more hidden fees.

LOVE the leggings BUT I really wish they would have realistic tops for plus size. MOST of us do NOT want tops that are cropped! How about a nice long sleeve shirt that is comfortable and not strapped to our body? A nice cotton blend longer length tshirt that is regular fit. ALSO IT WOULD BE GREAT if you sold a pack of T-shirt's, regular length and fit to mix and match with our leggings.

I couldn't figure out how to use my gift card. I spent awhile on the phone between 4 calls and lots of time I was able to placed an order. The items arrived and were a different color than pictured on the websight. The items are unusable to me and I find the company difficult to work with.

Every time I order from Fabletics, it takes at least a month for my items to arrive. Tracking info is never updated. Chatting with support isn't helpful because they don't know where the items are either.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
